Hotel Avis is one of the oldest hotel of Rangat, Middle Andaman. Here all types of rooms are available... AC/Non-AC, budget rooms etc...Food can also be ordered here and restaurants and bars are also available near the hotel...

worst hotel one can ever find,actually tour operators make i stay unncessarily here to earn moneythis hotel is dirtiest in india,u can see better rooms in dharavi slums,but charge 3000-4000 per nightno breakfast/food,AC mostly will not work,no reception,old leaking rooms,scary bathrooms

Overall look wise it seems like a decent hotel. However had a bad stay here. The hotel building is across the road from a small building which has the reception. So if you need any service you have to walk from one building cross the road to the other building as no telephone or other means are provided. Out of the two rooms the geyser in one of our rooms wasnt working. We were assured hot water would be brought to the room. To my surprise the water arrived very late and that too in an aluminium tea kettle. The staff was very rude and impolite. Remote location of hotel cannot excuse the poor service provided. Room not in a good condition should not have been rented out in the first place. Also furniture in room had termites and cupboards had no handles.
