Outback Steakhouse in Benton County

I was just in town for the night. This was the best Outback Ive ever been to. My bone in ribeye was fantastic cooked perfectly. The bartender James was my server and was awesome. Great experience.

The food was amazing. I havent been to Outback in quite some time and I was so glad that we decided to go there. The soup was so good I could have made a meal of it, and then came my Steak, omg, it was cooked to perfection. Overall it was a great decision to go here for dinner.

The steak was overcooked , tough and chewy, almost burned, mashed potatoes slightly underseasoned. The appetizer and burger was good. Quiet disappointed with the steak.

Mateo was an amazing server he was very helpful, attentive, and caring. Sam the manager was great to help us celebrate our daughters birthday. Thank you for a great night.

My steak had a large vein of senu and impossible to cut with their serrated steak knife. I sent it back. Short staffed on the dining floor. This was the 1st time Ive been disappointed with an Outback.

Visiting Outback in Rogers was a first time for us. The food was good and our server, Aileen, was very polite and informative and so sweet. Great first experience!

Food was good but we noticed who we think is the manager constantly getting on the the bartender, should’ve took him behind doors instead of doing it in front of customers. Bathrooms were extremely dirty as well

Not the best location Outback has to offer. The service was fine but the food quality was terrible, for as much as they charge you would think they would serve something halfway decent.I suspect it’s an issue of bad management, no quality control. Not all the Outback locations are this bad, definitely will not be back to this location. 👎👎

We had a bad experience for the 3rd time in a roll and will not go back. Every time we have went the service is horrible. From the time time we got there it took between 1.5 hours to 2 hours to get our salad, main course to our ticket and finally our credit card back. And every time the food wasnt hot nor cooked right.

Zack was an awesome waiter!! We never once had to wait on anything. He was there with what we needed before we had to ask! Excellent service!

Our waitress Alexus was great! She was so polite and helpful! I loved her attitude towards our table and after waiting an hour she was helpful to get us a big table for all of our people! I just loved how confident and happy she was, and how kind and outgoing! My family had so much good things to say about her and I LOVED her hair!! Zach also had a great attitude towards our table and helped us so much! He was so joyful and cheery and made our experience at the Outback Steakhouse a better time! I’ve hadn’t been there for a while so I thought I would try it, that was a mistake. I ordered a Bloomin onion and it came out so little, cold , and burnt. Steak was not how i ordered and it was tough and I couldn’t hardly cut it.For the prices you have to pay I will never go back there, very disappointed!

We had Zach and had a great experience! He was constantly refilling our drinks and taking care of our wants and concerns for the night! Funny enough we were here for our 1 year anniversary and it was a great way to spend the night. The food was great and Zach was a great waiter!

I had carry out.They were awesome at solutions and customer centric.I ordered broccoli soup online.It is currently not available at this location for an unknown duration or in perpetuity.They asked if being switched over to a loaded potato soup would work for me.Come with solutions and be customer centric and you will have customers.Great job outback Steakhouse.

Talk about the absolute worst experience I have ever had with this restaurant. Called to get on the wait list, waited in my car until the time they told me, came into the restaurant only to find I had not been put on the wait list whatsoever. The host then said he would seat us immediately, then asked my party to wait another 5 minutes, after 15 more minutes of waiting, still no service, not even an acknowledgement of their mistake. I won’t be returning any time soon.

The service was great. The place looks a little outdated though. The most important part was the food and the veggies were way over cooked and the steak I order at medium rare was very rare. They offered to put it back on the grill but I opted out. Overall it was ok but not worth the money.

The BEST steak Ive had since living in NWA! All the food was bursting with flavors and the steak melted in my mouth. Delish! We definitely will be back! The new managing partner Samantha is awesome and so was our waitress Whitney!

Food was excellent, service excellent. Hostess is the only negative. She could see me waiting when I came in but she was too busy chatting. I even thought maybe I was wrong but she was in fact the hostess. After several minutes a waitress asked if Id been helped, this was in front of the hostess. I said no, so the waitress seated me. Regardless of what the hostess wages are, shes making too much.

