I adore this location. Since I am a member of the Unlimited Sip Club, I occasionally receive free coffee or tea. Its a relaxed and informal setting. Overall, team members are courteous and positive. Its amazing how many different healthy options there are, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The morning burrito is one of my favorites. A delicious treat, that. Im fortunate to have two or three nearby my home. Free WiFi is available, and the restrooms are always clean.
We all went after Church and had the nicest man helping us. Josh has the biggest smile there is😊
I love eating their chipotle chicken pizza its really delicious, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.
Didnt order food but they didnt hastle me for using wifi and charging up so I could catch the bus
Employees are nice, and service is great, but baked goods and warm bowls are often stale or have overly ripe vegetables. I would recommend choosing a different location based on this one having low standards for freshness.
Went to just get bread bowls during the day and they didnt have any. How do u run out of bread in the early day.

Great customer service! I had a delicious salad full of fresh berries and pineapple (in season nowand tender chicken breast served with a small crusty baguette...the perfect meal on a hot June evening.
I was being on the morning to eat breakfast, I order one late & steak with brown bread, they gave me half cup late with the rest foam & the bread white one.
Overall like Panera but have had bad experiences most times I order on the app and use curbside pick up. This time I said I was here on the notification they send and waited about 20 minutes until I just went in. I told them I was waiting and the women said she didn’t see my car type even though it was directly in front of the door and the only one in the spots. She said she went out multiple times but I know she didn’t because I was in front of the door and she didn’t walk out once. Coffee I got here also just sucks. Still like Panera overall but this location specifically kinda sucks.
Delivered and left the bag outside my building by a tree. In rocks. Not even at a door and there are two on either side. Absolutely ridiculous!!! You know some people at be ill or have had a procedure done that they cant get to it. But someone was nice enough to have food delivered. Delivering it to an area not even by a door is lazy
Good pastries. Coffee is hot and fresh.Not real busy.

I go to many Panera Bread Companys, this is by far the worst experience I have had. It is 1130a.m. and they seem to be staffed, I counted 6 people at least. I stood at one register for a couple minutes and not one person said anything. I finally walked to another register, waited another minute to be helped. They are out of almost all bagels, no joke, the shelves are bare. All the muffins are out of stock, and most of the juices are empty..maybe they got really busy this morning. Culture is definitely an issue as well.

Good place to just sit and have a conversation. You order at the counter and then seat yourself and no one bothers you for as long as you would like to sit there. Did not have any food just coffee so cant comment on that. Got very busy around lunch time but was quiet before and after.
My pick two of Broccoli Cheddar soup and Napa Almond Chicken sandwich was delicious, as usual. However, my husbands Toasted Steak and White Cheddar sandwich was disappointing. "It has as much flavor as this napkin" was his reply when I asked how his meal was. 😟

