Pilates Peniche in Lourinhã

Tamara is an incredible teacher, Ive been doing pilates for a long time and her classes have to be my favourite. She is very clear, considerate, and tailored things to help an injury I had. You can tell she is an expert and passionate about Pilates. I would highly recommend.

Tamar is an awesome pilates teacher! She helped me a lot with my lower back problems and after pregnancy i could come back to a strong core stability, wich helped me a lot to surf like i did before 🙏Also it is a lot of fun to join her classes, we are always having a laughe between the hard work. I love it 🤗
