I only gave it 4 because they do not have a groomer on staff, and that is what I went there for.

I loved it, my new nephew(cane corsohad gotten really scared to be outside of his home & so getting him to be comfortable in the store was a lil task. The very pregnant cashier was so sweet & helpful, so Im thinking her treats really buttered up the pup because soon he was on her heels everytime when she walked away lol. Thanks Petco

My little kiddos to have grain-free cat food and they carry what I need.

Great variety of everything you need for cats and dogs. A little pricey, but they offer more brands of food than other stores. They also carry birds, fish, and other pets.

The business was clean, well stocked. Was questioned regarding my purchase of 2 male betta. Was ask about housing them and I guess my responce yes. But I thought the question was are they going to be in seperate tanks. But if I wasnt trying to read her mind, I would of heard are you tanking them together. I was a little upset when she seemed not wanting to sell them to me. Again I will take blame for my quick responce. But to make any suggestions not to sell them to me but to opt to let them set in the story to get sick and die as being the solution got the blood going. I will return when area, because she was in all accounts right. And the store did to seem well stocked and had live food that I havent seen even on line. Maam job well done Making sure I was aware they should be house together. And next time I will question to the end before answering. Just so I can think I have the last word, educating that they really should be kept in vases, need heat, and clean water would be helpful for these beautiful creators. Keep supporting these stores because they do give back.

Pay attention to the prices on the shelves! They try to charge you more at the register. Also, the scales arent always calibrated. Be aware!

Seaford petco has a Dora lookalike that seems to know it all .if you see her working leave and come another time .if store wasnt so money hungry they probably would just hoard all the animals . Insects (not the ones wearing petco tagsare about only things worth buying. Go to bridgeville pet shop 5mile north by foodlion .

Great place to get things for your pets! Everything is appropriately priced and the workers are very nice and willing to help!

Very friendly helpful employee once I found one! Prices are high but I needed something for my dogs upset stomach and there no place else to get it.

The cashier was lazy. I had to bag my own stuff. She wouldnt even get off the stool to do her job. When I ask if they bag customers items she said yes but they were running low on bags. Um, you still have bags here. There was no way I could carry sandbags and a big fish tank filter in my hands. Peco was a nice place to shop but the customer service sucks.

Friendly staff. Store is easy to navigate. Cant find something all you have to do is ask for help.

Very smelly, and small compared to PetSmart. Prices were high as well.Update. Petco has improved quite a bit since my first visit there. Much cleaner. Though its small I usually find what I need. Its better than going all the way to Salisbury to PetSmart.

Don’t go there. The new groomer is not that great and she put too tight on the dogs neck and put it on the table and too rough!!! Don’t bring ur own dogs there!!!

Best laundromat in Georgetown in my opinion. The place is clean, they have a large and small machines , they offer wash and fold services or you can wash your own clothes. They offer conveniences like the ability to pay for machines with your card..no more quarters and changing in notes for quarters. They also provide large rolling baskets with a hanging rack for moving laundry between loads. Place is staffed and has necessities for purchase like laundry soap in the event you forget something.

They had the exact product I was looking for. Thomas Hay for my bunny rabbit. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Very polite gentleman assisted us in finding what we were looking for. Then when we decided to get a new tag made for our four legged family member he explained how to go about using the machine. Overall a very clean, and friendly location to shop at.

The workers at this store are great. Grooming is great. . But the Petco Store owner in Seaford DE has failed to keep the store up to date with working air conditioning. Shame on the owner of this store. .

Really nice and helpful staff, just not a big selection of pets. As far as pet supplies there stacked but dont take your kid there looking to see a whole lot of fuzziness. Lol

It depends ..I have had great experiences with great peopleI have spent over the years hundreds of dollars ..not once have they ever got my rewards straightToday was the worse off all.

Not much interaction on the floor, its ok though most people with pets are not completely comfortable with human interaction, trying to say it nicely

They have the food my Chocolate Lab likes in stock, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They truly go beyond what is required for good customer service. This is a great Petco staffed by great people!

I bought my parakeet Toots aka Pete here and also his cage and accessories. I always buy his food and treats here. Many interesting species of pets are sold here and the store is well kept and ordered

Its always nice there but they need to expand their fish sections especially their saltwater section and hire someone who is active in the hobby an or at least knowledgeable enough to get more ppl excited about the hobby

I didnt have customer help, but I found what I wanted because the store is well organized. I shop Petco because of the prices, rewards, and variety of food for all types of animal needs. Besides, I love Dave!

