Panda Express in Tuscaloosa County

They are preparing food with no gloves on their hands.

Does the manager or district manager know how run down this place has gotten? Drive thru has been down for months, I keep trying because I love the food. Now they have the lobby closed and you can only order online due to short staffing…can someone please come safe this place or either shut it down!

Good was lukewarm, flavorless and was unappetizing to look at. Very sterile environment

Service was great! They were actually open which is not how I usually find Panda Express. That’s not their fault just the times I’ve been in the area they weren’t open. I am starting to notice as prices go up on everything that the quality of the food at panda express is not comparable to the price. it’s priced the same as a, better quality food would be. There are fast food places that have found a way to not taste cardboard. This was the first time panda express had begun to taste as cardboard.

We get stuff here sometimes and it is pretty good and yummy!

I try to get something for lunch but they CLOSE both dine-in and drive thru even though there are employees present at the time. Ordering online is also not possible for this place.

I absolutely love this Panda Express. Theyve had a lot of staffing issues over the last year, but the quality of the food never dropped. They currently have their drive-through closed because of said issues but I dont mind going inside. This is one of my greatest joys for takeout.

It’s 11:32 as I pull up. It would be nice to have the hours of operation posted on the door. Or at least an employee who doesn’t just shrug apathetically when I ask through the locked door what time they open. On a positive note, there’s always a sign announcing the current disappointment at this location. Today’s sign: Drive through closed indefinitely, please come inside. Will try again at another time.

A shadow of its opening days. Since the store opened, the food was never fantastic, but it was simple and easy in a rush. Now with the cut menu and the drive through issues, its not worth it.My nephew worked here a ways back, and from what he had told me it was ran by a man who definitely focused on the dollar more than the customers or his workers. This is clearly showing now since there is such low staffing.No idea how theyre going to handle all the students coming back with so many issues.

As someone who loves Panda Express it’s so annoying that the only location we have is so pathetic it’s unreal. Management can’t even make it on time to open their store but their employees can? Someone needs to clean house at this location!

Teriyaki chicken with the rice on the side, my all time favorite. And at the time there were only two employees working due to shortage of help and the shift manager was AWESOME 😍

Please just close. Don’t even have white rice or orange chicken. No working drive thru. Worst fast food store I’ve ever dealt with

Is this place even operating anymore? For the longest time they were only accepting online orders (no drive-thru), which is understandable to a degree, but now online orders have been disabled for WEEKS if not months and Im afraid to even attempt the drive-thru. The last time I was able to get food here, which was probably last year, the amount of meat in my entre was miniscule to the point of being laughable. I used to enjoy this place, but Im done with this location.

Very good, consistent quality. Staff is friendly for the most part. Just wish portions were a little "chunkier".

Panda Express is meh fried rice is mid and sometimes tastes like it has been sitting out staff it’s kinda nice sometimes depending on when you go but the food is mid would not recommend unless you are a white family that can’t handle really cultural dishes if you are then it’s the pave for you but if you want good food that Dosent taste like the back end of America don’t eat here

Wish they would just open something else here. This place does not seem to care that it is shambles. I have consistently been trying to use the drive through for a few months now. Finally today the lobby was open, so I gave it a go. They werent serving about half the menu, would not accept cash, and seemed like they were trying to rush me out the building the moment I came in. Just a very inconvenient fast food restaurant, which is strange because one of the most appealing parts about fast food is convenience.

Food was okay. They no longer serve sweet fire, yet it’s still listed on the menu.

This Panda Express is a shambles. The drive-thru has been out of order for weeks. The entrees are pitiful and are nothing like what is advertised. Biggest ripoff in fast food in town. Avoid this place!

Web site says open at 10:30am. Walk in at 11:00am. Got told they wasnt open. Every time I come this location something is always wrong. Guess Ill just stop eating at panda express.

They only take online orders but their website never works and they keep the front door locked during open hours. Incredibly frustrating.

Didnt even get food, everything we wanted (standard menu itemswe out or not even offered for the day. And before you say something about shortages due to shipping or whatever this has been going on for most of the last year. They were so good when first open but have steadily gone down hill.

Went to this location on my lunch break and had sign stating only taking online orders so i drive to the window to place my online order employee stated id have to drive around. I only have hour lunch break and was late as is, safe to say the Jimmy Johns across the street got my money and time. Probably wont be coming back to this location ever again.

Just gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I’ve been throwing up for the past 12 hours. My orange chicken was raw and uncooked it was absolutely disgusting and the food tasted not good. I got food poisoning, is not worth it, I am dying, please boycott

I used to love this place. But its getting worse every time I come. Food isnt nearly as good plus the only way to order is online. This time they were out of straws and forks. Eat noodles with a spoon and see that doesnt try your patience!!

They had limited drinks. No forks. The noodles were dry and tasted like they were leftovers from a few days ago

This panda express always is out of all the essentials. How can you be out of white rice for 35 minutes just after you open? And this is not the first occasion of this occurring either. For whatever reason no one thinks to make white rice at an Asian restaurant. If you want to gamble on your order go here.

For some reason they are only doing online orders so we had to wait in line just to not get food . The lady’s rude response was that there was a sign and there are only two people working. because their sign was too small to notice we waited in line for no reason. I understand things can get hard but your drive thru is the only thing open so maybe you guys should make a bigger sign before people get stuck in line for no reason.

