61.30 for a chk bac ran and a fiery buffalo ranch pizza with 16 wings. 😂 The pizzas literally had 10 little PCs of chk and minimal sauce. Last time Ill deal with them. This place sux

Good pizza and bread sticks. Bad access and egress and customer service was horrible over the phone.

Got an epic stuffed crust pizza tonight and the crust is horrible and pizza is like paper thin. Not happy at all. Bottom of pizza is some what burnt as well. I would take it back if it hadnt already been a couple hrs since I brought it home. Didnt eat right away since I had other things too do. Again not happy at all!!!

Food was okay. Placed an order online for delivery on accident I was able to call and get that switched to carry out which was great however they couldn’t return the delivery fee nor tip( which I was still considering leaving a tip just for a different amountinstead was told the girl there had an attitude over it and didn’t want to bother with it.

We ordered a large thin crust with LIGHT Bbq sauce, chicken, bacon and pineapple. The first pizza we got had a LONG BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO THE CHEESE. Gross! We called and they send out a replacement pizza and it is heavy BBQ and burnt. Im sorry but shouldnt they be making sure a replacement pizza it perfect going out. You guys not only dropped the ball once but TWICE! I think we will be going with PIZZA HUT from now on. They take care of their customers.

I wanted to update my outdated review. Since I’ve been ordering again the service has been a lot better. And seeing as the manager we use to have the most issues with is now gone, I think it’s fair to rewrite my review. The new manager (Dominic I think), has been awesome! They forgot something on our order once so far and made it better right away. Will definitely keep coming back!

This location has been having a lot of trouble lately. The last two times we ordered, the tracking alerted us that our food was ready. We showed up and it wasn’t. Had to wait 15 min each time. We pick up our food today, got home (a 20 min driveand saw that the garlic knots were dry. Just dry breadstick balls, no garlic butter. And there were only 6 with one smashed. Called in and they said they would remake them. Drove 20 min back and got the replacement knots. Almost left without checking while getting ready to pull out of the parking lot and we decided to check. NO garlic butter again! I thought someone was messing with us but nope. They were brought back in and we watched while they were done right this time. Holy cow so bad there.

I was sent a text that said my order was ready so I went in and still had to wait 15 min... While I stood and waited I listened to what I thought was gonna turn into someone getting fired, management and cashier. Im sure they are under staffed like everyone else so yes I gave them a 5 Star, Our food was Very Hot and Perfect.

I just started working here a couple weeks ago. The staff is friendly, hard working, very respectful to the customers, and most have been there for years so they know what they are doing and they know the area great and get the pizzas hot,fresh,and on time. I really enjoy working the management .They know there menu and have trained everyone very well. Fantastic atmosphere. I am really excited about working here.

Usually prefer dominos, but dominos in Warsaw cant seem to function so I went to Papa Johns instead. So much faster, tastier, and overall nicer experience. Never going back to dominos again!!

Always fast and taste is almost nearly consistent. They have a good team here.

I found a long brown hair on my pizza , I called in and spoke to the manager and she told me that the only thing they could do was remake it ! I live 25 min away from this location and she told me there was absolutely no refunds ! Terrible management, terrible service , do not eat here unless you enjoy hair in your food !

It was delicious loved the crust better than pizza hit crust, theirs sucked. Theirs used to be very good which now awfully.

I was directed to somebody totally out of the store when I called, and then they must’ve only had one person working because it was going to be an hour and a half to two hours before I could even get a pizza. I had a store specific question about a complimentary pizza card so the random person on the other line that texts or emails orders into the store could not help me

Delivery times are extensive. Computer sends a message" pizza out for delivery" @ 503p.m .... 3 min from store 550p.m still no pizza??!!!

This store is a mess! Called in took 38 minutes to place one order with 1 pizza and cheese sticks plus a second order with just bread sticks. Then when the orders was picked up that was a total mess up. Need to better train employees.

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak papadia tonight and found what’s looks to be a bone in it. Called the manager and she act as if she didn’t believe me saying there was no way a bone could be in their meat because it was boneless. Never asked if I was okay from biting into the bone just asked if I wanted the sandwich remade. I kindly said no and said i was just wanting to make them aware that bone fragments may be in their products and she just brushed me off saying there was no way because their meat came shredded so there was no way a bone could be in it.So in my opinion my complaint and concern fell on deaf ears.

Ordered Garlic Parmesan breadsticks. When I picked it up they looked almost as dry as regular breadsticks. Easy fix by the girl behind the counter, however, she began to tell me they, for some odd reason, cant put extra sauce on them. After questioning her a couple times, to no avail, I finally just walked out. Probably should have just talked to the manager. Just wondering, is it too much to ask to prepare or fix an order the way you order it? I guess the customer is always wrong at Papa Johns Warsaw!Also, our pizza was cold!

The meat pizza is so good and amazing. I ordered off the app and it came quick and hot. Papa Johns is always forever my go to pizza.

Pretty good pizza, but some of the staff themselves didnt bother to follow the mask policy posted on the doors.

Best pizza in town.When you order Papa Johns, you get enough toppings to tell what you bought. With other places, there are not enough toppings to taste. With Papas, the crust and sauce are so good, oh so yummy!

Called 3 times 25-30 mins before close. They picked up alright, then hung up! Skip this location for obvious reasons. Dominos is the route to go, thats definitely a given! 👎🏻

Had some delicious Pizza from Papa Johns this weekend ! Thank you for the convenient curb side service and for bringing my pizza out right on time . The staff is really friendly and they always do a good job taking my orders and delivering my pizza to me in a timely matter. I specially love the Large Pepperoni Pizza , and I love how they always put a warm banana pepper and dressings in the box. Thank you!

