Like most Panda Express, this one is no exception. Very well run, clean and quick.More importantly, be sure to thank the employees here for their hard work. They are the true heroes.
Superb service!! They are just literally always out of everything haha 🤷 Not the workers fault. Im sure its related to shortages.
I understand they were really busy but the fried rice was undercooked. The Kung poa Chicken was burnt.
Most of the time the order is accurate and food is really good, but its a 50/50 chance when you go through the drive thru. Its always prudent to make sure you actually get what you ordered before you leave, its getting almost as bad as McDonalds and needing a third window to get your order corrected
Waited 20 mins in drive-thru to be told they cant take cash then had to wait to leave cause we were stuck behind the car in front of us. A sign at the start of the line would of been helpful
Great food as always, I got 20% off when i went so it was much cheaper than usual. Fast service and nice employees.
Food portions have shrunk, alot and luke warm at best.We did not receive a receipt and they have a sign saying no receipt, free meal. When we asked about it she finally brought us a completly wrong receipt, not even close to what we ordered. Asked again about the free meal. She gave us a card, GET A FREE MEAL with purchase of a meal. The kid waiting on us could not figure out our change.Lots of places around this to eat that are much better.
Julie took our order and had a big warm welcoming smile, and Adilene and sara charged us and were so nice and helpful
Great food, usually we have to wait but Jenny got us in and out really quickly!
This place isnt very good the one in provo is better. Their trays are smaller and Provo stacks more in them.
I love this place. Service was quick and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted and they were very nice to me! If there is one thing I could change, I would ask for a second fortune in my fortune cookie in case I don’t like my first one. Great location!
It was great other than they didnt give me the teriyaki side for my dang chicken Eben though I asked twice before I paid. But got in and out quickly.
Every time we have come we have had good food and the restaurant is always clean. Today my toddler was crying and one of the girls on the line serving food, Julie, went above and beyond to help us comfort her. We wanted to tip her and she said she couldnt accept it because of their policy, so that was a little sad but we greatly appreciated her kindness.
Really long wait, incorrect order multiple times, never remember my straw and the food has never been fresh. (Specific to this location)
Food is fine for a fast food thing. But when you have to park in a different parking lot because the drive through is set up wrong and blocks where you should be able to park. Including disabled parking out front.
This place keeps getting worse every time. Dont go on the drive thru, alway gives you the wring order or the items are cold. Inside the employees are slow and have their own conversation going while customers wait to pick their items. Very unprofessional.
My order is always wrong. Employee is always upset when I ask them to fix it. Portion sizes are inconsistent and usually very small. Food always tastes the same no matter what item you pick. There are better options nearby.
We made an order online and waited for almost an hour to get our food. People who get in the normal line get their food so much faster than online orders!
Few fast food restaurants make me feel like Im inconveniencing the staff quite like this Panda Express. I ordered a two entre plate with half and half eith teriyaki chicken and orange chicken, an order of spring rolls and 2 egg rolls. I had to wait 10 minutes for Chow Mein because apparently thats special and they were unprepared for me to ask for this at lunch time? I got no sauce for any of my items, no napkin, no fork. I used to like Panda. Now Im just done. Terrible experience.
This location is more than just disappointing. The staff is not friendly they always close way earlier than the time posted and stop cooking even earlier than that. Management doesn’t seem to care about customer service and I have reported this location more than once to corporate. Their lack of service and poor management will continue to drive the community away. Do better Panda !
Love the food but everytime we go at 9pm an hour before they close, they are out of almost everything, if your open till 10pm then have food till 10pm. I realize they dont want to waist find at the end but this is a little ridiculous
Arrived early, but waited patiently in the parking lot until 10:30 so we wouldnt be "those people". Employees still showing up at 10:35. Doors still locked at 10:38. Was let in by an employee to stock cases devoid of everything but chow mein. Told it would be another 15 minutes at best until ready. Several customers showed up and left in frustration, myself included.
Seems like the quality on the food is lower than years ago when I went more often. Their rice now is often undercooked and still hard in all locations I go. Their entrees lack seasoning because they’re too bland now so I have to add salt packets myself or not eat it.
THEY NEVER GIVE YOU THE TERIYAKI SAUCE!!!! why sell teriyaki chicken if there’s not going to be any teriyaki FLAVOR?? This has happened so many times I’m done eating here.
Yummy food. Fast service if your ordering your own food. Super slow service if you order online.
First time eating at a panda express and I will say I loved it the staff were nice polite and my friends and I actually got there as thet were opening
I am never able to order from the app because items are always turned off. Every time I we tell them, they turn it on, but it becomes unavailable again the next time we order. Kids meals were missing the apple chips. No fortunate cookies were in our bag. Multiple food items were on wait for 10-20 minutes. Just a bad experience overall. I asked the manager Cindy if I could have a free Dr Pepper for the hassle of everything and she refused. After repeated bad experiences here, we are not coming back anytime soon.
They can’t get any orders right. I went a few weeks ago, they didn’t give me my chow mein. Today I went and instead of giving me my sweet fire chicken, they gave me an extra chow mein.
8 people working inside and after calling and placing an order online they refuse to serve my family unless we go thru drive thru, which we dont fit because we have a 50ft trailer. The manager was very ignorant and yelled at my husband. And told us we had to leave.
Stay away from this location!!!The Food is always disgusting/ order wrong/ long wait times, Because there is NEVER an adult on site. Teenagers run this store, which is why u always hear laughing on drive thru or screwing around instead of doing their job.Whoever runs this location should be let go for not having an adult on shift all day. Management: PLEASE quit being lazy & show up at night once in a while to check on them.If management goes home during the day, make sure an adult is on for night shift.Pathetic location & managementWon’t be back to this location
This is the second trip that we placed an online order. Showed up to pick up and food was not done. One of the trips we showed up and they looked like they were cleaning up and shutting down for the night. They still had a hour of operation and we had placed an order 30 minutes before that. I walked in and they seemed put out that they had to make the order. Looking at the proportions each meal seemed to be off!
