Wow. An experience I wouldn’t want anyone to go through. Don’t use this company.

After hiring Palm Tree to replace my roof, giving them a check for almost $5000, and given the run around for two solid months, they finally showed up. It took three days to complete the work after my husband called them to let them know a bad storm was coming. They did not repair the siding they promised and damaged more siding which was not repaired. They did not replace or repair the gutters that were paid for.Today, we received a certified letter that they DID NOT pay the supplier. And now there is a lien on my house.After some investigation, the salesman wasn’t paid either.This company is about as crooked as they come!!!Addendum: The lien placed WAS NOT on MY house but was placed on my son’s house!!The permit was pulled using my neighbor’s parcel number!!I had another certified roofer inspect my new roof and found that the drip edge, gutters, and downspouts were not replaced. Drip edge where visible from the ground was replaced though. The entire S/E section has no masticapplied.The permit remains open because Rupert has not sent in affidavit.He refuses to provide proof that his crew had workers comp, has not provided final bill or warranty papers, has not paid salesman.He calls demanding final payment and is now riding back and forth in front of my house on a cul-de-sac.He told us elaborate stories about his suppliers and salesman but without proof that these persons were paid, they can put liens on us.

Update* They finally came out and put up the rest of the siding and claimed the job complete. Three days later siding is falling off and they refuse to adjust the bill to have it completed by a reputable company. They may know roofing but don’t let them near your siding job!Been dealing with this company since December. Supposed to do my siding, shutters and skirting but still haven’t completed any. They put up 90% of the siding and about 80% of the skirting and no shutters. They cut through my electrical 3 times while replacing sheathing before they put up siding. Would not have fixed it had my husband not been home to make them. Had to argue to have rotten sheathing even replaced, they wanted to Tyvek over it. They left trash, building debris, cigarette butts and empty packs all over my porch and yard. I have not heard from them in over a week despite calling and texting 3 different numbers multiple times. Save yourself the headache I have experienced, do NOT hire this company.

Pretty slow at getting jobs and paperwork done. They seem nice, but they worry me.
