Essentially a factory outlet for this local cheese. Decent Baby Swiss and Lacy Swiss at around $5/lb. No tasting room, so just have to buy and try. They offered me an ice pack gratis to chill the cheese on a long car ride. Shout out to Daniel Gasteiger for the recommendation.
