Changed my review from four stars to one star because our last trip there over 1/3 of the items purchased were past expiration date and they even conceal the dates by putting the price tag over the date stamp. Obviously purposeful. Oh, and items that arent priced individually constantly ring up for a different price than marked in the aisle. Expensive, yet shady.

Good place to buy good quality Asian food but also Mexican food for a good price. The staff here is hardworking and very nice when answering your questions. Many restaurants to chose from as well

Its being bought out so these are its last days. Go in for a clearance deal but items are running out. Word is Great Wall stores bought them out and will redo the store.

Shiesters! Broke contract with us as a service provider and didn’t provide any documentation for a reason, rude AF and had an attitude like they were better than everybody else, and then sent nastygrams to our bosses because they weren’t happy that we were just trying to keep THEM from breaking their contract.Douchey! Deal with someone else. Doubt they have different business ideals for any other party doing business with them.

Tons of variety and many international categories. This is my #2 Asian market. I wont mention #1 so as not to pull people away from here but if you know... You know. I definitely will go here in addition to my regular place because they have some specialty items that are harder to find elsewhere. Definitely check them out.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They helped me find a perscription I needed quickly for herbal medicine and they have a huge selection of hard to find products.

Check out tables are not arranged appropriately. Only one cart can go through very narrow but the other side of checkout line has to wait or squeeze in. Food wise, a lot of expired food or close to expired food. If you still want to buy something, make sure check the product date. They do have more Chinese specific products that you cant get them in H mart.

Depending which days you go, there might not be many items available. Also, I wanted to order some food, the sign clearly stated $7.99 for lunch special. However, the lady tries to charge me $8.99. I explained to her thats not what the sign stated, she agreed and advised me to tell cashier to charge me the correct price. The cashier argues with me, she than call the other employee and I dont know what was spoke of. They still wanted to charge me $8.99. I unfortunately, told them I was no longer interested and to keep their food. I was so disappointed because they would probably throw away the food, rather than sell it.

As usual vegetables are fresh and fruits were as fresh. Like everywhere else, prices have been bumped up. I wish the store didnt smell bad everytime I walk in

POM is like H Mart where these two grocery chains cater to mainly Asian cuisine and similar items. Youll find a lot of Asianic items here where the typical Walmart and King Sooper Asian sections make it seem like basic stereotypes of what constitutes Asian cuisine.

No service at all, cashier unfriendly. I was the third one waiting on line for while, when the first customer had done, cashier turned off the light, let the people in front of me tell me the line closed,. I told the cashier I was already waiting for a while, no only no apology but also waved hand yelled “No way” . I went to the next line, that cashier gave me ugly face, no single word, almost throw the recipe to me.

Dont buy wholesale tilapias here. They are 40lb boxes for 110. They assured us over and over again it brings 23 to 25 whole tilapias but we bought 3 boxes and they all brough 17 or 18 they were WAY HUGE LIKE NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

Was horrible experience. I tried to return Malanga , tarot. And a young lady and an older man told me that the product was good and that came yesterday. When in reality looks old. Smell bad and it does not fit the description of Malanga Lila, when my ticket says white Malanga when I use to crop it myself. Had the same named product in Puerto Rico, Miami and New York. I recognize Malanga Lila and can differentiate from any Malanga or tarot. This is not only an inferior and bad product but an old one. Terrible quality. I do not know how the people can buy that. They refuse to reimburse me my 17 dollars. You lost a customer.

After Gym,I was tired and hungry I stopped by and got some groceries, used my ATM and paid my groceries, As I walking to my car the cashier chased me and said I didn’t pay my groceries.She then took my groceries in and keep saying my card didn’t go through. I was in the hurry to go home Not realized she didn’t give me receipt. I swear it was paid. She insisted I didn’t. Since I didn’t have the receipt. So I logged in to my bank and show them it was paid, and she said ok. After the embarrassment she put me through, no apology. Nothing . Bad experience .

They have literally everything than ypu van eat. Live Seafood really amazed me and the variety is impressive.

I love Asian food so much, they have this taste you only get there and I don’t see many Asian grocery stores so I’m really happy there’s a large one a few cities away with awesome stuff there

I like to go here to buy vegetables since they have a lot of varieties of vegetables and fruits. They also have meat and seafood sections. It is a big and clean Asian store. The only complain is the price is a bit high compare to other Asian stores.