Depending on what time you go will determine the experience you receive. During the day, service is great, the store manager that works there is nice and super helpful. During the evening time, you might end up with a silent store and personnel leaning at the register playing on their phones and not doing what theyre supposed to do. Prices for cat food are a bit pricy and the size if the bags do not exceed 16 pounds. Dog food equally pricey but at least they have monster bags. Would recommend and is my go to when I have forgotten to purchase supplies online.

Poor customer service. Employee in plain clothes walked by without acknowledgment, no one ever checked to see if I needed assistance. All staff corralled the register.Not a place I will be visiting. Old team needs to return they were friendly and valuable to the company. Low to NO inventory. Just a terrible place to visit. Aquariums neatly empty, no fish variety and plenty of dead fish to pick from

People are friendly, and very professional. The store is well stocked with a lot of goodies for our pets. The store is very clean. You will have a wonderful experience.

As with all stores, could not find a sales associate to ask a question, and some stock not available.Their product, in store, is really pricey, check on line first. They will Price match and they offer Curbside?!Good Luck!

It was extremely easy to purchase items online and pick them up in the store. I was looking for another item while I was in the store. A clerk was more than happy to assist me.

It reminds me of the average local petshop. Where a more Franchised operation may have a greater assortment of animals on site, where Petco had a couple cats you could adopt... Non the less, the place has everything you could need to get started with any domestic pet you desire. Its a pet supply facility with dog training, and veterinarian services! They offer more fish variety than anything. There are about 4 lizard types, A couple small rodents, and a couple small birds. I found a baby dragon I plan on purchasing, but due to price, Ill be buying the enclosure and food elsewhere for a much cheaper price!

Never have I felt so unwelcome by what appears to be a new employee. Told me my dog was dribbling drool on the floor and had to stop. I was probably in the store for 5 minutes or less. Trying to get in and out, had an issue finding something and instead of being offered help I was told to stop my dog from drooling. It literally wasnt even but a couple of drops, how does one stop their dog from drooling for real, just seemed like an unnecessary comment. Seriously.. its a pet store...going to Petsmart in the future. No more of my money is being spent there!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. You had a glitch in the system that would not allow me to use my petco rewards ($15and they called corporate to try and fix it for me. Very nice about the whole situation

We had a fish tank emergency so needed a replacement pronto till we can recaulk. You guys had a great deal going on for 55s so i didnt hesitate in running over. The girls working there even loaded this big boy in my truck for me. The varieties of fish products offered helps a ton as we keep cichlids from dwarf to monster sized. Everyone was friendly and companionable. I recommend to all.

Visited the Dover Delaware store today to get a chameleon thats my child had wanted for months. I asked to put money down on the chameleon and have it held until we could buy and assemble a cage to confine the chameleon. They refused saying nobody is going to buy it before we return. Purchased the cage and all the accessories and assembled it at home. Returned to the store about an hour later to get the chameleon and it had been sold. Store offered the sale of a lesser one I felt was inferior. We were told no more would be available for over a month. My child and I dispair over our empty cage and poor customer service from Petco. Well never return. Visited Petsmart and they were appalled by Petco not accepting my payment and holding the chameleon.

This is the only store I can find the only food my beloved cat will eat. They always have it in stock and I greatly appreciate it. My mom and I love to see all the animals while we are shopping.

Went in for some brine shrimp and cat toys. Found shrimp, bought a few cat toys. Selection of toys was ordinary. Prices average, young lady that checked us out was polite and very competent.

This store is ALWAYS my go to. The employees are very friendly and know their stuff. But thats not what prompted me to do this survey. As I entered the store, and man walked in with a puppy, and abandoned him. Your employeyes wenthe out of their way to take care of this puppy. Ive never seen an entire store organize together they way they did. They didnt have to do anything. But they took care of the pup until SPCA came to take him so they could do an investigation. They played with him, and showed him love. Thats dedication. Thats love of their job.

Got my pomeranian hair cut he looks so cute. Kinda took longer than I expected. Had a appointment at 1:30 and didnt receive a call to pick him up until 4:15.
