Quiet, clean, easy to get in and out of. The staff is friendly.

Food was ok, but nothing to rave about. Staff appeared to be "putting in their hours." Not curt, but not welcoming either. Facility was clean, and the food [ sandwiches] was edible.

This place has been steadily going downhill. First it started with the service and horrible attitudes. Most people who frequently dine out already know what that means. Yep the workers stop caring then the place becomes nasty.Thats what has happened here. Last time my daughter and I went here it was disgusting! There were maybe 2 clean tables out of fifteen vacant tables, piles of dirt food and debris on the floor, and gnats everywhere. I didnt notice this at first as we went straight to the kiosk to order. After waiting for the food and chatting, we finally found a clean table and sat down. Thats when the gnats started swarming us, we moved to the second clean table, and the same thing happened. Then I touched my spicy chicken sandwich and the bun was still partially frozen, there looked to be a gnat in my autumn squash soup.We ended up walking out, leaving everything we paid for. The service and workers had been so bad here lately we decided it was meaningless to say anything. We feared we would only deal with more attitude and ignorance. Nor did we want to be in that establishment any more!I did call the cooperation, waiting for a call back. I did request a refund, I also cancelled my sip club. I also, unfortunately plan on calling our local health department.In saying all of this and after the disgust, carelessness, and filthiness I witnessed I will never be back.

The Asiago sausage egg and cheese was phenomenal!!! I will NEVER get another breakfast sandwich form any place if penara bread is close or in the area....TOP CHOICE for sure.....you gotta try it to see😁!

We only get coffee at Panera. If you get it as soon as the pots are put out, the coffee is hot. The coffee cools quickly and often is luke warm.

Had an extremely horrible experience today picking up a to go order. Tanesha is extremely rude and disrespectful. She acted liked it was an extreme inconvenience to check on my Order. Then after patiently waiting for 15 minutes she finally asked what my order was which happened to only be TWO pastries! She then rudely told me that it was my fault because I didn’t inform her it was pastries! The order was placed online and stated it was ready for pickup. I am appalled at how she spoke to me and will not return.

Horrible experience again. 3 times I ordered grilled cheese. 3 times I get either a Caesar salad or nothing at all. I should not have to check my takeout bag every time I order.Called and mgmt is just rude. WAY OVERPRICED.!!!!!

Gd pastries when they have them. Staff is not too friendly. Dont use the drive thru it is horribly slow. They really need to shut that down. All those employees they have working and the drive thru that slow. I been sitting trapped in this drive thru for at least 25 mins. Once you get in you cant get out of a car is behind or in front of you. This is truly AWFUL!!!

No comment on food, My lack of service during my drive thru order was appalling no communication or smile. My order taken no problem there - at window 1. NO GREETING , I said Hi handed her my card 2. She handed my card back NO RESPONSE I said thank-you.3. Handed me my food I said thank-you NO RESPONSE. 4. 2 items were missing I requested them nicely she gave them to me I said thanks once again NO RESPONSE. NO smile a robot could do better.

Food is ok, the lobster and Mac and cheese bowl was artifical lobster at 19.99 it was over priced and over cooked, however the the broccoli and cheese bread bowl was good. The restaurant was neat and clean and easy to enter and exit. Associates were nice and the chocolate chip cookies are delicious.

Was 8:57 and they close at 9. We fully expected to be rejected but an employee happily invited us in to order. Great service, quick kitchen. Need more places that serve until closing time.

I gave only a 2 star rating because this is the 3rd time I have been there and they have gotten my order wrong. I asked for two blueberry scones and two pumpkin muffins to take home. When I got home to have a pumpkin muffin later that night I discovered that they had given me to blueberry muffins instead of pumpkin muffins and it was too late to go back to the store. And the two blueberry muffins that I had were absolutely gross. I did not know that I had to do these peoples jobs and check my bag before I left. I wont be doing that again

Food was good but the person who prepared the food just threw it on the counter. Very rude and unprofessional behavior

Everything is fine just alitte mad don’t make ice coffee first when your waiting on food because they left it back there waiting for the food then it get water down very upset about that if it was done you should had out before it gets water down

Clean, fast service, meals are never disappointing. Serenity took my order this evening through the drive thru and I was touched because she brought to my attention the drink I requested had caffeine in it. That meant so much to me since I am pregnant and need to avoid caffeine. She deserves recognition for doing that!

They have a very nice staff and they have very efficient fast service they stay very busy. Panera bread good healthy food.

My wife and I had Panera as one of our regular to go places when it was at the previous location. Since the move though, they have gotten our orders wrong consistently. The grain bowl with chicken only had 1 small peice of chicken in it, and looked like it sat out for hours. We have since removed Panera from our list of places to go. I dont know if management or staffing changed because of the move, but it is a pale shadow of what it used to be.

Panera is always a good place to go be it either just coffee or a full meal. We go there 2x per month for dinner. We love their salads and coffee. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are engaging. Im glad they moved the Salisbury location to a new spot. Its bigger.

I am really happy that I decided to stop here. I ordered via the app and chose curbside pick up. I got there and accidentally entered the wrong parking spot number. The young lady who brought me food out matched my car info on the order to the cars parked in the curbside pick up and located me. Thank goodness. She was very nice, too. The food is delicious as expected. I this is the first Panera I have seen that has a drive thru!! Oh my! They all should have drive thru!! 😁

I gave Panera one star because they have awful service. They take forever to acknowledge you when you pull up in the drive thru. We always have to repeat our order because they never listen. We ordered bagels today and they were flat like pancakes and looked like they stepped on them. The old Panera was so much better. There are better places to go to. We have given them enough chances. We are done with this place.

