Great service, delivery was earlier than expected! Product quality seems very good and instructions and self installation were very good! Side gaps are a little generous but probably conservative given it is a far bigger problem being oversized - no need to allow any thing when measuring- measure tight and you will have no problem! Will buy again for another couple of projects!

I looked around for the best build quality of blind available, which was competitively priced with other blinds and found it at Ozrite. Their service was timely, professional and Annie at sales was friendly, and offered detailed support to assist me with installation. I found the install straight forward, but would suggest if not mechanically minded talk to Annie, or an Ozrite technician first for a few words of advice, or have them install for you.

I cant recommend Ozrite enough! After having a salesman to the house from another company who tried to sell us the opposite of everything we said we wanted and then attempted to pressure us into purchasing there and then, we were a little unsure what to do. I spoke to Annie and she was excellent, she explained the different products they offered and helped me make an informed decision about which was the right blind for us. We visited the showroom to check the quality of the products and were very impressed but we werent pressured into purchasing at any point.The blinds arrived on time and fitting was straightforward. We are so happy with the result, they have totally transformed our outdoor living space and we use it so much more. We love them so much we are about to purchase another two!

We needed a unique solution for an exterior blind outside our folding doors that could work with the doors open or folded. Ozrite created a blind to reduce sunlight and repel rain that was good value, sturdy, delivered on time and elegant.

We purchased a Motorised Ziplock blind with a Headbox flashing. We have an outdoor area exposed to the ocean needing a weather barrier so looked at outdoor blinds. After doing quite a bit of research we settled on Ozrite based on cost savings of a DIY install, leadtime, google reviews, installation literature, and advice. The website ordering process was very simple to use. Our blind was manufactured and delivered within a couple of weeks. It was very well packaged with the quality of the blind and components exceptionally high compared to others I’ve seen. Initially there was some confusion on my part where to start but after a quick phone call to Annie @ Ozrite I was up and running. All expectations have been exceeded and we’ve ended up with the perfection solution. Big thanks to Annie and everyone at Ozrite, we’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and use them again in the future.

What a great shopping experience. This company, especially their front of house - Annie, were fabulous. excellent old fashioned service! Their website has all the technical info needed to make an informed choice on what to buy and how to install. I ordered two large outdoor blinds and installed them myself with the excellent info provided on the site. One of the blinds was received with a minor blemish which I was willing to live with, as it was barely noticeable. When I informed Annie I promptly received a no cost order for a full replacement skin which arrived in a few days - I was pleasantly surprised at how fast she responded. My blinds look fantastic and operate flawlessly - Very Happy customer!!!

Hubby and I installed the 3 blinds I ordered yesterday and they look great, and more importantly they shielded out the sun on our verandah and deck during the afternoon where we get ravished by the sun. The quality is great and priced very competitively, especially as we live in a country town and getting regular high street suppliers to quote/fit is outrageously expensive, so thank you for providing a great product that can be fitted by a DIYer. The delivery took a bit longer than expected as it appears that one of the three parcels ended up being separated from the others and had a routing error, however the wait was worth it!

Annie was absolutely fantastic - took us through our options in the showroom and gave excellent advice r.e. Style of blinds for our windy coastal position. Extremely disappointed with this business and no effort to rectify. First they canceled my order without phoning ahead to let me know. Initially blaming a website glitch and then turned it around and blamed customer for not entering details correctly. None of it makes sense. I gave them actual measurements and completed all mandatory fields. This is a business clearly with poor processes / systems. I don’t recommend them at all

New 10m x 6m deck on western side of house overlooking orchard, which gets very hot in summer plus the sun is blinding when sitting there relaxing.We ordered these blinds after our sons recommendation, he also has them.Extremely happy with them....would recommend to anyone. Love that you can still see through them, but without the glare.

Have just installed my 3.5 x 2.2 ziplock blind from Ozrite Blinds. Quote was excellent. Supply and delivery had minor hiccup due to transport company. Not Ozrite. Ozrite followed up and my delivery was expedited. After some procrastination by us we have today installed our blind. Fit is fabulous considering our walls are apparently not straight but easily solved by recessing top brackets. Blind is exactly as described. My rating is actually 4.75 stars. I would happily deal with Ozrite again and thank them for their fabulous service.

Great product for a small price. Ozrites products are made to a very high standard and they are dedicated to what they do, even down to the packaging you can tell a lot of time and effort has been put into each product. Ordered the ziptrack blinds and have just received them and they were of great quality. the only negative is the shipping and turnaround time to manufacture these blinds may be a bit slow.
