Expensive and toppings kept falling off.

Will not give extra ranch dressing for salad. Would not even let us buy it. RESPONSE: I emailed you on 3/9 and never got a response "We live by Zona Rosa and our papa murphys is always a different experience (staff and foodthan your store. Maybe they give too much as extra salad dressing is free from them. We ordered five salads and gave one extra packet for the whole bunch and when asked to buy more, we were told no. We even left a $10 tip when we ordered. I hate leaving negative reviews in Leavenworth because I own property there and want businesses to thrive but my several experiences with your store warranted that one. I understand finding good staff is hard but every time its something with your store. Never once had a problem with the Zona store."

They have a wi-fi system there its called the boss and its corrupted by a hacker

Very good pizza get it made any way you want almost anyway but its really good I like the taste of it prices are good too I recommend it to everyone

Ordered a pizza showed up at 6:55 pm the manager said they close at 7:00 and there was a sign on the door as she was locking the door.1. Nothing on website saying they were closing early.2 it was 6:55 pm and they were locking the door knowing there was a pickup.She did open the and sold me my ordered pizza very rudely.My family will not be going back.

Weird location seemed overwhelmed but the food quality was still there

Just went over to Papa Murphys to order a pizza. You think that showing up 2 hours and 15 minutes before they close would be enough time to have a pizza made. Wrong. When I walked in, all the ingredients were put away and I was informed that they were closing in 10 minutes at 7 pm, a good 2 hours before the clearly stated hours on their door. I was told that if I didnt have too large of an order that they could make if they had to. Ill take my money somewhere else where it isnt an inconvenience to make a basic pizza for me. Complete disappointment of a restaurant.

The last three times Ive been at this place they have messed up my order. I called them to let them know my order was messed up. I was really polite and told them my pizza didnt even have sauce on it. He instantly yelled at me and hung up. This happened the last time they meesed up my pizza. I was there the last time and the guy was yelling at me in the lobby to just accept their mistake. He can not admit when he messes up and makes you pay for his mistakes. The pizza is already expensive as is then you have have to deal with a dysfunctional crew. Fyi while my dad was there picking up the pizza an elderly gentlemen was there saying he didnt get one of his pizzas and the same guy was yelling at him. He left without getting his pizza. This was my dads first time eating there and after seeing what the elderly man went throuh and the disrespect I got. He said hell never order from there. Great first impression guys.

Tonight our online order was ready in about ten minutes. They brought it out to me in my car. It waa perfectly delicious, as always!! Papa Murphys is our absolute favorite homemade pizza place.

We ordered online more than an hour before pickup. We arrived 15 minutes late and the order wasnt ready at all. While waiting for them to make our order, three customers came in. They stopped working on our order to take their orders and made them all before fulfilling ours. Very unfortunate because we like the food but wont be going here because of their customer service.

I specifically like this place because it gives me a break from mostly cooking. Easy to heat oven, insert pizza, set timer. Done! They also accept EBT which helps me. Great place. Try it. Youll love it too.

You can build your pizza any way you want! We eat gluten free, vegan; so to come in, get a gluten free crust w/ all the veggies and no cheese to take home was a treat! Glad that theyre in town.

Called in to place an order and spoke to rob a minute into my call he hung up on me and then when I called back he had an attitude with me!! Not the customer service I’d expect.

Love baking the Cowboy and the Chicago stuffed.

*Edit: My original review was kind of old and Ive had more consistently well prepared pizzas lately and enacted to update my review to show that. There are still occasional misfires like skimping on seasonings, etc but better than before!---------A pretty good choice for pizza, good concept and affordable. This particular location is inconsistent. Sometimes the service is great, fast and accurate. Other times weve stood around waiting when were the only customers and they skimp on toppings.

Ok...the CYO pizza was the bomb! It disappeared fast. You want a great pizza...do the CYO!The NY syle? Had to be developed by someone who couldnt find NY on a map if there was an arrow pointing at it with "HERE IS NY!!" printed on it! Crust way too thin plus cheese has to be a scarse commodity since there was sooooooooo little of it. Not enough sauce either.Real NY pizzas drip oil on your shirt, have a nice crust a 1/4 inch thick or more and enough cheese to walk an arms length away and have cheese strings still attached to the pie.If you want some California version of a real pie, get any of the three alleged NY pies Papa Murpheys has. GO WITH THE CYO AND GET A BETTER PIE!!!

Awesome nice staff, awesome pizza, made with a million requests because of diet!

The red head manager is lazy and always says that the EBT machine is down when hes the only person working the store. If you go back when others are there to work they will say the machine has been working all day. This has happened to me twice. PLUS YOU DONT WANT THE RED HEAD TO MAKE YOUR PIZZA HE ALWAYS HAS CRUSTY BOOGERS HANGING OUT OF HIS NOSE!

Bought a Chicken and Artichoke Pizza tonight! Great Courteous service and by the two guys working and GREAT JOB! making the pizza. They knocked it out of the park!
