I got a carpet job done in my one bedroom condo. When he finished the job he was like "the closet doors dont fit anymore, so you have to cut them" he didnt told me this before performing the job. I had to hire someone else to cut the closet doors for me and put them back in place. Spend more money for a bad done job. Truly unprofessional.

I called to get a estimate on carpet. They came out and gave an estimate. I then found out they did all remodel items. They came out and gave me an estimate on the remainder of the items I needed done.The estimates were very vague and I wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I sent one email for the flooring and one for the other items. Broke everything out in each email.Yaritza Gutierrez verified that both emails were correct with the price and things that needed to be done. Once we agreed on everything I asked for one invoice. She sent two different invoices both of them more than we agreed on.I called her and tried to make sense out of the price changes. She told me that 948 sq ft of trim to be installed way $3,318, which was more that the carpet.One of two things is happening. One they are trying to scam people. Second the owner depends on Yaritza Gutierrezto speak for him and she not explaining things correctly. He might want to get someone else to translate for him.Anyway BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Great job with My carpet installation.

We used Osorio Carpet for tile installation in our bathroom and had a very poor experience. The quality of the install is extremely bad with poor/jagged tile cuts, "hollow" tiles, uneven grout and grout discoloration/cracking. I have also had no luck getting them to come back out to inspect the issues were having.
