Hired them to come and do work at a nursing home but failed to mention that their technician do not wear masks. So they came and left and wasted time.

I called the company . A lady named Jenny received the call and was quite unprofessional in rejecting my property job. We had to check the the HVAC system and change filter as resident needs to move in. Last week they told my colleague they will do it. PLEASE DON"T USE THIS COMPANY

We engaged Phoenix Plumbing to redo our waste line, holding tank and to install an entire new water filtration system. They went above and beyond, cleaning up "fixes" from other plumbing companies we had used in the past, working with us on the best overall solution, and even moving their schedule around to accommodate our needs. The workers are very friendly and courteous, the work itself is top notch, solid, and they even cleaned up the area before leaving every day. Were extremely happy with the final outcome, and will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Zack Dunn has an extreme “bed-side” manner kinda guy! We don’t have enough to say about him. He was so so respectful, kind and found his way around the problem and fixed it in no time! Phoenix plumbing is an awesome company in all! I needed them and they were there…..can’t ask much more than that especially the 5 phone calls I’ve done before talking to Tabatha (sp?and name???I hope I got it write 🤞). She was so respectful and responsive that I was taken aback how fast she got back to me and said she had a tech coming between 3 and 5. Zack got here right in time! I want to THANK each and everyone at Phoenix Plumbing! I am a lifer!! And to those who are skeptical I am NOT a friend, family member or any other person! My moms name is Helen Jouas, lives at 120 Juniper Drive Milford PA and does not have ANY affiliation with Phoenix Plumbing. AND to make it a lot better and I know this is a big thing for ppl is that the cost was soooo affordable!!! Called in the morning because my water heater was leaking and they got a service tech out my house within hours I believe his name was zack he was very thourough and showed me and explained exactly what was wrong with my old heater and had a new one installed within two hours and made sure everything was good before he left best experience ive had with a company like would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again

We had a leak dripping water into our crawlspace. I called and spoke to their very helpful staff member, who scheduled their tech to arrive at or home between 8am and 10am on Monday. That was followed by a text confirmation. On Sunday, I received a text reminder, folliwedby a tech is on the way text Monday. The tech arrived at 8am, listened to me explain the issue, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. The service tech eas professional and courteous, and the bill was really fair and affordable for the professional services provided. Perfect!

Great experience, called after hours. Came when they said they and fixed the problem for a fair price. I would recommend them again.

Matt Adams and the guys at Phoenix Plumbing are the best! I can’t say enough about this company. When my water heater was on it’s last breath, Matt kept coming back and fixing it until we could get a new natural gas one installed. We have little kids and he didn’t want us to be without hot water.Matt and his team have installed both my new natural gas water heater and furnace. I am so pleased... they are thorough, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very very neat! You could not find better.

Kind, honest, & a miracle worker :we knew from the start this man had integrity. Every other plumber/ac person we called charged $140 just to come out to your house without even looking. We had just been conned by the “county” plumber the day before. I guess b/c they won’t be making parts for our ac unit in 2020, you can only have a “pin hole” leak filled with STOP LEAK. Had the other company bothered to even earn that $140, they would have seen the LARGE LEAK that Matt @ Phoenix found. Therefore never even bothering to offer STOP LEAK. This other company charged us for 7lbs of Freon for a “pin hole leak” that turned out to be the size of a finger. Then this guy told me to let it run, which in turn FRIED our compressor. Matt, who owns Phoenix Plumbing, worked with us & our ac works better than ever now. He basically built us a new compressor. EXCELLENT JOB!! He wasn’t just out to force us into a new ac. His time definitely would have been better spent doing just about anything else. We WILL be replacing our unit with Phoenix. Matt has a wonderful business with a wonderful reputation. We had several people refer Phoenix Plumbing to us. He actually cares about people & isn’t out to take anyone’s money. He does great work & is a pleasure to know.

Matt is one of the best ! Always honest, reliable & does the job right. He has never let us down with his expertise of knowledge getting the job done. Late this morning I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut off the emergency switch to the furnace and called 30 different heating and air-conditioning companies. The ones who answered couldn’t come out, or would not come out because I wasn’t a current customer! (how do they expect to get new customersI had no heat & the house stank. Phoenix came to the rescue! On his day off Matt not only fixed the furnace but talked me through everything he had done. He is a very professional, polite and honest young man. Glad to know there are still good business people in our area. Thank you Matt!

Furnace died on the coldest day of the year so far (of course). No luck with technical support from manufacturer. I called Phoenix plumbing. Matt was able to get the parts needed overnighted from CA and had the furnace back up and running. Highly recommend. Great local company very professional

I have been a customer with Phoenix Plumbing for over 8 years now . Matt and his crew are always very professional and get the job done in a timely manner the first time. I have had several emergencies with pipes freezing last winter to most recently my well not producing water. Not only did Matt show up he made my situation a priority and got my house up and running again within a few hours. Matt Adames and Phoenix plumbing they deceive and do not fulfill their warranty obligations. I sued them. If you do not want to have problem with them , do not contact them. I hope that they are ruined.

Called about backed up toilet; was told they were booked until the next day between 8-10am and $178. Desperate, made appointment. Minutes later I call Noble and get quoted $138. As I’m booking the appointment, the Phoenix plumber tells me he’s at my gate. I buzz him in because I’m willing to pay more for same-day service..he tells my husband that the septic tank is full-nothing he can do. But he’s KIND enough to only charge me $98 for telling me this.Call Noble.

I highly recommend Phoenix!Matt is fantastic! He’s friendly, affordable, responsive and does great work. I used Phoenix about 4 years ago for a plumbing issue and again this year to repair my A/C. He remembered me and my 5 year old son who was only a baby when he met him.

Matt and his crew are top notch. They are always prompt, courteous and priced fair. I have used them twice and both times my wife and I were very happy.

Had a flood in home. Asked them to come to home, which they did, and do est for hvac job and water pipe that broke and caused home to flood so I can submit to insurance for approval. Almost 3 weeks later still no call no est. Called them a few times and still nothing. I need a place to live. Called Marshall and sons. They came and next day few days later had quote. Called Hannaberry for hvac job on Monday, Wednesday they were there, quote was in my hands on Monday. Those are people that want the work. Dont settle.
