Stayed 4 days, only planned staying 2 days but the room was nice and clean. Staff was marvelous and made sure we were comfortable. Occasionally a train would pass by, no big deal.We would definitely stay here again.Jimmy

I had a wonderful stay at the Palm Court. It was clean,quiet, and the price was very affordable.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room had a king size bed with crisp clean white sheets,newer style furnishings,a big 40 inch flat screen tv with hundreds of channels.The bathroom was clean with newer fixtures and a nice tile shower.There was a washer and dryer there that made it very convenient.The location was easy to find, and attractions like the beaches and Kennedy Space Center were close by. I felt safe and slept sound. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Made reservations by phone 3-weeks prior to trip to visit my ill father. The Palm Court Inn is 11-minutes from my fathers home, the on-line photos showed, nice, clean rooms and good reviews prompted my decision. We arrived on Saturday the 17th after 3:30 at Palm Court and were told they did not have a room available for us, the Desk Clerk saw my name but "no idea why."The Clerk made a phone call, was on the phone with someone for a while and then left the Office to look at a room and came back saying "That room is not ready to be rented." When I asked " Well, what do I do now, I do not know the area"...and I was told "I dont know". As I was getting in my car, she said, "I could try to make a another call" ....not sure for what, if you do not have a room then how would that help me.I made two other calls on my phone to nearby hotels approx- 30 minutes from my fathers home, both had no vacancy- time was of essence as I had an appointment to keep, we needed to check in somewhere. What we did find, site unseen 35 minutes from my destination off I-95, was so bad it was comical: do not drink the water or brush your teeth with it, dirty carpets, walls and that was in the hallways . We felt like we had been punked.I would not recommend making a reservation with Palm Court as it might not be honored and the rooms in the photos may be one room only that is renovated- possible a "bait" tactic we noticed pulling out the Motel sign is tied on with rope.

Ms. Sandy has a wonderful establishment. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. She and her staff made this place a home away from home while I was in the area for work. Excellently priced and I will be staying here again. Thank you so much Ms. Sandy!
