Papa John's Pizza in Huntington County

Called in for pickup told 45 - 55 minutes. Drove there when that time was up. I was then told it would be another hour to 1.5 hours.

I called to place an order for delivery and some person in another state is on the line placing my order. Why cant the people in the store answer the phone directly so my order is clear!?!?!?

Wish I could give 0 stars called to place and order was on hold for 20 mins then was told I had to call the hot line and they dont take orders in store. I asked if I could speak with a manager. Was told to call the hot line and talk to someone who gives a S***. Then he hang up. I called back the same kids answered and said "hey Bi***"

Tried to order 3 pizzas over the phone. Do not recommend. Got sent to a call center in what seemed like India just to order a pizza from across town. Talked to someone I couldnt understand for fifteen minutes. Finally he transfered me to the store and the girl who answered told me Id have to place my order through the call center. Never again. Went somewhere else in Huntington and got better pizza. Id rather eat frozen pizza over having to deal with ordering from that place again.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Over 2 hours for a simple small pizza?

The slowest pizza chain I’ve ever ordered from. Haven’t ordered from them in a while so decided to try again…been waiting nearly 2 hours for our pizza (was told 70-80 minutes, which is already ridiculous), and still haven’t received it. Will never order from here again.

Placed online order, quoted 22 minutes for carry out. Arrived 27 minutes after my order and the order was just then being made, had to wait another 15 minutes. The guy at the end of the make line said it’s the call center, not us. When I said I ordered online, he just said oh well, you’re on the list. Didn’t care at all that they were double the quoted time. Can’t wait until Pizza Junction is back open!

Came in kind of late with a order and Holly took great care of me. Worked out great as I had a car full of hungry kids. Definitely recommend this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. There call center told us the wrong time, by over an hour. Hung around in town to get the pizza and when we showed up they said “sorry it’s gonna be another 45 minutes”. When I complained and asked the manager about it he just said “ we get a lot of complaints about it but it’s a major time saver for us” I asked if he was ok with losing business and he said “whatever “. They made no effort to make it right. Terrible customer service will not go back.

Pretty stinkin good! Ive always had great service and zero issues. We love dominos and this location is great!

Been on hold for 10 minutes

Pizzas taste fine, but every time I order with half toppings the entire pizza is messed up. They are entirely incapable of putting the proper toppings on a pizza unless you order the same topping for the entire pizza.

The chicken pizza was delicious and delivered in a timely manner.

Absolutely terrible Service will never order again and will tell everybody I come across not to tell them to order from them waited 2 1/2 hours for a pizza to be delivered and just to find out that they didn’t even make the pizza these guys are ridiculous in a joke do not order from here I’m telling you

Order a pizza at 11 pm it is now after 12 and still no delivery a call saying that they cant deliver and asking if I could pick it up would have been nice but no just waste my time

Incredibly rude staff especially the manager Jimmy and General Keith. The food was NOT what we ordered and they the burned pizza and poppers. Avoid this location at all costs, you can buy better quality frozen pizza and not deal with snide, nasty, unkempt people.

I absolutely love papa johns pizza but I hate the terrible customer service from 1 of their managers named Jimmy. He would not give us our pizza. One of his co workers explained to us that he just didnt feel like looking up our phone number. When I called papa johns to speak to him he hung up on me because I told him I was taking this to upper management.

Terrible pizza. I would not get pizza from this location. Frozen pizza is better, at least it would be cooked.

ordered a pizza it was undercooked and so much sauce it was soggy. I called spoke to Manager he was rude and his excuse was I ordered a nasty pizza. They agreed to do a credit for a replacement due to the fact that they were busy and it was late. I agreed but Never got the credit.

Staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have waited hours for my order, had them remake it up, and deliver it over 2 hours late. I decided to give them another chance. Tonight I order, they leave my sauce upside down in the box, so it leaks all over the box and theres none left in the container. No apologies whatsoever when I call. They literally dont care about customer service at all. I wont be ordering anymore from this location again.

Would have given 4 stars, good food, but our recent online order was not cooked, had to wait 25 mins after pickup time to get our order in store.