Im always interested in trying new foods. With the exception of maybe haggis and minuto. I had the opportunity to try a melon from Vietnam which was a lot like a cantaloupe but let me tell you what very fresh and delicious. A little bit more expensive than I would have liked but again delicious so well worth it please come and try very good food

The best and largest selection of Japanese produce and other imported staples. Amazing meat and seafood selection as well.

Great selection and fair prices. But the service is spotty. Had a line at least 8 carts deep and there were folks watching from other lines, I guess training?

The cashiers at Pasific Ocean Market place always seems to be joking around instead of working, but the food selection is great. Probably the best Asian grocery store for several miles in each direction. I go here for tofu. I wish that POM would install self-checkout machines, because the human casheirs are clearly bored out of their minds. I could buy my groceries faster too.

Really large selection of Asian consumables and home goods. I like it for the prepared Vietnamese food, banh mi, sushi, BBQ suck/pork, and deserts. Theres a boba shop with amazing Vietnamese coffee.Im the same strip are various restaurants options. Ive only been to hot pot place which is pretty good.

If like Asian food or produce this place has everything. Good seafood selection and they even have a Filipino product isle. Expect to stand in line for 20 minutes at checkout when its busy however.

They may have some good food but the rest of products is really. I bought hot water canteen I never use it cause when I put hot water inside the entire canteen started leaking. I went back they never change it or give me back my money

I have spent time in many foreign countries and this market brought me back to my time in Okinawa Japan. Great selection, very clean, and prices are clearly posted so you always know what you are paying. Great market, hope to shop there more when I start cooking my curry recipes.

Love big Asian markets! I can spend hours up and down the aisles. But I wish they had the big bao buns in the deli like the POM in broomfield

Can not think of a place that has more variety! If you have an eccentric ingredient need, this is the place to look. Heavy on ASIAN items they also have products from around the world. Many housewares items to include a variety of WOKs and very large pots and pans for those BIG parties. Clean with a courteous and helpful staff. Will go back

The sushi is top quality,roast duck is a good buy. This store is huge and has a variety of foods from different countries. Recommend this place take a look and guarantee you will find new things that you will like. Enjoy

A great shop if you want to cook your own natural, authentic ethnic foods and not rely on processed overpriced garbage.My only gripe was the fact that after I placed my order for fried fish at the seafood counter, the butcher began eating my fried fish that I was going to buy and take home. I will never buy from that counter again. That was very unprofessional. As I said, the rest of the store is fantastic if you want fresh produce, ingredients, and seasonings.

My go to spot for a huge selection of fresh and veggies and fruits especially more difficult to find ones.Also pretty much anything you can need to make authentic Asian food. Dont miss out of the international food too nice little selection of cookware and dinning ware.

Absolutely love this place! This is my go to spot for international foods! I get my sashimi (raw fish and all my sushi supplies from this location. I also frequent here for their sushi trays quite often. If you go after 7pm theyll have sushi trays marked down 15%. Can also get fresh pickled ginger right by the sushi trays as well as the complimentary chop sticks and soy sauce. One of my go to snacks when Im in the area. I also love their wide selection of Asian fruits such as Durian, Lychee and Jackfruit. They also have a wide selection of vegetables, tea leaves, fish/crabs/lobsters that are still alive ensuring that you get some of the freshest food possible. I dont know of any other international market in my area with such a wide selection of almost everything you need. I added a photo of the sushi tray selection for reference! Definitely check out if youre in need of items to make your own sushi!!

A good place to buy all kinds of Asian things. They do have varieties of fishes in there but still lacking in having some common varieties like Catla Catla, Rout, Hilsa etc in there. So not very impressive

This is by far my most favorite Asian supermarket to go to. Its large, clean, has a wide selection, and has competitive prices for the most part. We literally just came from H Mart 10 mins away and found the prices at this Aurora Pacific Ocean location to be cheaper here for the groceries we were seeking. Good, speedy customer service as well. I had to ask a guy for help and he was really great at checking the price for me. The cashier at check out was professional and nice as well. We will be coming here for our groceries more often from now on!

