The store was nice clean. Employees cheerful and helpful. BUT THE FIREWORKS WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I have bought lots and lots fireworks in my 69 years. This the biggest rip off

Ive been coming here for years. Always clean and the staff is always nice. The selection is good and when they do have sales they are amazing. I went for the 50% off sale and then decided to go back the next day for the buy 1 get 2 free sale they have going on.

We have been here for over 20 years. They have everything you need for the summer fireworks, however this year finally have seen a change in prices and I was sticker shock. Prices have gone up dramatically and almost if not more than triple, but still have coupons that easily help with the high prices. The mail coupons plus they have a 50% off if you subscribe on line. So I didnt buy all we wanted it,but I still got to buy what I could afford. So for that reason I will always keep coming to this place for my 4th of July fireworks.

I spoke to the store manager Pat Moran to help me find something in the store and he was very rude and dismissive. He kept mumbling about how I should just go look for it myself and something about women being like that. Overall he seemed very hateful and was not helpful at all. will be spending my money elsewhere hopefully somewhere with less attitude and sexism.

The gentleman at the door is amazing, funny and very welcoming. He knows his stuff and will help you with what ever you need. Walking in the staff is the real reason for this 5 star review. We felt like family, that is how awesome they make you feel! The staff loved ziggy ( our dogthey answered any questions we had( sorry staff, we did have a lot of questionswhich if they didnt know they went and got another staff member that would know. The management team nothing less that superb, helpful and friendly ( once again like we were their familyI know enough about how Awesome the staff is and get on to the selection and pricing. Phantom is the only store name that I know I can go to and always always get the best and biggest selection! Imagine going into a fireworks store and seeing hundreds of thousands of fire works on display, but how do I know what I am buying? Oh right silly me, they have a qr code on the box. If not on the box on the signs😳🙌 you totally can watch before you buy! Pricing. Should I even talking about pricing? Or do you already know? I to be honest have no clue how they do it. Sales on top of sales on top of sales. If you dont get the best pricing from Phantom, you are doing something wrong! The prices are definitely the best around!

Oy Vey, the prices are through the roof, watch out for the unmarked Police Cars. They will take your purchases, fine you or even impound your car. Remember, they are not legal in New York and New Jersey!! Watch out!!

Great place to pick up some fireworks. They have everything you could need. My only concern is the cost. They have got super expensive over the past few years. To the point where we wont go anymore.

Its not like I buy fireworks more than once or twice a year but I went the day before July 4th and it was MOBBED with last minute shoppers...but I was in and out without any wait at all and found everything was looking for easily. Super competent staff.

Very interesting spot. We went to get some fire works for the 4th of July and the place was absolutely packed. As soon as we walked in they scanned our IDS and let us right in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was labeled with the prices and the isles were clearly marked. The store itself was easy to walk around even with a bunch of people. Check out was fast and easy. They even had people bagging up your stuff for you. Great spot but expensive.

Love this store. Best prices of the two in town. Great selection. Would enjoy more little stuff as its hard to find an open area around here ☺️.

You have to sign a waiver at the front door. Never had to do that any place else. Super expensive! Wished I’d gone to Keystone down the road.Front door person was nice but the rest of them had an indifferent attitude.

Fireworks were available but the inside is dingy and in need of some paint at least. The AC was off or out of order on one of the hottest days this year also. 3 stars because the staff were very nice

Cool store. This was my first time going to this location from NY. Staff is friendly and helpful tho they didnt have that much variety when I went since I went this Sunday and every store is bone dry it still was fun buying fireworks and I got a good chuck of everything with my budget of 120 dollars!

