Panera Bread in Benton County

Did not have a good experience. I went with my granddaughters for lunch because they like the Mac and Cheese. We went about 11:00 thinking it wouldnt be too crowded. Order was taken quickly but things went downhill from there...our buzzer never went off and we were waiting quite a while. I knew they were busy, perhaps with takeout orders, so tried to be patient. Finally a customer came up to us and told us it looked like our order was up...but it had been sitting there for quite awhile, so the food was cold. The girls didnt mind, but my sandwich was cold and dry...and it was the wrong sandwich! I ate it anyway because I didnt want to wait any longer, but I did express how upset I was to the manager, who apologized and said he would look into it. The entire meal cost $37... definitely not worth it! I dont think Ill be going back to Panera anytime soon.

This Panera always does a great job with our order and is super accommodating for any changes. Be prepared that as with all Paneras there is more food preparation occurring than with some other fast food places, so if you go through the drive through it will be relatively slow. I always try to order ahead on the app and pick up inside for a quicker turnaround.

Haven’t been here in a long time and I remember why. Service is horrendous. I ordered Mac and cheese bread bowl. Took 15 minutes (2:00 in the afternoon). Buzzer went off, guy told me to place it down with the rest and didn’t say another word. I sat there for another minute and asked if my order was indeed ready. He said which one is yours? Yea said I am number 48. He says I don’t know the numbers, what did you have? I said Mac and cheese bread bowl. He pushes a plate in front of me and says looks like they gave you the small bread with some Mac. I just said ok and walked away. I was hungry and I didn’t want to raise an argument. The food was cold. The guy was rude to others too. A lady asked him if there were anymore large lids and he said, “I don’t know, I just got here”. I won’t be back. They need to get a manager that can run this place. It’s bad….real bad…

One more time .. the cashier was not friendly at all and trying to male her to smile was impossible… my husband croissant (old and coldmy friend sandwich .. the wrong order and my soufflé .. … a disaster and sorry latinos they is no milk for you late bcz the delivery truck is late and I dont think you drink almond milk or skim milk 😞 ..

Food was good (good temperature and flavor, but as all restaurants nowadays service was slow. Their self kiosks were out of service(I imagine because of lack of workersbut when you are paying $25.00 for 2 pick 2 it seems a little too much anymore for a supposedly fast food restaurant

The food was good, just the sitting area was dirty. Didnt look like they had cleaned it all day.

Having good food is one thing, having phenomenal customer service paired with it makes for a everlasting impression. Sammy did that today! Keep her around & take good care of her so she continues to take good care of us!

Still in the drive thru after 30 minutes. Went in to check on it and the teenager says they’re doing delivery orders first and that they’re under staffed. Meanwhile, I’ve never seen more people in a kitchen in my life, all going in slow motion. Already lost a couple cars from the line…

Watery broccoli and cheddar soup and didnt bother to put croutons on salad.

First time eating in. Food was really good. Clean tables and floors.

Horrible experience. Used the catering process online. Panera failed to accurately fill the order (wrong soups.$70 for 3 soups and a couple of loafs of bread. There was not even close to enough soup for a party of 11 (that we specified while ordering onlineBut more troubling was the way the staff treated my wife. We have always enjoyed Panera but wont be rewarding them with our business anymore.

If I could give a negative 10 I so so would I can NOT believe how Panera corporation is ok with allowing such management to run this AWFUL location and then TAKES NO ACTION to solve the issue please please people save your money and DO NOT waste it at this location

Panera is always good Nd always fresh. Very consistent. Their pastry items are wonderful!

I really enjoyed the food. The only problem was that I parked in a handicap spot. The spot was full of loose rocks. Made it difficult to get into the restaurant.

I went for a job interview I dont know if Im going to get it I did well but I dont know about them I had tomato soup and something to drink soup is pretty good but I would rather have the job.

Not the same delicious, fair-portioned Panera we all once knew and loved. My wife and I were greatly disappointed for the second and final time in a row. Last time it was the microwaved, cheap frozen breakfast sandwich. This time it was the overpriced, under-portioned soups and microwaved chicken that looked like the chicken was fed mostly hormones and occasional chicken feed. It looked and felt regurgitated—having a curiously chewy texture. Read other comments. They have clearly put normal portioning and quality to the wayside, yet continuing to raise their prices. Baguette was good though.

Make sure to check your order. They gave us the wrong sand which, we ordered a BLT sand which and we got a tuna sandwich?!?!! Unfortunately, my husband is allergic to Tuna and he was not able to eat anything. We called the store and offered to go back or put us down to get it later. But who in the world wants to drive all the way back to get it.

