Associate very helpful but stock of merchandise very low. Almost looks like they are closing.
They had the lg oled c2 in stock; I looked it up online, then I went and bought it on short notice. Their site was accurate. Called and verified, plus purchased it online. It took 10 minutes to get in from the back and then into my car.
Because I havent been to Best buy in a while I initially went to the town center location but it was closed then I went to the Kirkwood highway location and it was closed then I found out that it was located at the fashion center which just frustrated me that Ive already been to two locations and had to drive all over the place just to find this particular location and to end up going in and there was no selection for the product I wanted. I was attempting to find a wireless car charging mount for my Samsung phone as well as a Bluetooth plug for a auxiliary port in my vehicle. How disappointing when you rely on an electronics store to not carry the product. I will not be going back to that location again.
I went in the store. They didn’t have the colored earphones. I was able to order it on-line and it was cheaper and I had a great experience.
I’m not impressed with this location at all… I brought my pc in for a repair/ physical cleaning… and the technicians were able to solve the problem however when it came to the cleaning the outcome was extremely lacking… fans were half cleaned dust still everywhere… I paid $300 in total including a new ssd… and the job was half done.
No customer service. Asked several people who kept referring me to someone else. Then someone said they will call for help but again no help. But my experience with the Geek Squad there was good.
Wasn’t impressed. Went to this location to purchase a new computer monitor as my old one unfortunately broke, and when I found the one I wanted I didn’t see the size of the one I was looking for. I was looking for a 27 inch monitor but they only had 24 inch ones on the display shelf. I asked one employee who just said: “if it’s not there is should be on the side” then walked away. Then I was able to find another employee, but it was almost like pulling teeth for him to actually help. I showed him the monitor I was looking at and asked if there were any in stock in the back, he scanned it and said there was only one. He then took no more than 3 steps, scanned the area (we were surrounded by aisles so I have no idea what he was looking atand said I was looking at the only one left in stock. But before I could even see if it was possible for him to check the stock of a near by store he was gone. So not impressed with the customer service this store offers.
Noone wants to help you. The employees answer for every question is I dont know. They all transfer you to someone else that doesnt know. Long line to checkout. I just walked out. I will never shop Best buy again.
Its like a grown up toy store. Very clean and well laid out. Friendly staff as well!
Place is always an awesome experience and most for me which is my place to go since i loce electronics.I went to check out the sound bars area and they had plenty in stock.Ended up buying a Samsung bar that was 1,700 new and i got it open bic for 950.Hey,thats a lot of saving right there for something i will drop in the dumpster anyway(speaking about original box)
Like other Best-Buys you can find many technology products but you can’t find what you are looking for, so you come late or unlucky? Because always sold-out. Also employees are not interested well. Almost same at all stores. This one is good. But of course I couldn’t find that what I need.
Stood in line in the mobile dept for an hour today, the people in front of us even longer. Employee got done with a customer in line and took random customers coming up from the side while all of us had been waiting in line this long and then when she was done chatting it up with the random people who werent in line, she walked away and did not even so much as acknowledge the man and woman in front of us. Walked out and will not be returning for anything
Waited an hour and a half to upgrade a phone. They werent even that busy, but there were only TWO people working, on a holiday. When it is your turn, you dont even get their undivided attention so that you can get out of there. They drag out the process by stopping to help other people while youre standing there waiting. Very frustrating and we will not be going back there for anything other than a quick, basic purchase.
Good luck trying to buy something here. Line went halfway to the back of the store. Only one person went through in almost 25 minutes.
Love their selection of open box and discounted goods. Decent selection in most areas of the store. Wish they had more of a cell phone case selection but my phone is older lol so Im not knocking off any stars lol
Purchased a open boxed brand new 65 inch sony tv and has all security tapes and inspection tape on the box opened box missing all installation materials and hardware and calling the store was horrible wait time purchasing from best buys is a fraud .
They were doing some type of remodeling construction so I couldnt go into the store but I was fine with it.. they asked me what I needed and went looking for it and in less then 5mins came back so I could pay and go. It was great.
I love this store 🏬. Great veriety of items. Also great 👍 prices. They are upgrading the store on Route 202. Should open around the first of September.
Went in for the Geek squad. Very fast and knowledgeable, had my phone fixed in 3 minutes. Always recommended.
Ordered a wireless charger on line they said it would be ready in 15 minutes it was ready in 10 minutes. Nice Job Best Buy.

