Last month, my sister and I worked with Pagano for our moms funeral. Before her passing, we knew she wanted Pagano. Now we see why. It is a gorgeous funeral home. I cant speak highly enough about every staff member we encountered at Pagano. Everyone was kind, compassionate and helpful. They walked us through every single step in the process and took care of every single detail. They definitely made such a painful time as stress free as possible for me and my sister. I would recommend Pagano without hesitation to anyone.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude and cold to guest during a tragic time. I was asked several times how I was related to the deceased by employees after driving long distance to arrive on time to my aunts funeral. I felt rushed and pushed aside BY EMPLOYEES who were extremely rude and cold when I was trying to comfort my mother, sister of the deceased and cousins, daughters of the deceased. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A FUNERAL BY FAR!

When my brother first told me that he picked Paganos to handle my moms services. I was a little bit concerned that they did not know anything about a Greek traditional funeral. I was quite surprised when I met with everyone. They handled everything from start to finish flawless. I want to thank everyone that contributed to making that day a little less stressful and painful for my family.They all handled themselves very professional, respectful, caring and as one my friends said very classy. I have used Pagano Funeral Home for three different family funerals over the last few years, and each time the entire process was handled compassionately, smoothly, and professionally. After the recent loss of my son this past April, I viewed several funeral homes to determine which could provide the services worthy to honor my son. Everyone wants every detail perfect to honor their loved ones. I choose Paganos for their heartfelt service and beauty of their facility. Their true compassion towards those they serve is shown in their attention to detail and assisting in helping the family plan the perfect service. They were not over priced and actually provided more than other funeral homes with higher "base package" prices. The choice on location and look/feel is up to each family, but I strongly recommend Paganos as I truly believe I was able to give my son, with their help, a memorial worthy of him.

Pagano Funeral Home is outstanding at the service that they provide. In 2012 we provided my brother with a funeral service at Pagano. The entire staff was accommodating, compassionate, and extremely professional. Unfortunately a year later my wife and I had a stillborn child. Pagano again was there for my family in our time of need, because our child was stillborn, a burial was required. Pagano provided the casket and transportation of our daughter free of charge. Words cannot express our gratitude to Pagano Funeral Home.

My mother passed away this past Monday, we called Paganos to begin the sad process of saying goodbye to her. They retrieved her remains from the hospital and then we found information, that put us in another direction, per her wishes. In trying to work out the details, Peter Pagano was as inflexible and rude as anyone could be. It seemed to us at this most difficult time he had dollar signs in his eyes and nothing more. And we were still left with an outrageous bill at the end at Paganos. Furthermore, there was absolutely no compassion as he continued to call and badger us as we mourned my mother and tried to carry out her wishes. Its all well and good if you are going to use their services, but if you change your mind, watch out. I guess they have learned nothing after all their years in business about treating people with respect.

I will never forget how good Paganos was to my family during such a trying time. From start to finish we were treated like family and the support that was given was truly amazing. If God forbid youre in a position that you need funeral services, hire Paganos with complete confidence. Thanks again to the Pagano family for everything.