Libby is an amazing employee. She is customer service all the way. She was polite, very courteous & took time to explain why our order was not complete. We wanted poppy seed bagels & there were not enough to fill the order. She is a great representative for your store & other employees came to her with questions so she must be knowledge.*****

What delicious squash soup and chicken salad! Great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They have a great selection of bakery items for every sweet tooth as well.

LOCATION IS INCORRECT. New location next to Aldi. 2815 Ocean Blvd. The best an employee could tell me is that they were next to Aldi so I could put a location in my GPS. At least the food was good...though not all prep staff were wearing masks.

While I didn’t get to eat here, the customer service was great. Unfortunately my family and I had to leave after ordering before getting our food. The woman at the counter nicely canceled our order and refunded us so we could leave.

I work in food service/ customer service and let me tell you, it’s not easy. But the staff here are doing their absolute best and it’s much appreciated because so understand the stress. If there is anything wrong with my order or something is missed or forgotten, the managers immediately fix it or the employees are apologetic and help fix it. The girls in the drive thru in the morning are very sweet and friendly. I see other people complaining about the drive thru wait but at the end of the day, the food is made to order and people order a lot of things at once so what do you expect? Customers could use a lesson in patience. However, the staff here is great and will bring tons of laughs and smiles to customers’ faces. Keep up the great work!!

Im not pleased with Panera service. They repeatedly failed to fulfill my orders. For example, twice I had ordered cookies when going through the drive thru and twice they have not gave them to me despite having payed for it. Then whenever I called them back, they never answered. I mean whats the point of having a phone if they dont plan on answering. Not to mention that one of the times when I did go inside, the cashiers were busy talking to each other and had to be alerted by whom I presume was the manager for them to realise that there was a customer waiting

Night shift needs more training. Day shift workers are usually nice but at night the employees are rude and standoffish. I’m a delivery driver so I go to many restaurants every day, most at least say “Hi” when I approach. No such luxury here. I’m ignored for a while and it makes me feel very awkward. Tonight it happened again. Walked up to the counter and the two girls there didn’t speak to me at all. No one else was in line so it was super weird. Things got weirder when a guy comes in after me, and they immediately jumped to help him and gave him his order first....not really sure why? It just felt super rude and it makes me not want to deliver for this place anymore.

Love the new location. So much more room and easy to access. The young lady that took my order was super polite and when I asked about a certain sandwich she knew what I wanted . Bravo it was delicious. The pickup area staff were also super and I requested bread over chips after my order was placed snd it was no problem for them.Thank you for being on it snd for being here!

Usually great service, but lately they seem to hire kids with very poor attitude and very little training on customer service. I put in order to dine in but somehow they made it to go. When I tried to correct the mistake, the girl in the kitchen became very upset and started to use profanity underneath her breath. Training and service seem to have slowly going down since moving to this new location. Later, I spoke to Greg, the manager, and he assured me he would talk to the girl, but did not seem to care or too concerned about it.

Tried calling in a catering order that would have been over $600 order and was told that they only do online orders. When I told the employee at Panera that every time I have used their online system the order is screwed up and when I call it in it shows up correct. The employee very rudely told me there was nothing she could do. I use Panera locations all over Maryland and this is the only location that refused to take my order over the phone and treated me like they do not want my business. Oh well. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Ive always had nothing but the best experience with Panera. I couldnt wait for the new location to be up and running. Unfortunately the past 2 orders were not up to the standard Im used to. Ordered salads and the lettuce is old, brown edges and wilted. I chalked the first time up to a fluke but now a second time around in a short period its obvious quality control is lacking lately, very disappointed.

The bakery and deli are fabulous!!! The employees are so helpful, cheerful...pleasure to go there.

Very pleasant and easy to get service with minimal contact of employees. You literally dont have to talk to a soul! Fresh clean look and the food was as expected. If you love Panera Bread you will love this.

I love the location! It has a decent amount of outdoor seating, clean restrooms, and lots of seating inside as well! The food is delicious and the service is excellent as usual!

We had our first breakfast sandwich and it was awesome and very filling. What a beautiful and very clean restaurant. All the employees were so sweet and helpful. Well definitely go back!

We love this Panera location! The people that work there are very friendly and professional. We have Panera in our town as well, but we prefer to travel 30 minutes so we can come here! It’s perfect location and delicious food!

Food was good but the service has taken a huge hit since moving to their new location.

The quality of the food is great I have no complaints. That being said the passed two times Ive ordered a bread bowl to go I havent been receiving bowls of soup only cups. Its extremely disappointing youre giving me enough soup to barely fill half the bowl. Never had a problem at the old location. Get it together guys. Bread BOWLS come with BOWLS of soup. I dont like being ripped off.

The food I ordered was excellent. Im not into stick and tweg type food. So I am limited to what I can eat their for lunch.. I have an autoimmune illness that keeps me from certain types of food, but I was able to do a soup and chicken salad plain sandwich. I loved it. Also the service was quick, as well as friendly.

Clean restaurant...Beautiful decor 🖼...Cute cashiers 💰...Awesome cookies 🍪...The broccoli soup 🍲 is fantastic...

Lovely lunch today with my mother and daughter. You can never go wrong with this place.
