Great place to get parts. I am knowledgeable about vehicle issues but definitely not an expert. They have never steered me wrong. They even came and jumped my vehicle and then changed my battery.

Super fast and reliable service! Some of the cashiers seem a little young, but dont underestimate them!

Called around 2pm was on hold for 10 mins. Not very good customer service to me.

OReillys has been around for years most of us know its one of the best places to get your parts. I managed to get my four barrel Edelbrock carburetor for my truck in a gif. Here the other day the last is that I had I was getting exhaust pieces. And they were super busy the manager he managed to check out another customer. And seen that I only had a few things while his paperwork was pretty enough he managed to hop over and check me out real quick. Now tell me isnt that what we call top of the line customer service if you get a chance check it out cassville OReillys Auto parts where we make parts to fit your needs.

I went with a friend that had to buy a part for her jeep.

Not impressed with the customer service here. No one wanted to help me.Needed a battery it was way too expensive. Ended up going to battery outfitter.Got a battery and installed for less than OReilly cheapest model.

Supreme Court ruled 1/13/22 vaccine and mask mandate unconstitutional. This store force’s employees to still wear and breath toxic fumes. Several studies And OSHA it self won’t let person work with toxic gas levels.

My husband and I was on our way to Roaring River State Park for our spring break and on the way there our water pump went out. The Manager and staff was what saved the day! They found us the parts we needed as quickly as they could, helped with questions, checked on my husband as he was working on replacing the parts. It went from and OH Sh*t moment to a fishing that very afternoon. Thank you guys for saving the day!

If you want the wrong parts more than you want the right this is the place to go. From simple windshield wipers to headlight wiring harnesses. I’ve yet to get the right part the first time when I’ve went in here. Fast and friendly service though which is rare in customer service these days.

The guys had great attitudes and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pretty expensive on a lot of their parts. On the flip side , they will order something if they dont have your item and will have it the next day. If something is wrong with your item they will take the item back " with proof of purchase " and either get you what you need or give your money back. So I guess it is like a lot of places , it has its good side and bad.

Not a good experience at all. Back room full of employees but not a one come out to help, was like being at Walmart. Stood 15 minutes listening to a guy arguing about his bill. When I finally get assistance I find out they ordered the wrong part yet again and they cant get the right part. No advice on what to do just blank stares. Not a busy day either. Very dissapointed.

This is the only place i get car parts plus my main man Gary works here & has since we were teenagers. If they got it Gary knows where its at & if they dont he knows why. Good parts store!

Parts are reasonably priced but most of the counter guys try to give mechanic advise when they are a far cry from being mechanics. If they truly had the know how to back up their talk I think they would be wrenching in a shop, not pushing parts

This place is awsome because the store manager Gerry Miller has worked there since he was 16 and he knows all there is to know. Any questions or concerns I have about any vehicle Ive owned he had always been more than helpful.

Ive lived in several cities and visited many OReilly Auto Parts locations. I always enjoy shopping at OReilly and get great service, but this location by far is the best one Ive visited. The manager is the most brilliant parts man I have ever seen as he can retrieve most of my inquiries with out using the computer. His staff is friendly and very helpful as well and always eager to serve. I would recommend OReilly Auto Parts to anyone.