Lynette was absolutely amazing! She always made sure we had everything we needed, if we needed something she had it to us as soon as possible, no waiting times! She was a blessing and we will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend having her as a waitress!!! She’s great and super sweet!!! ❤️

placed a take away order and have always had very good food at the rogers outback. my family and I have been eating at this location for many many years and had nothing but good to say, until today 09/02/2022. my wife and ordered coconut shrimp, it was burnt, the fries were old and soggy, the salad was wilted and tasted like it was several days old sitting out. I ordered a prime rib sandwich and it was over cooked and tough tasted like shoe leather. my loaded baked potato was over cooked tasted old like it was left over from yesterdays meals. I am appalled that outback would charge anyone for a meal like my wife and I got. to me and my wife outback has always beat the competition when making a great steak. did not order one this time, my mistake or was it? I will give you one more try to get it right, but if this is what we can expect your food to be like from now on we will not be back nor will my family and friends. I am 76 years old and know lots of people coming from the service industry for 57 years. So can I count on the best next time???? OR!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a steak Med cooked. It came out under rare. Close to not cooked. The table of 2 guys behind me had Just sent there 2 steaks back also because they were undercooked. 4 tables away there was another food complaint. We had to reminded the Waitress twice my wife still didnt have her sweet potato 15 minutes in the the meal being served already. Ive never seen any restaurant have that many complaints at just one time and that was just in our area of our table who knows about the rest of the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable I cant even believe this from Outback Steakhouse.8/29/22 Rogers, AR Location

I like Outback and have been going to this location off and on since moving to this area. The last two visits have made it so I won’t be back again. First visit my girlfriend ordered a steak and asked for medium, when she got the steak and cut it to check it the middle was raw like cold to the touch. Brought it to the attention of our waitress who joked that it looked like it was ready to walk off the plate. Got it refried and it was fixed, and I figured no big deal sometimes these thing happen. Next time we visit my girlfriend asked for medium well, she figured better be safe than sorry after last time. Well it came out rare, not raw this time which was a step up, but still way more red than desired. Got our waitress to take it back and she apologized for the mistake, what happened next is why I won’t be coming back to this location. A manager brought out the steak and at first apologized and asked if the steak was cooked to her liking. She checked, and it was well done now but that’s better than before so she said yes. The manager than goes on to explain that my girlfriend must have misunderstood what she asked for and this is why they have pictures on the menu. We pointed out that she asked for medium well and what came out was rare, and that’s by the pictures on their menu. Instead of apologizing she said this is how we make it but are always happy to adjust to the needs of our customers. We were flabbergasted by this response and she walked away saying she hoped we enjoyed the rest of our meal. I’m very disappointed in this as I have no problem with mistakes happening, but when a manager tried to gaslight us this way I can no longer support this restaurant and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Mateo waited our table tonight. Even though he was helping at least 8 tables, we never once felt abandoned. He was kind and provided too notch service.

Best steak I ever had! I went for the filet and it was amazing.! Our waiter, Zack, took great care of us. He did an amazing job! Thank you , Zack!

I mean there is nothing Australian about it obviously but the food is good. The staff is cool. I like the cocktails there. Just know the lobster tails are not big set your expectations accordingly and you wont be disappointed.

We split our meal as usual and had the ribeye. It was flavored and cooked well. We had ordered our baked potato loaded, but with everything on the side. When we got our meal we were only brought the one plate with the steak and potato but all of the fixins were on the potato. They did bring a replacement potato with all the fixins on the side fairly quickly and that gave us the extra plate we needed to split our meal. Outback is pretty consistent and usually does a good job. The 4 stars were simply for the lack of a second plate and having the original potato wrong.

Awful food, my mom sent her steak back three times and by the time it was out everyone was done with their food. The manager wasn’t even nice, she literally just walked away when my mom told her “it’s okay, you’ve taken it back three times and my whole family is done eating now. I just want a refund”. Poor experience won’t be back ever.

Great Salmon and an awesome 18oz steak. Our waiter Kevin did an awesome job recommending the upgrade in steak.

This would be a 0 stars if it allowed it. First let me say our waitress was super nice and checked on us multiple times. Now on to the food. Husband and I both had the filet and shrimp special. We either had left over steak and shrimp from yesterday or our food was way over cooked and then left sitting out for an hour before being brought to us. Steak was cold and the Shrimp was so hard you could use them as drum sticks on your plate. The weird thing was it took a really long time to get the food. our waitress even made a comment about having to see if they lost our ticket. Only to be served something that I cant even explain how bad it was. I dont even know how someone looked at it and thought that it was servable food.

Was not impress with this restaurant. Food and service did not live up to what I remember outback being. It had been a long time since I had gone to an outback so maybe that is the new normal there. Service was very slow and always had excuses. I would just rather say we behind and move on. Not give me a bunch of excuses. Food did not really have much flavor and steak was just really not good for a NY strip. They got order wrong once as well. Its Food, it is a restaurant. I would not recommend, and I would not not recommend you go. I gave 3 stars because I am sure some people have had better food and experience then me. So, if your thing might give a try. I would recommend another steak house over this one if asked but I wouldnt tell anyone not to go here.