Consistently under staffed and out of menu items. In addition, I have never encountered a pleasant staff member. I love the franchise and although this one is close too my home I bypass it whenever possible.

Good food. Very busy after college football game, but worth the wait. Table could have been a little cleaner, but all were very busy.

The dining room is closed, therefore you cannot actually see the food before you purchase it. The food I ordered had been under the heat light too long and was dry.

They keep all doors locked at 2 50 pm screw this place they dont want your business they should just shut this panda down Id you cant staff it

The rice was not tasting good! The Steake was little tough for me. 3 stars are for veggies and the nice lady at Drive thru

This location shouldnt even be open. The dining room is still closed so you have to go through the drive thru only to find out they are out of a lot of their main items, and their fountain drinks dont work. Then you are stuck in the drive thru line because there is no way out of it. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food is good when it’s fresh, but that’s only right at 11AM or 4-5:30PM. Any other time, save your money. It’s understandable that they are short staffed, but the workers are not customer-friendly. I can tell that they are over worked, tired and lack basic customer service skills by the way that they take orders. They do not greet guests, nor do they thank us for our purchases. They are always out of something. It’s hard to imagine that they cannot handle the drive through and must revert to online orders only so often, seeing as though the inside is always closed to customers.

WHY isn’t the inside of the restaurant open?Even if it’s just to go only? I know finding workers are hard right now but literally bottom of the barrel workers at this location. It doesn’t cost anything to just be nice.

I get the short staffing, lord bless them. I can understand not having all of the menu items (no mixed veggies...but ok). Staffing. Supply issues. I get it. But waiting longer than the order time for a small premium entree (Black Pepper Angus Steak, $5.45that isnt even 1/2 full?The words that come to mind is...rip off.

This location had listed dine in, takeout, and delivery, however when we arrived planning to eat inside with small children, only the drive-through was open. So trying to be flexible, the kids sat in the outdoor eating area while one adult went through the drive-through. Only to find out that the drive-through was not excepting orders. They were only excepting online orders. This is terrible business management and once you are stuck in the drive-through there’s no way to get out.

We enjoy the grilled teriyaki chicken, it is so good, but their grill has been "broken" for weeks and weeks. It seems like a resolution would have been found by now. Today the drive-thru is open but they refuse to take any orders. To eat here we were told we must order online. It is a bit frustrating to be required to order online while sitting in front of the ordering menu in their drive-thru. Crazy right? After going online we were disappointed to see that only a few select entrees were available. The almond chicken that has been heavily advertised everywhere including posters in the parking lot was nowhere to be found. We like them for their convenience and unique offerings and hope things return to normal soon.

Food was Bland!Its not tasty at all! I couldn’t eat it all! The bowl was super small but super expensive 7.90 for a few pieces orange chicken and rice! First and last time! In the picture it looks so appetizing but when u take that first bite you’re like where is the flavor?

This place used to be good but the food quality and service has significantly declined. Very limited entree choices, and the food that u get is dry, its soggy when its supposed to be crispy, and bland. I used to really like panda express but this location definitely turned me off.

Food was awesome as always and service was just as good. Unfortunately they didnt have anything to drink but with endless options nearby for that it was okay. Very fast drive thru service and no mishaps.

Dining was closed due to no employees. Respect and understand that. Tried to order online without the app wouldnt work only allowed to place a drink order which I was told their machines were down. Finally download the app ordered food which the Beijing Beef was old, soggy and gross. Threw out. The cheese region were burnt. Tried to call the store no answer. In fact I got sick off their food. Dont waste your time or money here. While waiting counted 21 cars drive off in a ten minute period

Mediocre service and inconsistent food, if you can even get it. Do NOT go through the drive-thru. There’s always some “problem with the system” or they’re extremely short staffed. Ordering in the lobby is usually fine, if you don’t mind your shoes sticking to the floor.

Ill give a 4 star cause their food is so delicious and also the staff are really friendly, but the only problem is getting A lot like AA lot of onions in the noodles. I remember getting the usual and I barely had noodles with my meal just mostly onions. I know its suppose to give flavor but seriously mostly onions and not much noodle come on!

Very stingy with their Orange Chicken portions. And they didnt have the Pot Stickers. Only reason for the two stars was the service was fast and friendly.

Maaaaannnnn I just went to panda, ordered teriyaki chicken mixed with bang pao.... bussin! I asked if they could put the sauce on everything... I’m not disappointed and threw in an extra teriyaki sauce...👌🏾 I see you panda I see u 👀

I can only say *meh* to this. The food was sub-par and the service was terrible. I would have been better served going through the drive through. They didnt even acknowledge me until a full 5 minutes later.The food itself was dry, overcooked and generally disgusting. Definitely do not recommend.I really dont know what people see in this place.

I came in about an hour before they closed and they were out of string bean chicken- they offered to make me a fresh batch. String bean chicken is why I come to Panda Express so this was a great. They were out of sweet tea, but with the hospitality of the staff and service provided it was a great location.

Lady working at the counter is here but I am not sure she ever woke up this morning. Her sweet tea never got sugar added. The T.V. is on the continual loop on how to set parental controls and while I was the only person in line and I stood there for some time before she noticed I was there she tried to tell me the prices even though I had time to memorize the menu. Long line now!
