Very helpful staff saw to my fathers needs with efficiency and care for a customer in a wheelchair. Thank you.
I love going to the Tweedmill, I often meet a friend there for coffee and cake. We then spend the morning browsing all the goods on offer. There is always something good. Shoes ,bags, clothes, furniture, cards, hats , things suitable for presents and lots lots more.
Was a nice place to visit, lots of different shops like bonmarche roman etc .
Excellent as always, and you still feel safe re the Covid as they have sanitiser right throughout the store. The staff as so helpful and pleasant. Really enjoy going there.
Had coffee and carrot cake, hubby had apple strudel slice, all delicious, love Tweedmill, wandering round all the clothes and gifts and finishing off in the café, today we went in the café upstairs
Plenty of parking. Good prices. Restaurant and separate cafe
This place caters more for the pensioners. Plenty of choice ( Roman ,Cotton Traders, Pavers and there own unknown lables. There is clothes, homewards (kitchen ,bedding and gifts The Christmas section is lovely .Upstairs is a little coffee/snacks cafe to have a decent rest. Downstairs is a full restaurant where you can get a fab breakfast -served till 11 ? ,a roast dinner , plus a good selection of other hot food and cakes. It dies fetch busy as there is often coach loads calling in.
I love this place. You could spend all day here. With its on site restaurant and a separate cafe stocking a wide selection of hot/cold food and beverages. There are various departments based within this shopping complex. There is also a small but well stocked food market. Site is well maintained with plenty of parking spaces. Well worth a visit.
This place gets better every time I go. The choice of clothes is great. Something for everyone. Other departments are really good too. Great cafe. A great day especially if its raining.
Marvellous lunchtime menu, very popular. Staff helpful and food delivered to the table, drinks can be fetched later in the meal if wanted. Wide range of goods available and an excellent choice in cards
Great variety and a pleasant surprise to see Christmas decorations out!
A little out of the way but a nice store plenty of parking & cafe for that quick bite while shopping.
Excellent shopping experience. Farm shop and restaurant both offered a great choice and good prices.
Beautiful store with lovely assistants. Food in the cafe was lovely unfortunately the attitude of the cafe assistant’s wasn’t good and we had a lot of problems receiving our two puddings that we had pre paid for. Totally spoilt our dining experience we didn’t expect to have so many problems receiving our sweets. ☹️
Travel here to meet a long time friend and and enjoy a coffee and chat then browse around the clothes and nearly always buy something. Lots of other things to look at as well.
Plenty to look at and the cafe was really good..Both had a cooked breakfast and 2 glasses of milk..£12..Very reasonable..Will be going again..
Good shopping , out of the way setting. Lots of outlets under one roof. Food not bad. Prices on the expensive side especially for North Wales !
Plenty of parking and lovely surroundings.Shopping is more for older people but lots of choice.Cafe is really good. Can be busy but worth visiting for lunch- quick service and delicious food.
Disappointed as not able to take our small dog in the store. But we were able to use part of the cafe.
Had a sale on when I went. I am not one for buying clothes but found a top I liked. Then had a coffee and a lovely cream cake.
Plenty at this outlet for everybody.. Excellent parking.. Wheel chair friendly.. Cafe.. Toilets.. Garden centre.. Etc..
Had lunch in the cafe with a friend. Staff very ignorant about Vegan diet. Very limited choices made available despite the menu board citing options available. Staff discussion in front of me whilst they tried to work out what Vegan meant. A lot of confusion between gluten free and Vegan free?! Anyway, settled on a jacket potato with Vegan cheese and salad. My food was then brought to the table with coleslaw, which when queried and checked the coleslaw was taken away. I then had to establish if any butter had been put on my potato as I had zero confidence and trust in staff knowledge at this point. No cake options available to me. Truly disappointing and a clear staff training need. Had I have been allergic this could have been a very serious matter...
A lovely experience upstairs when I was looking for some new shoes and a very rude team member downstairs telling me that they were closing and to basically go!! Not much customer care 🥵
Plenty of choice good brands lots of reductions on prices. Cafe is great large portions reasonable prices
The restaurant doesnt seem to be as good as it used to be. Had a nice welsh rarebit but it was accompanied by a really sad looking salad and the coffee is awful
Very enjoyable visit. A huge selection of goods at great prices, good farm shop and restaurant.
Nice place to visit to buy or just look at clothes or to meet up for coffees or lunches. Cafe separate from main ground floor restaurant.
It is good place for shopping but mainly old style. Factory outlet but not much discount. It was alright.
