The servers were the only good part of the visit. I dont understand how this company can charge ridiculous prices on pizza that is worse quality than Little Ceasers. Would have much rather bought 3 Costco pizzas for the same price as the cardboard with cheese I ate here today. How tf do you guys stay in business!? I swear this particular locations only saving grace was the majestic beast that work there. Definitely wish I could get my money back.
My Fav 1 ❤️
Well, here’s the deal. When you eat a Pagliacci Pizza you will realize that all those other pizzas you’ve tried are just cheap imitations of this pizza. Seriously, it’s the real thing!
Great price and high quality ingredients
Their peach x pork x balsamic is so goooood
Love love the pizza! Service is always great.
The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the pizza is always delicious. Ive never had a bad experience here and I come often for lunch, both by the slice and for whole pies to share.
A little more expensive but its worth it, their ingredients are often local and always top quality.
Haven’t ordered from here for a while. Got a large three topping, medium two topping and a 6 pack of root beer. It cost $75. It wasn’t particularly flavorful. Expensive mediocre pizza.
The pie is still really good however the lunch slices have gotten noticeably smaller with a price bump.
They seemed too busy...and dismissive.....no olive oil..nor a response to whether they have olive oil or not.Perhaps i will move to Guatemala. Traumatized!
The guy at the front counter seemed so high he could barely keep his eyes open. My family and I sat here for a half an hour waiting for 3 slices of cheese pizza. My husband had to go up to the counter to remind the guy we had ordered slices after he was serving people that came in after us. Then he said oh sorry its been busy.
This is closest a Washingtonian is going to find to authentic New York style pizza. Thin, foldable crust... delicious sauce... light toppings. Absolutely fabulous.
Do not miss the Centioli for any reason. One of the best versions of garlic bread
Pizza was great, and friendly service. Im sad that they raised their prices by $5 per pie, it was already kind of a splurge.
Beyond busy location, no matter what time. The parking lot is a disaster, they need like a circle drive and curbside delivery at this location. The food is always amazing, but they are so busy, you can tell the staff is just like numb, not happy. I called my order in, and it gives an estimate and it was like nearly ten minutes after. Thats not like a huge deal, but it is for the parking lot.
I moved to Edmonds 5 months ago from NYC (a city that has arguably one of the best pizzas in the entire USA if not continent of North Americaand I am wholeheartedly saying this with no exaggeration, the pizza here matches that entirely, I always look forward to going there. Ive been here at least 7 times, and I intend on coming back so that should speak for itself. Its pretty frickin good!
Pizza dough wasn’t cooked right, prices are ridiculous considering the portions. Overall not good pizza.
Lol not taking cash because of "COVID" its been 2 years dummies. Completely ridiculous. Go push your social agenda somewhere else. Saying you arent taking cash because of covid is nonsense and you know it.
Love the different types of pizzas. Always a pleasant experience at any location.
This locale is my go-to for lunch when I am working the area. They have slices and now the dining area is open. Love the Pag!!
Great pizza but a bit pricey. Get the chop salad though... delicious
Food was good! Service was good and quick! Very earth friendly since everything is compostible! Staff was friendly! Great experience all around!
Pagliazzi has the best pizza!!! The Edmonds location is great! Employees are always friendly and they commonly have about 4 different pizza’s available to purchase by the slice if you prefer over a full pie.
Just simply luv Pagli! People , environment are great ( like everything else now a days, getting pricey though).Still crave for the cheese-slice!
This is a really solid pizza for a chain. A great Seattle classic - veggies were pretty fresh for a late night order
Staff and customer service has always been great. Everyone I’ve encountered has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with. The reason for the poor review is the last three times I’ve ordered from this location the pizza has been undercooked and just plain lousy. Previously the pizza here has always been fantastic the quality has seeming gone down recently though.
Pagliaccis will always be my go-to pizza place, and probably my favorite pizza place!I always get the classic pepperoni pizza, but their seasonals are quite good too, and Im always waiting to see what will release! I want to say we have pagliaccis for dinner maybe once or twice a month.Anyways, the pizza is always super fresh and super tasty! The quality is always super high as well, and you could taste it in the ingredients and the way its made. I also love the designs on the boxes, and they always change up the art on the box which is really cool! I actually kept a few (cleanpizza boxes just because of the cool art and design.I dont believe that Pags has ever disappointed, and they have always been the best in my book, and it is always very consistent.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, If you like being ignored then this is your spot. I was the only person in the restaurant. Was told by employees that they would be right with me. Waited patiently. Two more customers come in. The same employees start helping the other customers. I said "hey I was in line and you told me to wait" The employees didnt say a word. As far as customer service this place is awful.
I love this place. They always make your food fast and they are following covid-19 guidelines. Their vegan cheese is so good. I don’t know if their sauce and dough are also vegan, I should find out. Remember to tip!!Edit: and now they have field roast sausage!! I tried it and loved it!!
The AGOG Primo was so scrumptious! I went for half Salame Piccante, half 12TH MAN, such a good pairing! Caesar sald is always great.