Has some excellent food, a little pricy as youll probably spend 10-13$ per person with a drink. Wish they had more chip options and once Ive gotten a mushy apple. All in all its good but could be better.
We stopped in for a coffee and a bear claw; the coffee was excellent and the pastry was so fresh and tasty. It turned out to be a great break in our day!
Its a Panera. It is delicious food with free Wi-Fi, but so overpriced. I got a little half sandwich, little cup of soup, and a pastry for over $20! Seems a bit much imo compared to other places.
A bit expensive, but fresh delicious bagels and plenty of varieties. Deli counter miss was friendly and efficient. Easy to get to. Free parking off Iliff. Open early in a.m.
Went twice in the same week this week!My favorite location. Friendly fast service, Hot good food, Delicious coffee beverage & bakery snack. Has been my favorite little brunch spot since 2015 when I was in high-school & I still make it a point to return atleast once a month. Good energy at this location always helps me create new Happy experiences here consistently
Amiya, the store manager, leads with the worst attitude and professionalism I have ever experienced as a business owner in this neighborhood. This lack of cadence, problem solving & customer service skill set is a cancer to the team and sets a terrible example for any employee who may want an upper management position with the company. She most definitely needs more training on how to solve issues with Grace, professionalism & emotional maturity. Direct feedback is the only way to manage the performance of a manger. Understand that a franchise business impacts their bottom line through repeat business and the stores success is in the hands of someone without the proper training to lead with excellence.
Soo yummy! We ordered 2 soups and 2 sandwiches for $50 total for two people but after receiving our food we realized we were paying for higher quality ingredients. The chili was slightly spicy but super yummy! The Seasonal Autumn Squash Soup was AMAZING and french onion was just as tasty! The mac n grilled cheese was tasty until we bit into the middle and noticed it was very cold. They immediately made us fresh sandwiches on the house! Highly reccomened with lots of vegetarian options!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I went in to get two loaves of bread, no problems with the cashier. I decided to add on a soufflé and someone who Im assuming was a manager came up and was SO rude to him. She says he needs to speed it up and there’s a long line. There was literally two people behind me and if it’s so busy, YOU hop on register. I’ve worked in food service for years and it makes me so angry seeing workers being mistreated. I told her that he was just getting me my bread and she was dismissive and said she was talking to him not me. I will never go to this location again, I reached out to Panera about this as well. Completely unacceptable embarrassing your employees in front on customers.
This location was absolutely amazing! Staff was very friendly. I had the pleasure of Peter (managertake my order and he made the experience a very pleasant one. My strawberry banana smoothie hit the spot. :)I dont think any grilled cheese is worth $11 but the service was worth way more than that. I will be back.
The food here is just average so normally I would give them 3 stars as an average score. The mac & cheese sandwich was bland and all the excitement I had for something different was killed by it. Then there is the price. A half sandwich will cost you at least $6, and the sandwiches are not that big to start with. They were also out of chips. Just not a good place for food. You could get better food at a King Soopers deli.
Usually love Panera…today Asian salad very good, but for $12.00 it’d be great to have more veggies besides Romaine. Baguette & tomato soup excellent! MINI $6 Strawberry/Banana smoothie WORST I’ve EVER HAD. SO SOUR, too much yogurt, little fruit or sweet taste!!
Very disappointed with my lunch. I ordered the pick 2 with the steak sandwich and autumn squash soup. The soup was pretty good, but the sandwich only had 3 skimpy pieces of meat.. there were several bites without meat. Wont be going back to Panera for a while.
This review is 100% regarding the customer service I received. Jonathan took my order and provided great service to me through and through. He went over and above, went out of his way, and made sure that when I left I was well taken care of. On a personal note, you never know what someone is going through, so when you are kind like this, you could have just made a huge difference in someone’s day. Thank you so so much Jonathan for giving me GREAT customer service. I can tell that you are truly a kind-hearted person who cares! I wish every person could take a page out of your book! Keep being amazing, because amazing things will happen in return.
They have gotten my online orders wrong several times. The must recent being on 8/11/21. I called the store, I called the “corporate” number, I have emailed. I have done everything to get a refund because the order I received on 8/11/21 had a bunch of ingredients I am allergic to so I could not consume my incorrect salad. I ordered the summer salad with fruits and such and received some bacon, onion type salad. It wasn’t even slightly similar to what I ordered. “Corporate” was very helpful but told me this is a independent owned location and I needed to contact the store directly for a refund. I have several times with no call back or e-mail back almost 2 months later. I used to eat at Panera at least once a week if not more. I will never ever eat at Panera especially this location ever again. Why does the customer have to continue to call and email to track down a manager to correct a mistake I did not cause. Retrain you’re staff, clean up management, and correct your mistakes. It’s not that complicated!!
VERY disappointed lately: A bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta is now nearly $6.50 but the sandwich is decreased in size and skimpy on content. I INSTRUCT them to enter through our MAIN EXTERIOR door, and I discover upon opening our stairwell door, I knocked over the coffee because the order was placed right up against the door!!! NO text telling me the order was delivered, either. Service as well as product have relegated to terrible. What you advertise vs. what you produce:
They dont even deserve 1 star. We order from this location since its the nearest to our office. Every time we order to go the soups arent filled to the top, the portions are smaller & they still charge us for the food! Theres always food missing and the bags are taped so you cant check if youre order is correct. The managers dont help at all. Every time theres something wrong at this location, weve stopped ordering like we use to for these reasons.
Stopped here yesterday and got a Greek salad with chicken. Later that night I became really really sick throwing up constantly with some really bad diarrhea. Also have hot and cold flashes all night long. I havent felt like this ever! They gave me FOOD POISONING. I really though panera was better then that from the days when I use to work at panera. I will NOT be coming back to this location due to the lack of food quality!!!!!
Very small portions for the price. Very little time meat in turkey sandwich. Also the bread was very hard
Had a great lunch with my friend at Panera. We tried their flatbread pizza and were pleasantly surprised! It was great. Light but still spicy and tasty. It was served with a small salad - just enough food! The service was great and the restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. Perfect get away lunch!
Outstanding Service! I ordered 5min ago. Kyle took my order and the young man on the shift at the time making the food was also very polite and very fast. These two did fantastic! I was just picking up food for my girlfriend and dont particularly eat Panera Bread, but have to say, the service I just received from these two might make me myself a common customer here
Some of the best service Ive ever had at a Panera! All staff was quick, courteous and extra helpful. The supervisor/manager was out and about making sure everyone had everything they needed and was so friendly. Very refreshing to see so many employees take pride in their work and work hard to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Thank you!
I’m usually pretty pleased with Panera, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I am under the weather and stopped in for some soup. I decided on some tomato soup and a grilled cheese. I got my order to go, came home, opened up my meal and this was my “grilled cheese”. The bread was dried out and there was barely any cheese (as you can see in the picture). The whole point of this sandwich is to have an abundance of stringy and melty cheese but this was the opposite. I am very disappointed and still hungry.
If i could i would rate no stars. This place was gross. My food had green stuff on it and not only the outside but the inside of the container. The mac was cold the 2 sandwiches felt like and tasted like stale bread. And i paid 30 bucks for it and waited in a like for 15 minutes. If you want good food i suggest you skip this spot and try somewhere where they out more care in there prep.
I ordered online and and my order arrived incomplete. On the receipt, the baked potato soup was circled and said "need to call". I never received a phone call and yet the order was delivered incomplete. When calling back to let them know of the mistake, I was put on hold and then hung up on THREE TIMES. I then called back a fourth time and was put on hold again, and then left on hold for 40 minutes. I had to send one of my employees down to the store to actually try to get the order fixed. Not only that, but they gave me the wrong dressing for my salad.... I feel like some additional quality control is required for orders going out.