I had a stressful day, so I decided to eat at Outback to help clear my mind. I sure did the right move! My servers name is Kevin and he definitely made my day better! The food tasted great (I had the Alice Springs Chickenand he got everything right the first time, and hes a great person to have a conversation with! The server assistants are also spectacular! Keep up the great work!

Let me start with saying the service was great. The potato soup tasted great but was cold. The 11oz sirloin was tougher than nails, and had very few edible bites. I paid $6 to add shrimp to the steak. They were over seasoned and cold. 4 scrawny shrimp for $6 was a burn. The fries were fresh and hot, the baked French onion soup my wife had was also good. Maybe it was an off night but that $80 dinner will sting for a while..

We had a wonderful experience at Outback with Kevin as our server. Deb was super friendly too. Great experience. We highly recommend Outback in Rogers for for a pleasant, affordable evening with the family. We had the sirloin steaks and the bloomin fried chicken. The seasonal vegetables and salad are always amazing.

Food was okay. We went here as a large group for Fathers Day on Monday night. They were out of a bunch of items including one steak, a limited number of another steak (you are a steak restaurant!!), and fries - go to Sams Club and grab a few bags or something!!Our waitress was super friendly and really did the best she could with what she had to work with. They had her working our table and some others on the other side of the restaurant.Overall the experience was extremely disappointing!!

We had dinner there on Friday night 6/17/22 and the steak was fantastic and so was the creamy horseradish sauce. Mateo was our server. He was super nice and friendly and energetic. He did a great job taking care of us. The manager was very nice too. We will definitely be back since I just moved into the area.

Had a great time tonight at Outback of Rogers! Our server Katie was amazing! Attentive, not pushy, and super nice. The manager Deb is a pure delight. She stopped by and chatted with my wife and I for a while and you can tell she is truly invested in Outback and her customers! As long as those 2 are there youll have a customer for life.

We had such a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day! Our server, Mateo, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The food was delicious, especially the blooming onion, sirloin steaks, coconut shrimp, and broccoli. They even gave out flowers to moms. We look forward to dining here again!

We can not say enough good things about how friendly the staff was! Our waitress, Whitney, was extremely efficient and had a fantastic personality. The Assistant manager made sure our visit was a great experience as well. We will definitely be back.

My favorite go-to location for happy hour or a fantastic meal. Bar staff exceptional! Ask for Miss T, James or Alexis, you’ll feel right at home.An additional shout-out to the wait staff and the server assistants, they are dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable experience.

Have not been to outback in a long time. Visited to use a gift card. Enjoyed my meal, but the reason I’ll visit again is because of our waitress. We sat near the bar & Alexis was awesome, attentive, and friendly. And she makes an awesome old fashioned.

Logan is AWESOME! He was very attractive and initiative of our needs. Lol! The steak was over cooked. The bartender whipped up some great drinks. Overall a great dinner.

Food was pretty good. Service was horrible to say the least. Everything took forever! Dishes piled up on our table and were never removed. It was gross eating dinner next to a pile of dirty dishes. Check out the asparagus, it was on steroids or something because they were huge. My son visited the restroom. Saw a server use the bathroom and walk right out without washing his hands - another GROSS!

Food was good, service was good. Wait was a bit long but I believe it’s just simply due to a shortage of workers. So I can’t really knock them for that.I loved the drinks, and the mushrooms were amazing! Steak was a bit over cooked, so I did knock a star. But, I’d say I had a good time and good food. Could definitely do worse!

Went here for my daughters 21st birthday. I ordered the salmon with sweet potato and salad. It was so good.

What a experience!Called ahead at 6:40 was told a 30-40 minute wait, showed up 10 minute early. was told 10 minute just had to clean off the table, well 30 more minutes go by so we said something and got seated. Took 30 minutes to get a drink, our appetizers didnt show up until 8:50 and the food showed up at 9:10 witch a burger had to be sent back because it was black along with incorrect orders, my steak had no flavor and the Mac and cheese is literally just noodles with a little cheese only poured in the center.The only positive thing was our waitress was very nice

Not a bad experience at all. The service was extremely good. Very attentive and accurate in taking our orders. The food was okay, but a little over cooked. We will certainly come back to this location in the future. We were also seated quickly, even with 7 people in our party.

10/10 my wife and I have to eat here atleast once a month. The service, atmosphere and food is always well worth the price. Fabulous drink menu and the best prime rib in town. Be advised youll need to get here early because they do sell out. Also they tend to cook a proper steak if you dont like blood you better say something! The bar tenders are amazing as well! So come on in and plan to stay awhile because this place is so good you wont want to leave.
