If I could give a zero I would they are picking and choosing who gets tickets and when you file a appeal they automatically deny it and then they will tow your vehicle. What the hell dont they understand there is a pandemic going around and people are still struggling. I am done with the disrespect

Signage is Terrible! Since I am a small town business owner myself we decided to support downtown small businesses. Everyone in the group looked for a parking meter but of course there wasnt one... just a sign with a number on it. Of course we received a ticket. We didnt see a pay station until after we turned the corner. I sent an appeal and was denied. We are considering adding other locations for another store and Cedar Rapids is now OFF of the liist! No wonder you cant keep businesses.We wont be back downtown we will find somewhere else!

Steer clear of the southwest corner stairway. Non-drivers loiter there.

Very clean and convenient. Looks like they were replacing the lights when I was there oh, that will be a big help.

Stood out in the cold for over 20 minutes behind another woman who spent 15 minutes before me trying to figure these machines out. Machines don’t work well and are very difficult to even understand what you’re doing. Get rid of them and go back to an old school parking meter. I tried every option from adding time to buying a coupon. Try to use change and tried to use the debit card option. Machine #5231

Although the parking is good someone scratched my car.

Lots of dents, car was scrapped up aginst and I called about it. Said they would look into it and call me back either way. That was a year ago and Im still waiting by my phone...I miss them.

terrible service, charge for everything, not helpful, require bunch of documentation to have automatic withdrawals set up, for $63 a month when a handful of other people I deal with dont need anything - you can change your bank info at any time online. Companies that I spend $1000s with. CR Parking is a joke.