The sign in the store say spend $450 get 50% off for premiere customers. I had over $600 worth but when I went to check out they didnt take the 50% off and said how I have to spend $900 worth then I get the 50% off which makes it $450. When I told her thats not what the sign says the little girl gave me an attitude. Great way to treat your premiere customer who spends around $2000 each yr. Go to keystone where it is buy 1 get one for a $1

Keystone fireworks has way better deals phantom is a scam went there first they aren’t doing any deals way over priced, but right down the street at keystone they have buy one get one .99cents. And 50% off with way better stuff

I recently stopped in and had a good experience. It was rather busy so not the stores fault but it took a few minutes to walk around and look as it was simply quite busy at the time.They have a great selection in my opinion and the staff was super courteous and helpful with all my questions.As Im sure someone will be curious and its not explicitly written anywhere on the website , they will sell to new York , new Jersey etc residents. You have to have a valid license or ID to purchase which is in reality no biggie as you need the Same to buy a pack of cigarettes or a 6 pack. They are simply keeping track of who buys in the event somebody on a watch list is there buying. Anyone complaining about having your Id scanned is being ridiculous , they probably own smartphones but feel that scanning their Id is an infringement of their privacy lol. Anyway rant over , good shop Excellent selection. Bring the flyer along if you got it in the mail there are some great coupons in it which will get you a pretty good amount and selection of items for not a whole lot of money.

Im a Phantom member and visit different locations a few times a year. Sign up for mailing list and get coupons! Use the coupons to maximize your purchases! Knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I went there yesterday stood in line for an hour waiting to get into the store. Once I got 8n the store half the shelves were empty. I bought two items. I just happened to look at my receipt and found an extra charge of .86 as a charitable donation. I was never asked to donate so this store robbed me of almost a dollar. I went down the street to keystone fireworks got in with no wait and yes their shelves were stocked. I like the phantom line of products but was extremely disappointed with this store

I cant give an honest review here, as I have never been in the store. I only drove by. I do not purchase fireworks. They are not legal in N.J. for one reason, and the other is, its not "my thing"

They want to scan my ID when I walk in the door, even if I do no make a purchase. No idea what their data privacy policy is, no way of knowing how they secure my data or what their retention policy is. No thanks. Im sure they have information security that a child could get past.

Its great. Im a little less than an hour away and its always worth it. This year was especially crazy and they didnt have the shelves fully stocked because of demand but I still managed to find what I needed for a great 4th of July! Thanks Phantom! You get 10 stars!!!!!

Overpriced, even with their buy one get one free which they didnt offer. At the door theyre saying its 50% off i.e. B1G1, but at checkout theyre saying theyre not offering that. Then you hear people walking out that are getting that deal. Are you kidding me?! What kind of business model is that?Dont go here. Dont support a business with such a poor business model. Make a trip a little further into PA to the more reputable dealers. Not only will you save money, but youll get better fireworks.

Very disappointed with them this year. Went there today, shelves pretty much empty and didn’t have a lot to choose from, especially the assortment packages. And they must be taking advantage of towns not doin fireworks this year because they don’t have the buy one get one free offer. Ended up goin to keystone and they had good variety and they had buy one get one free!!!

Ehhh....everything is over priced. Also things are moved around on the shelves so nothing you grab is the price advertised on the shelf. Spent way more than I wanted to due to this. Going to look for a better place to get fireworks so hopefully I can get my moneys worth next time. Only went here for the convenience of its location.

The store had wide aisles An extremely helpful employs. They do an excellent job of keeping the shelves stocked. And I like their buy 1 get 1 you dont have to buy the same firework you can just match it with something of equal price!

Ive been here multiple times, selection is top notch. I usually visit the website to check out videos of the fireworks they have. Best way to know what youre getting.They are always giving away something, buy one get one or buy one get two like I did today.Will come back here next year!!

Great selections, hard to believe I got all this under $80

The staff here are even better than the deals! Its buy one get one free on everything, not to mention the free bonuses for reaching spending goals, the deals are fantastic. But the real defining factor here is the staff. They helped us find products and suggested alternatives for products they didnt have in stock. And at the checkout line they spent almost 20 minutes helping us when we explained that we didnt have the physical gift card but we had an email confirmation stating we had it. They even gave us cold waters while the manager was on the phone on our behalf. It was an amazing experience overall and I look forward to next year!

Went on July 1st, totally packed in there. Pretty cool store though.