Used to swear by this place for great pizza and wings until they cancelled my order and didnt refund the money and wouldnt answer their phone cause it would have been delivered after their closing time. All i want is refunded then so i could get food elsewhere

The wife and I thought we would grab some garlic n parmesan cheese,They were hot and buttery. Not bad for a snack.Would recommend this for the day.

Thought it was supposed to be cheap, but I bought 2 large, one small and bread sticks and it was like 53 bucks. My impression from the advertising they were like 5 bucks. Not the type I would expect to pay over 50 bucks for that type quality of food.

The pizza is great if they can get your order right. 3 times on a row they have made the pizza wrong or gave us someone else’s food. Domino’s here we come.

I usually call in an order and pick it up. But I decided after Trick or Treating just to drive up and place an order. The young lady that took my order was nice and cheerful. While I waited at a table inside for my to pizzas to be prepared, another employee walked up an asked me if I was going to place the order..? I told her that I had a few moments ago. She asked me if I called it in, I said no, I walked in. The long and short of it is that I felt a little harassed by this only to find out that the pizzas that I had just ordered were not yet ready and that she didnt really know where they were in the process. The pizzas were the Papa Johns that Ive always enjoyed, save that they were not completely cut through. This encounter is disappointing... I do not live close enough for delivery, it has me concerning other pizza...

I order online, and they deliver to Pierceton, I call and they tell me they dont deliver to Pierceton. A week ago, shazam here is your pizza. This week they wont deliver to the very same address. What does the delivery guys bicycle have a flat tire? Its only 6.5 miles.what is going on here

This particular Papa Johns location is by far the best, in my opinion! Were pretty regular customers here, but I mainly order online. Despite that, theyve gotten to know me personally over the years and now call me by name when I go in to pick up our order. My food is always hot, fresh, & made correctly; the employees are friendly and polite even when theyre SWAMPED; and the pricing is always good when using their many specials/coupons.If I had more than 2 thumbs to put up, I would! 👍🏻👍🏻

I work in a public school kitchen and the health inspections and constant hand washing to guard against cross contamination is very strictly followed so when I noticed the cashier handling money and touching the screen while taking orders and tearing off receipts to hand to customers then going directly over to prep dough WITHOUT WASHING HANDS or at least putting on gloves.........I was floored!! I realize that others, including my husband, took no notice, it really irritated me and even grossed me out a little. I watched several times thinking I was surely missing something. But NO. Over and over I observed this "offense" being repeated. Maybe they arent required to follow such guidelines and maybe Im just a little over the top given the job I do everyday, but nevertheless, I was amazed and disappointed by the lack of protocol. The pizza was brought home and tasted good, but I could only eat one piece. Maybe its just my own personal hang up. You can decide for yourself. Service was quick. Parking easy and close to the door. Employees were not overly friendly, but sufficient.

Okay, I dont normally post reviews, but my experience with this restaurants service is not one I want other people to have to experience. The foods not awful and the delivery staff is usually polite. However, a friend of mine missed her delivery notification call (after specifying that she wanted to be notified via textand received a very passive-aggressive voicemail from the delivery person. She saw the notification, picked up her delivery within a minute, and apologized for missing the call, yet the employee continued to be rude and demanded a large tip for having to wait.Transcript of the voicemail:WILL J. :Hi [friends name], this is Papa Johns. Were downstairs in the main lobby with your friend. Shes getting her pizza, but you havent come down to get yours because you wont answer your phone. Anyway, Im waiting. Thanks, bye.(Also, complaining about being a father of four who has to deliver pizza to support his family in order to guilt trip a college student for not providing a large tip is highly unprofessional, not to mention just plain low).Also, there was hair in the pizza, which is gross. If youre in need of a pizza delivery, Id say look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Took our order over the phone and charged our card. When I called about it being over an hour in a half late. They stated that our order had never been placed. I drove down there and had to show them my call log on my phone. Never going here again. Over priced for sloppy customer service!

I love papa johns! I have never been disappointed by them! I just ordered pizza actually and honestly this is the first time I am extremely dissatisfied by them. I ordered a regular cheese pizza and they gave me a thin crust. There’s no garlic sauce or anything in the box. It was just a pizza. I tried to call back and no one answered. So I’ll be making a formal complaint to the store in the morning.

This was horrible tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas online and both were wrong. Manager tried to tell me thats what was ordered and I was wrong. Was very rude. Said will make new ones. I took a screen shot of the order placed online so I could show the delivery driver and had her take a pic of. Opened to ck new pizzas toppings looked right but once inside and tried to get a piece very over cooked, hard to get apart. The one is burnt in some places, but both extremely dark everywhere. To hungry to wait on them again. Scraped off and ate. I have pictures if you want to see. If I could give you less than 1 star I would. As for the manager I spoke to I hope this finds its way back to you. The delivery driver was a very nice young lady. Ive always had great service and pizza in past.

I was very unhappy with my pizza experience this evening. It took an hour and ten minutes to get here. It was cold, burnt, and tasted bad. It was center topped, and my side cups werent in the box. When I called back to complain, I was told they werent delivering anymore that it was carry out only. I said I had already ordered. I was put on hold until the manager (Haileycould talk to me. She said delivery was 2 hours! I ordered at 11:45 pm and got my order at 1:00 am. I started to explain and she cut me off. I told her to please let me finish. She told me she would remake my pizza and it should be there in 30 minutes. We will see.

I tried to use a gift card on a delivery and got robbed. The cashier processed the gift card but I never got my pizza. When I went in the next day, they did nothing. There are much better pizza places in town

Pizza is usually okay, but an hour and a half delivery later- no apology for being late, we call them and they continue to say that it is on the way. Ridiculous. We find out that the pizza delivery driver was told to deliver someone else first. I will order a more substandard pizza rather than continually missing my lunch from this joke of a pizza place.
