The guys were great and helped me. Took me to the section even because in my eyes Im a "stupid" girl. Only thing I didnt like was another employee I believe placing an order and making nasty comments under her breath.

Lets you borrow test equipment and are nice jokey people down to earth people.

The people that work here dont know anything. I can call and ask for a headlight and they want the motor size. Whats that got to do with my headlight? Hello!!! Need a whole new staff that knows something..

They never seem to have any parts in stock! Then they tell you to come back tomorrow after 1pm and half the time the parts not there bc the driver over looked it. I live 25 miles out of town, thats 50 miles round trip, 2 gallons of gas $8 down the drain!

They were really rude and unprofessional. The employ Travis R was cussing and got mad when he was asked to help me find a part. He just wanted to play on Facebook on his phone. He was very rude unprofessional and was clueless on any vehicle knowledge. What a joke he is. Good luck getting anyone with knowledge to help you.

Always takes care of my car needs. If they dont have part , they order it and within 2 days it arrives. Great place to go for car help!

Hello I was a loyal customer for many years I just recently bought a brand new 2015 GMC Dinali pick up truck I was sold the incorrect oil filter for my vehicle it has been almost 3 months and they have done nothing to fix it in any orderly fashion or an any speed they’re going slow in the attempt to help me I would never recommend O’Reillys to anyone again!

There is two people here that could not physically care less about what you need, but everyone else is great!

Im so upset with OReillys at Maryville Missouri. I order a part for my Tahoe at 1:30 pm on Sunday June 6,2017.I never received an email telling me to come pick up my order. I called and was ask to wait cause he was helping a customer. I waited 10 mins. So I hung up and waited a few minutes. Called again this time no answer So its 7:38 pm June 6,2021 Sunday. So now I have no part for my TahoeI will now have to wait till next weekend before someone can put the part on for me.NO STARS GIVEN A BIG FAT NEGATIVE ZERO

I live 4 hours South and have a daughter who attends school at Northwest. I received a call from my daughter stating that her battery was dead so I called and spoke with Daniel about the situation. He provided me with the information I needed about the battery and how they could help my daughter when she came in. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and for his willingness to help.