The panda in Spanish Fork is the worst I keep giving them one more chance and I am done. The food is either burnt or under cooked and the fried rice is always over cooked.
They leave the food too long waiting on the counter and get cold quick.
Today’s order taker/full filler messed up our order and insisted it was correct. So we drove off with our order and the car behind’s order. We paid for all three but we had the car hind order on our order and in our car. I even had her read the receipt which showed that it was not food that we ordered and she insisted that it was correct - rather than fight with her in the drive-through we just drove off with all the food.
If I could give a zero stars I would! I keep trying to give second chances and the reputation is becoming too consistent. This location is always out of food. There is always at least a 20 min wait unless you go at off times and then they dont have food. I tried to add a drink at the window and they said I couldnt. I have worked fast food, this is terrible business! I am shocked you are still open!!!
Waited SO long for our food. About 5 transaction went through before we were able to get our food. They are not efficient whatsoever and there is no concept of priority. Then the guy comes out with multiple bags trying to read license plate numbers. There needs to be a better system.
WARNING!! I went with some friends on 4/29/22 and had the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I ordered the orange chicken and I had not eaten anything prior or after that would have caused this. I’ve been vomiting and sick in bed for the last 24 hrs. Will not be returning to this location, worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced.
Was very slow, because we ordered Teriyaki Chicken and they were out, so we said wed wait. Much longer wait then anticipated. By the time it was ready our order was put behind a bunch of other orders(even though we were the first ones waiting for it). Then the person ringing it up didnt know what they were doing. Lesson learned - dont go to Panda Express(name doesnt fit in this experienceat "dinner time".
We made an online order and were given a time by which it was to be ready. We arrived and alerted the cashier and nothing happened. We notified a second employee but still nothing. It took 20 minutes past our promised time for pick up to get our order (more than a half hour after placing the order online). Whats the point of ordering online, getting a time for pick up, and then waiting longer than it would have taken to just go through the line and order in the store? The workers were working hard but not smartly.
Im appaled by what I witnessed here Mar 29th, a group of managers sitting at a table chatting away while there employees struggle with a rush and I saw at least one girl on the verge of a panic attack while they sat there and did nothing?! Those managers are lucky those employees didnt quit on the spot. It is a managers duty to help when it is needed and make sure everything is running smoothly and to me it seemed quite hectic back there. Good management is shown through how well a place is working throughout the day and as Ive seen here the management either needs retraining or to be completely replaced. Your employees are humans to, so start treating them as equals and not as your little slaves. I cannot believe this.
Panda used to be great. When this location opened a couple years back it was my favorite place for a decent but not expensive meal. Now the prices are raised and the portions are way less. You pay more for honey walnut shrimp and I had 3 pieces. I’d rather give my money to the small business Chinese places in my area then this place ever again.
Usually very busy, but thats a good sign, right? Food is consistent with other Panda Express restaurants. Good quality at a decent price. Generally good service in my experience. Parking is a little funky, but generally space is available.
If you go through the drive through stop and check before you leave! We ordered two plates, two waters and only got one set of utensils and one cookie, not helpful to go picnic at a park! 😔Then the teriyaki chicken didn’t come with any sauce which was definitely needed because the noodles are definitely dry.
Just got our panda and it is not satisfactory we got very small portions and I only got 3 pieces of orange chicken and all 3 are still pink inside not cooked completely. I’d be skeptical about coming back to this location again
Panda is good fast Chinese food. While I don’t think Utah has many good sit down Chinese restaurants I think panda matches up against a majority of them for a good price and speedy service. The Spanish Fork location is always quick with fresh food. Enjoy!
I have really enjoyed Panda in the past, so Im not sure if its just this location or I happened to go on a bad night. I ordered online for pickup, Pandas advertised coupon deal didnt work. I decided to order anyway. Immediately went and picked up the food (it was barely warm), and upon arriving home realized that only half the meal was in the boxes. Drove back, this time having to go inside and wait in line to fix the issue. Manager realized what I was there for and waived me through. He asked me 3 times what I was missing, (I told him 3 timeshe then said hed be right back with it.Not 10 seconds later, another employee comes to me and says, "What were you missing? Our manger was confused". I again pulled my receipt out and pointed to the items. While she did bring back the correct missing food items, the broccoli was cold and raw, and the teriyaki sauce was a solidified gel. (See pics).I get this is a crazy busy location, and they seemed to be trying to limit everyones wait time, but honestly, Id rather wait a little longer for cooked food and the correct order than what I ended up with tonight. For $10 a meal, I think thats the least this location could do.
Its Panda Express, so it is fast food, but were really impressed with this location. The drive through always has a decent line, but they move through it really quickly, and the food comes through fresh. This crew deserves credit.
Americanized Chinese food, but still delicious. It’s expensive for fast food and the dining area is small. The service was great and fast, but they need to improve on keeping the dining area clean, cuz there were dirty tables and the garbages were full. The restrooms were clean.
The young man at the drive through was friendly. When we got our food home I felt cheated on the portions in our extra large plate. The beef and broccoli had 3 bites of beef, and the broccoli was bitter. Very disappointed.
I came to this location for the first time during the lunch rush and eas expecting the very worse. I was supprised with how fast they were getting people through the line and quickly the line went. They were efficient and overall I was happy with the food quality. I did end up waiting on one food item but they took my name down and brought it out to me in a timely manor, especially with 4 other people also waiting on that food item. Which to me is expected during a lunch rush.