I went thru drive thru to get 2large sweet teas. I paid 7:14 I believe for them which was outrageous. They were the worst I have ever tasted. Needless to say I had to throw them out. They are aweful. I will not be back.

This time around, the drive thru person got the order wrong. Have chai in iced latte and then tried to say o was wrong when I entered the shop. Argued for few ins, then made the drink perfect again. Went to try their new additions , which was very basic. They need innovations in their offerings

We eat out quite a bit , I ordered the BLT , chips& drink (chips tasted old and greasy- yuck, my wife had spicy chicken sandwich, chips & drink this all came to $30.45 . My bread crust was tougher then shoe leather, if you by chance had false teeth it would have pulled your teeth out eating it, Ive eaten quite a few BLT this one is not the best I have eaten , for $30 meal go to cracker Barrel you will enjoy the meal an atmosphere way more then at Panera Bread .

It was a pretty long wait. Last time they forgot an item, but it happens. This time they gave me a leaking bag after working on my order for 20 minutes. I don’t mean to be harsh but I don’t get how this location is still operating. Going elsewhere from now on.

AWFUL! Do not go! I understand places are short staffed but if you can’t run just the drive thru you shouldn’t be open. Waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for over an hour. When we finally got our food the order was wrong so we had to go inside and wait another 20 minutes for the right food.

We got there after the Sunday lunch rush and the wait was a little long because they ran out of things and were short staffed. Tables were not cleaned off BUT they were friendly and the food was very good as other Panera Breads I have been to.

They have reduced the portions by alot. And the food wasnt satisfying like it used to be.

Portion quantity of bowl has reduced drastically and when asked if it was by mistake a cup portion was given by mistake, staff confirmed that soup portion is full bowl..please checkout the picture

I love having Panera - it always hits the spot and is mostly the same in all locations. Not only is the food always good but the app makes it foolproof to order/pick-up. This location is right on the main road and pretty close to the interstate. We typically always get the new flatbread pizza - must try!

Started getting breakfast here since last week for 2 days in a row now. First day they gave me a different breakfast sandwich other than what I ordered. I asked for sausage, egg & cheese sandwich. They gave me bacon, egg & cheese instead. The coffee that I ordered was good though. Second day I ordered a different sandwich hoping it would be better. The avocado breakfast sandwich. There was only a little sliver of avocado. Disappointing to say the least. Coffee was not the same as the day before. I ordered the same exact coffee, but the one the day before was better. There are probably better locations.

I’m a doordasher and normally don’t go because I’ve heard that it takes forever at this location. Well this one seemed worth it and I can’t take the judgement without trying myself…until I get here and it is 20 minutes after the “pick up time” and not one person has acknowledged me. Then a different person walks up and they talk to them, but still no one acknowledges me. If I hadn’t already waited 20 minutes I’d have left. I will not be back. And then a manager acknowledging her employees for them to roll their eyes when she offers help is disrespectful. Do better.

don’t go here. such a bad experience. sat in the drive through for 15-20 minutes before i could even order. pulled up to speaker you order at, got no response for 5 min. so i assumed that was what was taking them so long in the drive thru. nope! pulled up to the window and was told i couldn’t place my order at the window and that i would need to get back in line to place it?? just awful service. ended up paying $16 for half a sandwich and a half salad and took me 45 minutes. not worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was my food cold but my order was wrong after I waited an hour in the drive through line. When I got home and noticed my order was messed up I called the store and the manager Josh answered and proceeded to tell me that my order was not messed up and that he was not going to replace it and was just extremely rude. I will never go to a Panera again in my life.

This location is always bad about forgetting something that you order. There is nothing more frustrating then getting all the way home without everything you paid for. How difficult is it to double check what you are putting in someone’s bag? And it’s your job to check. If this was a one time even then it’s ok but how many times does it have to happen? Does management train? Is there too much fooling around back there? Please pay attention it’s the job!

Don’t get me wrong, I love Panera, but the staff here in Bentonville needs some serious help. I have never written an online review, that is how frustrating this experience is to me. I downloaded the app, tried to order efficiently, and then wasn’t allowed to enter the building due to staffing issues and had to wait 20 min in the drive thru for food I paid to pick up. Very disappointed, and I understand the challenges we are facing in the economy right now, but please step it up before customers don’t want to come back.

30 min wait for me to open my sandwich and have to reconstruct it bc it was thrown together! I agree that the soup has started to taste like bad canned soup! $18 for poor quality. I remember why I stopped coming here. The chicken salad sandwich made me super sick! It’s only this location!