If you enjoy cold food and a long wait for your food then this place is for you. I showed up to pickup my order and I was told that some of it was ready but they were waiting for the rest. About 20 plus minutes later I finally was able to walk out with our cold food and our fresh hot pizza. Apparently this is normal way they do business and treat their customers considering the look I got when I complained.

They do not wear masks or gloves at all, even though there’s a mask mandate in Indiana. Disgusting, and frankly, irresponsible.

This place is the greatest I am a truck driver and I was... Technically still am ... Broken down on the side of the road waiting for a tow and they delivered to me . The service there was the greatest and quickest I have ever had from papa johns. I have been sitting for 3 hrs and have yet another 4 to go til I get home thank u so much

Said it would take 26-36 minutes pizza was finally done at 1 hour and 20 minutes. The staff was so rude I would try to stay clear of this place

Good food, great price, and very nice driver. I just wish pappa john himself or Peyton Manning would have delivered my order. I had a nice $.50 extra for their tip.

Ordered two pizzas online for delivery. Estimated delivery time 35 minutes. After an hour off waiting, watching the estimated delivery time keep being pushed back i called the store. A "new driver" delivered my order to a different house. Really? Why did it take over an hour and me having to call to find this out?

Feeling sick. Called in a delivery order. Chase knows his job well, as that was the easiest order I have ever placed. He was very accurate and courteous, and even reviewed details with me as my payment went through. Very fast & easy, which is especially appreciated when youre sick. :)

I use to work for this store and when I did it almost doubled in profit I called to order 5 pizzas today and was told i had to do a plan ahead order witch is not true this store has truly lost site of everything with me gone and I highly doubt it will be open much longer if they really cant even handle 5 pizzas I use to make 200 a hour if not more in that store and and Im looking forward to watching you guys crash and burn

Love the pizza. One of my favorite pizza places to eat in town. Very shocked that you cant trade out the garlic dip for cheese anymore. I was told by the manager that corporate took this option away recently. Other than that everything was hot and delicious!!

If I could give more stars I would. I ordered $30 worth of food, and when I came to pick it up, they forgot to make it. They gave me it all for free and added a dessert & 2 liter. They didnt need to because I wasnt angry and was very understanding. Great service and hospitality!

Very rude workers. Dont know how to count change and give deals when people ordered that deal they wanted to charge us more than what the deal was. This is why pizza hut is wayyyyy better. Dont recommend it

I have always liked their pizza and I now have the new app it makes it a lot more convenient than calling and hoping someone on the other end dont make mistake and screw up your order plus I get more points with the app torwards more free pizza

I love Papa Johns! I do mostly carry out & its always been a pleasant experience! Not to mention the deals are the best in town! Only one complaint I order extra cheese & theres been times they forgot but I let it slide because its so dang cheap! Please disregard this review ! There pizza has gotten really horrible lately !

One of the worst Pizzas ever. I have had frozen pizza with more toppings than this pizza. Delivery was slow.

What can I say its papa johns. Located in the strip mall in Huntington. No done in all carry out. Fast friendly lots of parking.

Great pizza! Never been disappointed with how it is presented or how it tastes. But there is this elderly lady that works on Jefferson st and shes just always mean and just seems like she hates her job! If you dont want to work there then leave! Dont be rude!

How many smokers does it take to stand outside in front of this place to make it look as trashy as most of the people who work there?? 4 of them today. Doesnt look like anyone is working either if they are all outside smoking!!! Gross! Go out back like other businesses. As for food, pretty good since it was made with smoke ridden employees!

Always get good pizza and good service. Every now & then it takes an extremely long time to get your delivery. Seems like a lot of the staff doesnt know what parmesan cheese is. Had some bad experiences trying to get some!

Just got a fast delivery with great service. Asked for 4 extra orders of pepperoncinis and they brought me a small box of them. Plenty of garlic butter... Im a happy man! 5 minutes faster than quoted too!

I ordered delivery from this place, and I paid the driver, I should have gotten a dollar plus some change back, he said he had another dollar in his car, I then watched him get in his car and drive off!!!!! I then called the local branch and said that I was the one at fault! Very badly run establishment I will take my business elsewhere...

2 orders in a row were late to my work , once didnt even make and the other 20 min late. They sent "whoops" cards which is appreciated and were quite apologetic. So definitely great customer service.