This review is for Olivia Tyler who works at the Newark, DE store. Excellent customer service and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! We were in and out of the store in less time than what we thought it would take considering the previous times we have been to Best Buy for a phone upgrade. There was another representative working with her, we did not get his name, but he was also very helpful in assisting us choose a lightweight laptop.Kudos to these two reps! Customer service at its best!

There was only 1 person helping everyone in sales but ny experience went well since I signed in using qr code. Overall liked their service.
Very poor management at this location!. I had an urgent /major concern and when I addressed it to the manager Shane (after 20 minutes of waiting for him to even come to me), his response was uncaring and he didnt take it as serious as it should have been taken. Instead, he just made every excuse to defend the issue! I will not be returning to this location and I highly do not recommend!
While I love the selection this location has my main issues are the restrooms every single time we have shopped at this store and had to visit the rest rooms they are beyond dirty paper all over the floor the stalls are not cleaned /not flushed and there are no paper towels at all, most of the soap dispensers are broken left with only the hand dryer . For sensory people that may cause problems .Please I hope the upkeep with the restrooms gets better … definitely not sanitary.

Went to this store for the first time and purchased a GE dehumidifier. The associate help me locate the item. When I requested a price match at the checkout, the cashier tried her best to match it. With wonderful assistance from the store manager, I got the appliance with a decent price. thanks.
Cool place but its false advertisement. My best buy was one of those old fashioned fingertrap toys, and I bought it online. That said, the stores great and you can find pretty much anything here for a great deal. 👉-👈
Needed a laptop the store was pretty busy for a Tuesday afternoon but they definitely had enough employees to assist me I was in and out also was greeted by 2 associates asking if they could help me. I am going to assume they are taking care of associates and have raised their wages mabey other retailers should follow and they wont have now hiring signs posted for 2years ....
Went to Best Buy to see the Geek Squad. My hp touch screen got smashed. I made an appointment online. I was seen on time. Staff was helpful. Fixing a laptop sucks!
The store was robbed the other night and instead of doing inventory and updating their systems they went on as an ordinary day, yet I ordered an iPad online to pick up at this store, and instead of say not available it said it had it. I drove down from Philly to find out they didnt have it. As much as gas is they should have wave the taxes I had to pay to pick it up at another location
Came in to purchase a laptop for graphics design etc and Maria helped me. Thank you so much Maria! As a fellow design student she knew the answer to all my questions, didn’t sugarcoat anything and knew exactly what I needed no hesitation. She was super sweet and full of knowledge. Shortest time I’ve ever spent in a Best Buy with my biggest purchase to date in that store.
Got my 85” Sony tv delivered to turn it on and be defective. It had white streaks in the picture for a 1/4 of the tv. The 1st picture shows this.Best Buy delivered a new one and took back the old one. I plug it in to find it defective and even worse! The 2nd and 3rd picture show this. There’s color streaks all throughout the tv it’s like the delivery guys handled with no care. I immediately call customer service to be told I would have to return the tv and go pick up a new one because they couldn’t deliver it.He had me on the phone for 30 min while “trying to find a solution” and hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience from the 2 broken tvs and the customer service experience it’s like they outsource I could barely understand the representative and he couldn’t transfer me to a manager because he said he was working from home. I still have no working tv and can’t get ahold of anyone to help I guess I will have to waste more time going to the store tomorrow. Also paid a mounting company twice now for coming out just to find out that both are broken. Super expensive overall experience and very unhappy. Thanks Best Buy!
Bought a smart watch. They didnt have it so they did an online pick up for Concord Pike. Concord Pike had to cancel the order and redo it because of something that happened at this store. I was charged for 2 watches when I only got one. Watch you bank statements with this store!!!