It was fun watching the staff smoke cigarettes/cloves/pot/whatever out back while we waited 45+ minutes in the parking lot for our order to be made (1 1/2 hours total from the time of online ordering). Not sure if there has been a recent management change but this location has definitely gone downhill in quality and service in the past 6 months (starting in late summer of 2020). Sadly I have to say go somewhere else nowadays if you want a good pizza in a reliable timeframe; this Pagliacci is just junk now.
Certain brands have their awesome, simple product dialed in. In Pagliaccis case they consistently deliver slices that make me miss Florence Italy. Soo good. And their service always seems to be polite, professional and fun...and always stoked about their latest creation. Can’t wait for my next visit. Even during a pandemic!
My boyfriend and I took a trip to Seattle for our 5 year anniversary back in August 2019 and I was looking through our photos today. I typically don’t review many places but this was the best pizza we have ever had. To this day we talk about it all the time and there’s nothing like it in Oregon we we live. Can’t wait until we can come back. 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who was a high quality pizza.
Local chain pizza, with that mom and pop vibe.Im a big fan of mom and pop shops - small businesses care about quality and a great customer experience, which is what sets them apart from the big boys. Pagliacci is a local chain, but retains that small guy charm. The menu isnt static; there are always seasonal specials, and theyre always interesting. They use good quality ingredients, and their pizzaiolos know how to use them to best advantage. I could consider some of their pies in the "gourmet pizza" range.Ive eaten at the Edmonds location a few dozen times, and have yet to encounter a grumpy or unhelpful worker. Ive been to the smaller location on 145th N once, and the quality and experience were right up to the same mark.Ill always be on the hunt for the "best" pizza, but Pagliacci comes pretty high on my personal list for Seattle. You wont be disappointed with a trip here.
Best pizza in town. Friendliest staff in town. Seasonal specialties are phenomenal and they have pizza by the slice, perfect for that one picky eater in the family, or a quick grab and go. Also love that if you call in your order, they link your info to your phone number so future ordering is super simple.
Awesome service! The guy who met us when we walked in was very helpful. He explained what all the pizzas had in them and repeated our order back a few times and was very friendly. I didnt look to see his name but he had dark hair and a green shirt and we went in at about 4 pm. I also LOVE how just about everything in our order was either reusable or compostable.Thats a really great step towards less waste in our planet and i appreciate you guys doing that :Keep it up!
this is conveniently on my way home (to the ferry). My boys call in a half baked pizza, I pick it up, when I get home the oven is on, they bake the pizza, they eat the pizza. Its tasty and it works for all of us
Pizza is always good and hot. Their app is easy to use, especially swapping between delivery and pick up. No problems. Ive even had cupons applied automatically, saving me $10 a couple of times. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are friendly. Great outfit overall!
Lovely experience here. Ordered online and was ready in 12mins. Spent less than a minute in the store. Delicious pizza 🍕 they’ve got. Yummy
It was easy to find a spot to park my car. Very close to a Main Street. Very nice staff. It was the first time I was there. They explained about their pizza. I tried fresh veggie and margharita. Both were good but I like margharita more. Clean place. Pizza was prepared in a reasonable time.
Only place in Seattle Ill go in lieu of East Coast 🍕 where the crust is as good on its own. Please come up to Mukilteo!
Excellent work as usual. The gluten free crust is great (even though I dont have celiac.I hope they make larger sizes with that crust. The Pagliaccio and the Sicilian salads are two of my favorites anywhere.
Way over priced for mediocre pizza... my other half likes it because they have all kinds of fancy meat to put on it and he doesnt care about price. I dont like it because its super underwhelming and leathery for basic pizza, but you still pay crazy prices....
I’ve been a fan of Pagliacci’s ever since I can remember and I’m glad that they’re adding locations in the north end. Don’t really understand the bad reviews. No white sauce pizza? This ain’t Pizza Hut. Too many olives?? Ask for easy olives. Have a bad din-in experience? Talk to management and I’m sure they’ll take care of you. Please Pagliacci.. DONT CHANGE!!
Great place to stop in for a quick and tasty lunch. My choice is a small Pagliacci Salad, which is a huge serving size if you eat there. My second choice is a slice of 🍕 and Im good to go. Also, the music is always on great selection that I enjoy.
Really hungry for pizza tonight. Stopped here for the first time. Greeted very nicely. Placed my order and waited. It started to be to long and I checked. They hadnt started the order it was over 1/2 he at that point. They started it right then, the young man offered me salad act, very apologetic. I was fine until it arrived. At this point its been an hour for a calzone mind you. It was undercooked, so much it overwhelmed it. The center was undercooked. I ate it. I was starving so at that point I wasnt going to wait for another. So I was disappointed, I dont eat calzones that much and was really looking forward to it. I will have to really think again about going again
The closest to New York style pizza Ive found in Seattle. Very tasty fresh out of the oven but it loses some if you have to reheat it at home. I wish we had a store in Kitsap county!
Cant say enough good things about this place. Fantastic pizza. Great Italian food with a Greek twist. The Greek salad as a starter and the baklava for dessert are an absolute must. Enjoy!
I do not like Pagliacci. Its usually a greasy floppy mess. However, this location is killer. 5" long slice had just the right amount of cheese, perfect pepperoni portions, and housemade marinara held up nicely by a crisp crust.Polite and fast outdoor service and good beer selection to top it off.
