Private, not public nor memberships. You must own property to go

Limited parking, would be beautiful to visit after a good rain so the waterfalls are flowing. Good hiking trails and a surprise geocache. Not handicap accessible.

Beautiful water fall easily accessible by car. Can be seen from road. Part of a scenic bike/hiking trail. Currently not running very much, the lake behind it is being lowered to allow work on docks and seawalls.

Great place to picnic or have some coffee, byob of course.

It is a beautiful place and Ive seen one of my best lake here. Although I visited here in this spring but it is as beautiful as ever.

Pinion Creek Falls have the easiest waterfalls to access I have come across so far in my waterfall quest in Northwest Arkansas! You can park on the road next to Lake Ann, walk a short ways down the paved road and there they are. They are actually handicap accessible as they can be viewed from the paved area. There is more than one waterfall, of varying height. The photos dont do the height justice. The creek runs under the rocks and forms more waterfalls. There us a foot bridge you can cross if you want to hike deeper into the woods. The mountain bike trail can be hiked, which is what we did, to the Back Forty, the Bella Vista Public Library and back. Some of the trails can be quite steep and rocky on foot. Its a great hike, and even if you just go for the waterfalls, definitely worth it.

The waterfall is great but there is no parking around it. It looks really cool but we didnt see a clear trail or a good parking spot for us to park we just looked at the waterfall from the bridge and we didnt see it way to get down there.

The POA needs to put better No Parking signs . Not just handicap signs.

Super neat place to have a picnic or go for a walk and oversee the dreamlike waterfall. Youd never know it was there unless your on the hunt for an adventure!

Was suprised to see the water so low, so It allowed me a walk down below the bridge probably not safe for most.

I was impressed by all the photos and Google reviews. I’m sure I visited at the wrong time. Is it because of the time of the year, or the ongoing maintenance work, that the falls has no water! Yes, it was completely dry 😿however, the lake is serene. You can bring your own kayak. The trails are good. We walked in the surrounding trail. There is an artificial water falls flowing nearby, if you really miss the sound of water. Overall the place is nice. For those nature lovers out there, a decent place to visit. If you love biking, there are trails to do some mountain biking.

It was dry today, looks like they are draining the water on the other side of the lake for construction purposes

I came today after a heavy rain last night thinking the falls would be flowing pretty good but since it comes from a spillway from the lake above its actually lower than last time I was here.. they most of lowered the lake last night considering benton county had a flood warning for a few hrs. Great trails and very beautiful place.

Beautiful falls and great area to mountain bike and hike. I would recommend visiting the falls in the late winter/early spring or right after a rain. If the area has several days with no rain the falls will be just a trickle.The falls connect to Lake Ann. It is really worth a visit.

One of my absolute favorite places Ive been in the area!! This was my first time here and I already cannot wait to go back. Absolutely beautiful falls, incredibly peaceful area with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy. Trails are available to go enjoy nature and I loved being able to climb down to the base of the falls and just enjoy it all! Dont miss out on going up the road and seeing beautiful Lake Ann as well!

A gorgeous spot, kind of a Bella Vista secret. Always different, depending on rainfall. Sometimes its taking and sometimes flowing gently. There are great hammock spots and, when its lower, fun places to climb on the rocks. Pics are after a big storm.

Easy park at the road and walk down. Looks like there is another hike that leads this way too.

It was a beautiful waterfall and lake.Awesome atmosphere, fresh air and amazing surrounding. Prepare swimsuit and shoes for walking in the stream. Some spot you can actually go in there. Great spot to hang around with kids!

This place is beautiful. Especially when the waterfall is raging. The bike trails are great exercise even if you just walk them.