Decent deals. Best place to buy your electronics that isnt Amazon. Only thing should be wary about is the mobile pickup. They have 2 lines. 1 for in store purchases and 1 for mobile pickups. Theyll take everyone in the in store purchase lines before mobile order line. I literally was the only person in the mobile pickup line and was told to wait while they took the in store purchase folks. I guess other people knew about this already as a few folks in that line were also picking up mobile orders. No point in having two lines dedicated to different things. What was supposed to expedite a purchase pickup actually ended up delaying me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! Every time I order an appliance from Best Buy they arrive on time (or provide an early optionand install the appliance quickly and carefully. During the installs of last two appliances the guys even walked me through how to use the new appliance! Outstanding experience. Well done!
LARGEST best buy Ive EVER been too. They had a variety of tech, workers and every security. There were no hesitations when asking if we needed help and it felt nice to be able to walk around with no restrictions. Wil go back again 💕
Browsing BestBuy is always interesting to find new products and offers. Although in this case I found the shelves somewhat messy and missing.I went to return a product that was delivered defective and I had no problems with the refund.
Always nice walking around best buy looking at things, getting ideas, and finding interesting things. Though as usual its hard to find an associate when you need help. When I finally got one to help me find some compressed air, he went to check in the back. 15 minutes later Im still waiting as I see him talking with others or doing something else before finally telling me there was none left
Good customer service ,and knowledgeable personelle.I went in to buy a tablet to replace my that the screen cracked. The young man Zach that helped me ,asked appropriate questions and directed me to them . He showed me the features of several in the category I requested and I made a purchase based on his recommendations.It was a great shopping experience.
I ordered a new pioneer Bluetooth car receiver along with a traditional backup camera installed in my older SUV. The system works great. The Audio sounded really good Im glad I was out with the old and in with the new especially having a great working backup camera. My only complaint was that it took an hour and a half over the phone with an associate to order this equipment. Associate said their computer was acting up so give her the benefit of the doubt because I know that technology can be slow at times so I patiently waited on the phone until the sale was complete. Word to the wise, if you need to purchase any items such as this, please go into the store for much quicker service. I would recommend this product to anyone.
Finally a best buy that knows what their talking bout ty for the recommendations in picking out a great dslr camera Update went here the other day about 6 24 21 and bought another new lens the nikon 10 to 20mm wide angle definitely a great buy... wish they had more people available working to answer questions I had to deal with the appliance person in the camera section but not gonna lie the guy knew his stuff and I alr3ady knew what I wanted so it was an easy sale n he knew right where all the accessories were too I wish I could remeber his name but thanks again!!!

Nice to compare products with others available that may get the job done as well. Makes buying experience a plus. Easy online ordering and pick up if going in or using curb side pick up both have been smooth transactions. Great location to shop at.

CAME TO PICK UP A SMART-PHONECame in for a phone today and got an EXTREMELY hard time about a compatibility check with my Carrier(ACN Flash Green).I would have to buy the phone and if it was NOT compatible, pay a RESTOCKING FEE for my inconvenience.I have no problem purchasing the phone to try the test. I refuse to pay a FEE just because they refuse to do the due diligence on one of their products. Which I may add is as simple as inputting the IMEI digits printed on the unopened BOX and letting the system run its course.
We had a Great experience at Best Buy, Customer service was great. The Gentleman who delivered W&D, were very professional, helped with best location... Best place to buy house hold appliances, electronics, and stuff like that with big deal of prices. The staff are friendly and help you out on the needs and provide suggestions which makes the shopping experience really good.
Great store.... I needed some wireless earbuds with good sound and good Base. The young guy that worked there was very helpful. Suggested a Great pair for a reasonable Price. 👍👍
