Owen's Pharmacy in Kosciusko County

I seen an 80 yr old woman put her groceries back in cart with no sacks cause bagger wasnt doing his job that means she had to put in car without bags thats ridiculous and wasnt enough lanes open people were backed up thru the store

I have been very happy with this pharmacy. i transferred from another pharmacy and Kroger Pharmacy is 100 per cent better.

It is awful to sit in a line fora half hour or more. If something don’t change I’m gonna go elsewhere. Lines are to long. I mean scan the med put it in a bag and take the payment. This should be a 2 minute task.

During this epidemic it has taken its toll on EVERYONE and especially those who are trying to help take care of us! It has been frustrating for all of us, people walked out because of mandatory vaccines and people who were vaccinated still got COVID and some not once but TWICE! So my heart and empathy goes out to all the pharmacy and healthcare workers and respect those who kept their cool and DIDNT snap and yell at me when it was my turn in line or on the phone and I thank you all for still going strong🙏🏼Praying for you all🙏🏼

Beware, the hours are now 10a-6p, Monday-Friday! Very inconvenient for anyone that works! If you are short staffed, hire more people!

I have used Owens/Kroger Pharmacy for years, by choice. The last few weeks they have been extremely busy, short staffed and working hard. I chose to go in at 9:00 this morning to pick up a med so that perhaps I would not have to wait in such a long line. I got my med. Since another med was called in late last night, it was not filled at opening time. So I went back in at closing time tonight. The same ladies (Pharmacist Nikkole and tech Jamiewere working as this morning plus another tech (Melissahad come in on her day off, because the pharmacy was so short staffed. I give them kudos for still being pleasant to the customers and having smiles on their faces! To top it off, Jamie caught that I was allergic to one of the new meds that had been prescribed by a doc I had seen for the first time. Ill stick with them!!

They are always busy but they take their time with each person so I am ok with waiting awhile.

I don’t understand how I can have an appointment and an rx sent at 2pm and it’s almost 7 and THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT DONE!!!even though I got a message saying it was ready! My child is sick and needs his atb! This is insane. Absolutely insane.

I used to be extremely happy with the Warsaw Owens pharmacy. But here lately not so much. The pharmacist is slower than molasses. My prescriptions are never filled on time. I give them a hour more than when they say because if not I end up waiting there for an hour plus. They either need to be open longer or get some more help because it is absolutely ridiculous. I’m seriously about to switch pharmacies it’s so bad.

I need my prescription and can’t get it during pharmacy hours. They should open early for dedicated vaccine not make people wait longer to pick up meds that should have been ready 2 days ago but had to return. My schedule is off and not I have to return again!!!

My family has found this Warsaw Kroger pharmacy to be quite rude! Short with customers, talking down to us, attitude, and one guy even threw my insurance card in the prescription bag. When my mom asked if it was in the bag, after not having had the card handed back to her, he flung the bag and her and said, “Hope so!” My entire family literally hates dealing with this pharmacy.

I will never use them again everyone I have talked to are so rude they should not have there jobs dealing with the public

I dont understand why the 3 rude women I have spoken to are so aggressive; she hung up on me; Wabash refused to dispense my medicine my surgeon called because the other wasnt "strong enough" and accused me of basically being a drug addict (I am so sorry there are addicts in the world but I am not one, I flush extra pills I dont need and my surgeon told me to hold onto them for later for when I dont5need the stronger meds anymore but I had already flushed them!"I get it, the DEA doesnt see what you do at home but I would thing if YOUR SURGEONcalls in the medicine then you would think they would speak to your surgeon!? NOPE the lady in Wabash was very LOUD; RUDE; ACCUSATIONAL and almost made me cry! My friend was standing right next to me holding my 3 year olds hand and she was shocked that a person working in a pharmacy talks to people that way!Everyone else I have talked with has been respectful, its just those 3 women who really shouldnt be working in customer service and fast paced position if they cant be professional! Dealing with peoples medicine can either help or hurt the patient and as someone who works there should already be aware of that!Excellent service and communication to all the others who work there and actually try the Good RX when it wont go through insurance!!! These people get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pharmacy doesn’t answer their phones.Poor customer service.They tried to scam my mom by trying not to honor GoodRX.Trying to give her the RX at three times the price.

Poor customer service contacted them 4 times one went in there the first 2 called the third time not knowing they close at grandma hours 7pm anywho my prescription was ready but with 5 min till close never got a notification that is was ready at all been going there for awhile now and still never treated as a customer the people who work there hate people especially (I thinkif u get medication that they can judge you about well tomorrow morning when I go there AGAIN to get my prescription it will be my last time

Normally I am very happy with the service I get from Owens pharmacy, but today I left very frustrated and felt very talked down to. I phoned in a prescription through the automated system on a Friday and was told by the automated system that my prescription would be ready on Saturday after 2pm. I didnt make it in til Sunday to pick it up, and was shocked when told that it wasnt ready yet. I explained that that I had called it in through the automatic system and that it would be ready by now. The employee proceeds to rudely tell me that "it is what it is" because orders are different on the weekend and the automated system doesnt know that, and that I should have talked to an actual employee if I wanted my order on a weekend. (He never apologized for the inconvenience either.How on Earth was I supposed to know all that and what is the point of an automated system if it should be ignored? Now I have to wait an hour and make a special trip to go back in and pick up my order that should have been ready Yesterday. Please either fix the automated system for weekends, or just get rid of it altogether.

Whoever the pharmacist was today was a total ass, not only do i not feel good i was talked to like i was less than intelligent and then he quickly walked away, i wasnt rude by any means i simply asked a question if you dont have time to talk to customers in a polite manner go work where you can get away with being a total jackass.

Think you might be able to afford to pay someone a slave wage to actually price the products in your store or if thats too much of an imposition, provide a scanner so we can check prices ourselves? Is this a flea market or a corporation because by the condition of this store I am unable to tell.