Not an „Outlet“ at all! Looks like Primark for old-fashioned Chinese made stuff. Customers 60+Big sale signs outside, 10% off inside…
Huge variety to choose from be it shoes, clothes or household goods. Nice place to hve coffee as well as shop, staff friendly and very helpful
Always enjoy a visit to Tweed Mill. A excellent selection of ladies and gents clothing and accessories, including a shoe department, bedding and household goods, gifts etc. The building is on 2 levels and contains a Cafe and toilet facilities plus a very large parking area.
Massive warehouse style outlet. Great for coach trips, and wives and girlfriends who enjoy doing clothes shopping, while their husbands or boyfriends visit the "pitch and put" or golf driving range.
Stopped off as we broke down on our journey to Liverpool, the cafe is lovely and staff , its lovely to see all the older generations enjoying themselves and happy doing the shopping
I was on a coach trip when it stopped here for our lunch break. I didnt do any shopping but the range of goods is extensive and the prices are competitive. The good in the café was nothing special but the prices were reasonable.
What a great place. Lots of things you dont see anywhere else. Good meal lunchtime. Great to see all the staff smiling and being helpful.
Good shopping experience with lots of stores all under one roof. However, it would be better if everything could be paid for at one till rather than having to go to different tills
Great place to visit. I think you could spend a day there. Lovely choice of homewares. Cafe has a good selection too.
Dont bother with the cafe - service is slow the staff are too busy chatting to each other! By the time she remembered my tea cake I had drank my coffee! No offer of a free refill for her error!Shopping is OK, some good homewares
One very large shop with areas dedicated to other brands.Very similar to Shaws.Prices were fair and something for everyone. One hour maybe two should be plenty.
Probably not my sort of shopping experience. Free parking. One self contained store with different concessions. Cafe on site and garden centre. I would say would appeal to a more mature shopper.
Always buy stuff from here, but dont particularly like the cafe as its stuffed in a corner on the 2nd floor with lots of windows that arent open and cant be opened, so extremely warm and uncomfortable especially if youre having a meal !! It really needs to be sorted !
Lovely place to spend a couple of hours browsing and in the cafe. Very friendly staff. Would like to see more Welsh crafts.
Good selection of shoes, clothes, garden ornaments/furniture and general bric-a-brac. Café has fantastic food! But avoid the coffee - it resembled a cheap Horlicks copy rather than the cappuccino I ordered. Huge car park. Wheelchair access. Friendly staff.
Amazing service from Jo in the bedding dept. Yesterday morning I popped in for a valance for our standard double bed. Unfortunately they did not have the colour in the size I wanted. However Jo told me if paid and there and then and she would order it and I would have it the next day. Somewhat sceptical of this, as I wasnt in any hurry, I paid, and Jo placed the order. At 11.00am this morning the parcel arrived. .( Watch out Amazon!!!!! )Thank you Jo really appreciated your serviceThe Tweedmill is such a boon as there no others like it here, in Denbighshire and they cover a huge range of household goods as well as a superb range of mens and womens clothing .and shoes. Linda
Visited here for a bit of retail therapy and breakfast.Great choice for shopping, loved the farm shop.Had the full Welsh breakfast, well worth it. Reasonable price & delicious food.
Struggled to find a disabled bay today..needs more. Myself and sister where shopping with our 88 year old mother. Greeter saw my mum had mobility issues and told us there was a lift. Problem is myself and sister cant do lifts (which we told her). Massive phobia. Ahh ok she said. Id hoped she offer to do lift with her for us or find someone who could..but no..so mum struggled the stairs while she watched. I know she didnt have to..but yes..would of been nice if she could of helped
A really successful visit. A very helpful assistant. Managed to find three suits and a dress shirt in about fifteen minutes, but when we got to the checkout there were problems with the tills and cash machines which doubled our time there. They need some better IT support.
Nice place, could do with better signage at the entrance showing where the different departments are. There is a Coffee shop on the first floor which you wouldnt know was up there.Good parking.
Visited on the 9th of April, a Saturday, to have a wee browse. Whilst the cafe was nothing to write home about, Im giving a 5 star based entirely on my suit shopping experience. The lady who assisted me with all my choices must have the patience of a saint, going above and beyond to make sure I was fully kitted out. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, customer service you just dont see very often. Wish I could name them directly but dont think thats permitted. But anyway, in short, would recommend a visit, great selection of suits, covering all age ranges and styles. Thank you.
Its the usual generic shopping arcade filled with the sort of things you look at but never really buy. If you want some shortbread or some new pillows or a bedset, with a place to have a coffee afterwards this has it. Parking is plentiful. Not a place to go out of your way for, but maybe worth stopping if you happen to pass. The pet centre is distinctly underwhelming. Lots of staff twiddling there thumbs bless em