This place is filthy. Floors are dirty, rugs need to be vacuumed, tables & seats need to be cleaned. Bathrooms are gross and I mistook the condiments area for part of the trash bin.The staff was not very friendly and I overheard them speaking very poorly about customers.The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is that my sandwich still tasted decent.

Went here around 5:15. No one was in the drive thru line. The dining room was closed. Ordered 2 bowls of soup. Waited over 20 minutes after paying, then received a french baguette with with soup instead of the chips we asked for. I usually dont write reviews but this service was awful. Wont be back.

This is a picture of their tuna salad sandwich. This is the picture they should advertise. Ive ordered from here a number of times, and its about time their shoddy quality is recorded for public view. Theres a lot of words I had to refrain from using to make this post. If I ever see a Panera Bread worker/owner in distress, theyd be real lucky if I select to help them.

Wow. I just paid $6.52 for the broccoli mac and chz and I couldnt even get a full bowl of it. Wayyyyy overpriced If you ask me. Like at least fill the bowl all the way up.

I love the food here! Usually great service, and a comfortable environment. Although last time we went through they did not give us all items we ordered and got one of the items wrong, they handled the situation well and did not charge us for what they gave us the second time. But again I love this restaurant and recommend!

Several foods unavailable to order. Drive through only, but the drive through was incredibly slow, asking us to wait for our order to be taken, then sent to wait in the parking lot for our food along with several others. The order was missing several things we paid for but the main doors were locked, so i had to go in a takeout door to get it fixed. Same prices as a nice, sit down Panera, but far inferior experience.

The order was not complete, drive back to the drive through and explain, the salad is not there, to be told it is under the soup, i look and start to show it to her, she says it was in the bottom. I told her I was not there to argue over a ½ salad. They made me a fresh one. Once I got home, looked at the food and the price.....never again. The salad was so small, the chicken was dry. They are way out of line on prices compared to portion sizes. This happened in Bentonville, AR

First of all, the dining area is still closed at this location which makes horrible long wait times for the drive through. My husband and I were waiting for 15 minutes to grab a breakfast wrap and when we finally got our turn to order, it was 11:01, and the manager refused to take our wrap order. Wraps are not hard to make, so I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t help a customer who has been waiting in line for 15 minutes. Lastly, they had two old soufflés and the quality was horrible. They don’t even bake them in the shape of a pie, they are clearly croissants with egg on top. This Panera is the worst.

Just slipped and fell 3 feet from the main entrance of this Panera Bread location on a 1/8th inch thick sheet of ice covering the entire walkway, parking lot, and even the on top of the mulch and grass. I slammed my head on the pavement when I fell. Please order delivery or drive thru. Please dont make the poor employees Crack their skulls on the pavement to deliver your food to your window.

I understand challenges of new face mask rules.... but this was one of the worst experiences .... while walking in was greater by person who wears mask under the nose..."you have to wear your mask...." than counter person wears mask under the nose.... than while trying to get some utensils while drinkingntea person in prep area remind me I need to wear a mask while him working on the food with mask on his neck and no gloves...... Horrible Customer service Update.... this is what you get when you order steak egg sandwich..... it was one of mine favorite places to go for a quick bite

Decided to study here and was pleasantly surprised with how great of an experience it was! The food is amazing, staff is so kind, and it isnt so noisy that I cant focus. I will definitely be coming back.

I have always loved Panera in almost any city, this is no exception. Thay had fast service, fresh food, and clean environments. I ordered both online and in store, both experiences were great. I always get the steak and arugula sandwich and broccoli cheese soup, but this time I had macaroni and cheese and it was just bland. Over all it is a great place to eat!

Broccoli cheddar soup was delicious. We also had 1/2 roasted turkey apple white cheddar sandwich on cranberry pecan bread, and the Cuban sandwich. Both very good. Took advantage of the 99 cent bakery item. We got a pecan roll which is normally priced at $2.79.

This is my third time here. The staff are very friendly. For the first time here, I had a breakfast sandwich (Avocado, Egg & Spinach with a Sprouted Bagel Flatand enjoyed it 😋.

Great Panera! The food was good, the staff friendly and it was clean. They forgot to mention that they were out of an item and so suggested a substitute with the offer to comp it if we didn’t like it! Quite satisfactory!

My drive-thru experiences have been fantastic; service with a smile! I always confirm my spoon is in the bag before I drive away. I finally went into the restaurant to eat and the food/drink was excellent BUT the dining room floor was grossly littered with crumbs and small pieces of trash. My table was clean, but there was noticeable a dust layer on the window next to me. The restroom was clean and the employees were decent enough for a slow Saturday evening.
