Always seem to find everything I need, and a few things I remember I wanted..

Prices are pretty high but such is the case every store here in NWA like Ive never had to pay 20 per bag for fox farms soil, it was 8 in Oregon where cost of living is very high but that being said this is a great store with a variety of goods like gardening supplies, tools, work and western wear clothing, animal food. Ill definitely be shopping here again.

I love that they always have the feed I need. Courteous and helpful staff too.

I like this store and the employees. They are very nice and helpful. My one complaint is that the store always seems to be out of what I need.

Was looking for an American made Hummingbird feeder. I found a couple (& purchased). Found several cute, decorative American signage but sadly... not made in America. Same for cute bird bath. (Did not buy any)Great selection of rubber boots, priced well. The workers were friendly and helpful. The store was neat, clean & organized.

This website is terrible. It showed everything except what I searched for & I couldn’t get to the next page until I tried 3 or 4 times. 👎🏼

Was looking for the hammock swing chairs and asked the young man at the checkout if they still had them in stock. He hesitated for a second and said “Well, I don’t know. If we do, they will be over there with the other lawn furniture. You might look again”. So, I walked out the door and probably will not be going back. Service there is really bad.

One of the employees was incredibly rude to us on multiple occasions.

I love this place. Its kinda pricey, but what farm store isnt? The people here are always friendly and its always fun to just go look around. Clothes, boots, pet food, plumbing supplies..whatever.

The employees are very friendly and helpful the questions that we have had for any of them were answered quickly and knowledgeable.love the farm and ranch store .the variety is outsiding you can get pretty much anything there.from plumbing supplies pet supplies motor oil.shoes clothing jewelry you name it its probly there.

Only place in Northwest Arkansas that we found insulated bibs, complete face mask, double layer thermal suit, and work gloves for my husband... he works in construction, out in the elements.... now he wont freeze, and I wont worry about him as much 💜

I dont know why in the world they hire mean people to work the register. I guess the pay is so low, they dont care who they hire. I know a few of the managers and they are great, but the people on the registers need a good talking to about manners

My husband was looking for something to wash transmission parts, found it. Had to ask someone, and got the help he needed. Friendly and helpful.

It has memorie. But it isnt as good as it use to be. The cashier that we had was a person that makes God smile. Kind, caring and generous.

This was much better then tracker supply I didnt see any mice. It was clean and workers were friendly.

A great place to go for ranch and farm equipment, however, Ill only go here for something I know I absolutely need. My only complaint is the lack of organization and that I can never seem to find prices on items I impulsively want to grab (which is probably a good thing for my pocketbook).

Convenient location for most of our farm needs. Good prices and selection make Orschelns the best choice for us!

I always like this place I know most of the faces I see that are working, and they are always so nice no matter what. Downside is that they let there customers walk in unprotected without a mask. Plus side is they allow your pets to come in with you.

Decent service. Prices are a bit steep but, hey! I can bring my doggo in with me and let her pick out her toys/treats

Very polite and helpful crew was on duty today. First time was asked if i needed help loading all the bags of dogfood and bird food I bought. I so appreciated the help I received today.

I usually love shopping at Orscheln but this visit was fraught with problems. I have never seen a store rip apart their floor in the middle of the business day. I traveled 70 miles round trip and they had the dog section of their store in a million pieces. The workers didnt know where anything was. I was unable to even find our dog food or everyday items. They should have used the 20 workers at night and finished this relocation in the store. It impacted the whole store and you couldnt even get down the aisles of many departments. It was not well thought through and the customers shopping were the ones that paid. I had to drive another 20 miles to go to a competitor.

Apparently I offended my checker Dennis by wearing a mask in his store. I come up to check out and he doesnt say a word to me after I hear him yukking it up with everybody else. The hand sanitizer bottle was empty. At the end tell him that I appreciate it. All he says is yeah. To top it off when I get to my car part of what I had bought was expired. At the end of the day Dennis doesnt give a damn about your or my safety. Is generally not a good idea to bring your political views to work with you. Orscheln should be embarrassed of this stores lack of concern and tone-deafness.

I am forced to shop from an electric cart because of physical restrictions. I couldnt get down half the isles. And had to back out of many isles. This place is not handicapped friendly.

Friendly staff. They have all the stuff you want and cant find anywhere else. Great place.

This store has a lot of farm equipment and indoor and outdoor products, it kind of reminds me of Floyds Hardware store, its very nostalgic and love supporting local store owners.

Outstanding store. Lots of items. Parsons who was the chaser was freindly and helpful. Parsons really helped out. I am disabiled and could not reach the hats. Parsons took the time to help me out with getting the hats. He is an outstanding employee. And deserves a promotion. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Prices are higher than other places, sometimes hard to find things with how they have the store organized, always helpful and nice staff

This place has a ton of great stuff. I needed washers and Kotter pins to work on my car and couldnt find them anywhere else. They had a HUGE selection of washers bolts pins nuts and that was just the hardware section. They also all sorts of other cool stuff from farming essentials to clothes. Also a decent amount of automotive parts and supplies.

I shop at Orscheln regularly and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection products and good prices.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Took me straight to what I was looking for. Also, they do have one of the electric carts for a disabled person like myself. Ive never seen one in other stores in this category.

If its not a Tractor supply or your price shopping heres the place ... Heck I bought a beautiful ring for my wife from here while i picked up some Deer corn and a lawn tractor .... THEY GOT IT .... Cat Food and gloves to cool kid toys and DAD TOYS.

I like going there better than any of the other supply stores they have a lot of nice clothes nice decorative outdoor stuff indoor stuff and the people are very very nice

Super friendly staff and always willing to help. Another big plus is if they dont have the answer they will tell you "hey Im not sure" and then they will find someone who does know, instead of blowing smoke.

I like getting my chicken feed here because Orchelens is cheaper than Tractor Supply.I have bought baby chicks here also. They sometimes have different breeds than TSC or the Feed and Seed store in Springdale.Great people like Shelly and Elaine make it enjoyable.
