Had tires replaced in May and opted for the Road Hazard coverage. Picked up a nail in October and they replaced the tire with zero hassle. Always easy to deal with!

I used the this company and a guy named John at the Robinhood Rd location was very friendly and very helpful. My car was fixed in one day! They were so nice and called me to update me on my car. I had placed a product that was supposed to clean and make the wipers work better on the window which really seemed like a good idea. However it seemed I had put it on incorrectly because When facing the sun I couldn’t see out the window. Bob checked this problem. He said with a straight face we cleaned the window on the inside and it was perfect! Busted!!! I was so embarrassed😱

I will not go anywhere else. They were amazing! I felt respected, the price was fair and they are QUICK- I dropped my car off on a busy weekend and they had it back to me within a couple hours. It is hard to find a car place you trust and feel comfortable at- these guys made it easy, couldn’t recommend them enough!

I got a flat tire. 🤦🏽‍♀️ And just before close Parrish got me in and out, quickly repairing two of my tires for me. Reasonable priced and quick service. They’re always friendly too.

It was ok. Ive never had issues with them fixing my vehicle when I go there. Ive used them 3x. The only issue I have is that they bought the part from advance auto. Advance autos parts usually cost more. I checked the price at another autozone and it was $200 cheaper. I also checked Napa. Napa was cheaper to, but the one I checked was in Charlotte. Im not sure how much shipping would of cost. I needed my vehicle to be fixed. I wouldnt have wanted to wait. Bob was nice and gave me a discount on the part though.

It just popped in my head that I needed to get my tires rotated on my new SUV while riding home on Friday. While on Robinhood road, I called and asked if they could squeeze me in. She confirmed they had time to fit me in as I was turning into the parking lot. Walked in dropped off the keys, and walked over to Chik-Fil-A for an Ice Dream cone. As soon as I was done, I walked out of CFA as they were pulling my car around to have it waiting out front for me. Great customer service. They didnt even sell me the tires for this vehicle and they were happy to rotate them for me.

I have had many items repaired in my vehicle here at Parrish. They are always friendly and are able to fit me into their schedule. Their prices are super reasonable and are completely fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m from out of town and my alternator went out on me. No place could see me for at least 3 to 4 days and not only did they Promise to take a look at it the next day they had it fixed. Nice as can be helpful and honest. John even pick me up twice to bring me back to the garage. Thanks for all your help gentlemen.

I chose this tire place cause its close and I can shop groceries while they work. I kinda had a wonky experience at first, but that was mostly my fault. They accommodated my misteps perfectly. I bought my tires here and on two occasions got them to fix or replace my aging parents tires. Most recently they quickly patched a tire early in the morning before my parents medical appointment. Thank you so much.

Parrish Tire may not be the absolute dirt-cheapest option, but their prices are very competitive and their work is top notch. They completed some brake work for us recently, and a few months later, we began to have symptoms of misaligned brakes. They got us in pretty much immediately and completed the repairs quickly and entirely under warranty. I have been a customer of Parrish for 15 years and I always feel like I’ve been treated fairly and respectfully when I’ve taken my car in for tires or other service.

I had a tire with a leak that I would refill often for about a month. I took in my car, and the team had trouble finding the leak so they kept it over night to see how much air it was losing. The next day they found and repaired the leak for a great price. The staff is very friendly here, and I plan on making this my new go to for oil changes and eveything else!

Went in for a suspected brake issue (warped rotors, worn pads, or bothand an alignment. They checked the brakes and found them to be in good shape and didnt try to sell me anything. The alignment fixed a vibration issue Id been experiencing at highway speeds, and they threw in a tire rotation!Great service, great communication, and seemed like an honest assessment of my issues.

I would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone who asks. There are plenty other places I could choose to service my car including other Parish locations, however I keep coming back because of how they treat me and that above all else is why I will recommend them to anyone. I always tell people, I spend my money where I’m treated best. I’ve been going to Bob and his crew since at least 2015…it’s 2022 so let that sink in!Oh and one more thing cause this is supposed to be about how their actual services are. I’ve used Parrish tire numerous times in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. They do great work and give quality service. I would have appreciated my spare tire being returned to the proper place though.

Went there to have tires checked, and to change my timing belt, and ended up noting a leak in my power steering pump Which made sense because it had started whining on short terms.... Especially in-and-out of parking spaces. So they were placed the power steering pump for me and the timing belt and told me my tires didnt even need to be rotated and recommended we wait until they coming up oil change thats needed. Im new to town this place was recommended and I completely Understand why.10/10 recommend!!!!!

Parish tire is always so friendly and quick to help me. I frequently pull up needing air in my tires and they help me me when I’m in a pinch and then schedule me quickly to see them for a repair. They were very patient and thorough and able to locate a difficult to find leak in my tire and were able to patch it for me. They are a very honest company and have been helping my family for years. My dad trusted to send all of his sons and daughters to Parrish Tire for their automotive needs when they became new drivers and we all still go there today. Great business and great service.

Ive been going to Parrish tire for years now and have had great service and experiences but on my last encounter I was a little taken back. I bought a brand new tire for $160, only drove my car once since it was put on. I personally put it on because car unable to make it to the store and no discount because I was being charged for mounting and balance. After only being driven once the tire was flat again. Called the location that put tire on and was instructed to try to make it to them. I tried but tire wouldnt hold air. Had to take my take back off and get a ride to take the tire to the location only to be charged again. Was not charged the original price but I havent even driven the car. After evaluating the tire and rim, they seen that the tire was not properly beaded when done the first time. Yet I was charged and had to dismount and mount my own tires twice. Really didnt feel like I shouldve been responsible to pay for another tire due to their negligence. So Im really not happy right now because Ive spent $300 for one tire that I took off and put on while not really being compensated for the inconvenience and lack there of.