Be careful how they advertise their products. It says Know brand quick macaroni on sale but doesn’t mention only one flavor has discount. I took 9 packs and found they all haven’t discount. The manager said the barcode under the price is the only specific flavor has discount. The problem is who will check the barcodes if it listed ‘Know Brand quick macaroni’ on sale. Another group of ppl also tried to get many pack of it when I returned to the shelve taking the photo. I told them only one flavor has discount and they were shocked too cos they didn’t expect that. False advertising and bad service!

Stocked up on sweet potato and mung bean noodles, bok choi, Taiwanese goodies like Apple cider, frozen mantou, frozen wrap to make dan bing. The rambutan was on sale and sadly all sold out. One aisle is medical teas, its amazing. Try the local snack bar, the sweets are like traveling through SE Asia street food, pork belly and rice, veg, spring rolls, for savory.

YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND!!!!customer service is REALY REALLY bad. If there is minus stars I could give that.I usually shop here (till now not ever againand I bought Yacca root almost $7 worth out of my almost $50 bill. Next day I was trying to cook it, it was super bad and I called them to get a refund over the phone if I give the transaction number. But the lady who answered told me to bring the product and I might get a refund. I said I am 25 mins away from your store and I don’t want to come over only for $7 by wasting my time and gas. She said it’s up to me to get the refund or not and without looking the product they can’t help me out. (Now you can see the product in Google reviewsI know POM is not a big marketing chain but you should be kind to your customers when you talk to them no matter what. I just gave up explaining my side to her and hung up. Hope you will have better customer service one day than now.

I love going to this place. They have great prices on veggies and frozen food. They are also a great place for snacks and seasoning. They have a large house wares area that has beautiful dishes and products that make life more convenient. Like today I picked up a small shower stool for only $8. They also have great events here like for the lunar new year. I also stop in regularly for their to go sushi.

This place has got it all if youre looking for Asian food stuff. Great selection of ethnic foods, mostly from Asia but includes some from African nations too. Food counter has a good selection of ready to eat like Viet dishes, fresh sushi, sandwiches. Service and checkout have gotten much better. | Its shelves are stuff with so many varieties that you can literally spend half a day here just to peruse. Oh yeah, my favorite part of the store is the International Market section. From fresh served sushi to fresh pre-packed dishes to pots/pans/utensils for home and commercial kitchens, they also sell fluffy Korean style blankets!

This is my go to place for the right ingredients to make Asian dishes. The meats and vegetables are fresh and if you havent been here I highly recommend you do. The staff is helpful and the bathroom is clean.

This place blew me away!! Staff is extremely helpful, if one doesnt speak English they will find someone who will for you. So many different areas its hard to explore in one trip. Korean, Japanese, Chinese.... Even JAMAICAN! Next time Ill buy more than just candy and coffee.... probably...

Pretty much your one stop shop for all asian foods. Well the best in the Denver area! Spend over an hour exploring the store with so many options.

Good selection plus dirty looks and judgement. Then yes!Also, they expanded westward into the neighboring building. Now they have more non-Chinese selection too. It really does offer options for a lot of Asian regions.Still get dirty looks and unwelcoming employees!

This place has everything!! The fresh seafood section and produce sections are so plentiful. They have sauces and hot sauces and spices from all over including Africa, Jamaica, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. I recommend getting a fresh fried fish, a little natto, some lychees and check out their plates, bowls, utensils, candies, noodles and more!!

Really good customer service. A mistake happened when ringing up one of my items and they fixed it so quick. They offer all kinds of items with pretty reasonable prices. The store is really clean and well lit. The meat section is well kept. Good prices on bones if you like making your own bone broth! If you need help learning how to use chopsticks, they have really cute learning ones!

A wide variety of Asian grocery items. They also sell seafoods and fresh veggies that is native to Asian countries. Price is reasonable too. Go give it a try.

Great spot to find just about anything you need to cook Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Indian, African, European style dishes. Fantastic housewares at a great price. Do it yourself bamboo available to decorate, and a really good Grab and Go food counter.

Amazing selection of everything Asian. Fresh produce, live fish, ton of meat choices, products from all Asian countries - stuff I never even heard of, a whole section of Indian stuff, section of Latino stuff, sweets from Balkans... staggering selection. Be ready to spend hours perusing this place.

The best place to in Denver I could find all types of Asian food. Especially noodles and a wide variety of vegetables. I also like the variety of fish steak Thy offer. But, customer service is not much helpful.
