Rented a pontoon Friday 8/12/22. Lady owner said she was not going to charge us for the bit over our 2 hr rental. Get home, $30 extra charge. Disappointed, There is not any other option to rent on Salamonie Lake either, so beware. My guess, her less than nice husband did it.

Had an awesome time on the 40 Party Barge we rented yesterday. We are prior boat owners, so we appreciate the work that was done for us to be able to just hop aboard and go, then return worry-free! Randy was very friendly and thorough with his "boat orientation". We are already thinking about what date to reserve for next year!

Great place to rent a boat for a special occasion! We rented a fishing boat for a special Fathers Day fishing experience and it was wonderful. The service is friendly and considerate. Overall, a wonderful experience and they work hard to keep costs low! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Randy was very helpful explaining where to go and even pointed out where to see bald eagles - which we were fortunate enough to see. The rental fee was very reasonable and the boat was in excellent shape. Definitely plan to visit again.

What a great group of people that own this marina!! To me, they went above and beyond!!A few weeks ago, I had an issue with my boat. I called, their son quickly came out to give me a jump but we couldnt get my boat started. He pulled me back to the marina. Since I launched at Mt. Etna, it was to far to tow back. I didnt know what to do since everyone I know was at work or miles away. They didnt hesitate one bit! They gave me a ride back to Mt Etna to pick up my truck and trailer and towed my boat back to me once I got to the boat ramp inside the campground!!You guys and gals are absolutely awesome!!!

I cant say enough good things about our experience renting a pontoon for the day from Pirates Cove Marina. Deb, Randy and Team are so friendly, helpful and encouraging to both experienced and newbies. The boat was in great condition and ready to go when we arrived. They walked us through everything from boat operation to lake layout (hazards to avoid and fun swimming areas), where to spot the bald eagles and more before ensuring we backed out safely -- all in a non-intimidating manner. We had 6 adults on the "Fun Island" pontoon and it was a great time. We could come in and dock when adding, dropping off or needing a break. Their staff was so patient and friendly. Great price for a super day of fun. Everyone on board was thrilled with our day out on the lake. The Yargers are the perfect family to run a people-oriented business. Professional and helpful and so friendly. Thank you!

Rented a pontoon for the weekend to take our elderly father on a fishing trip. I was beyond amazed on how friendly the staff was especially helping my father (who is in a wheelchairget to the pontoon with ease! Wheelchair access made the process so much easier.Our family had an amazing time and very grateful for all of the staffs help making the weekend memorable!

We recently rented a huge pontoon for the day. It even had a water slide. The owners were very helpful and to the point. They got us set up and walked me thru the details of operating something that big. They assisted us with launching and landing at the dock. We had a really fun time and will definitely be back.

Had a great time! Water was a little muddy to fish, but was great to be on the lake. Owners are great to work with and easy to rent a boat. Give them a call you will have a great time!

Friendly staff and all around neat place. Make sure you buy popcorn to feed the carp right off the deck/pier. Neat!

E very one is kind and willing to help others. Visits with visitors and puts you at ease. Have a great place to shop. We are up there every week and have been going since 1967. Great place to bring your family. Our kids grew up there and now our 8 grandkids are coming. Give it a try you will see what we mean. Have fun.

My family rented a pontoon for the day. We spent all day on the lake fishing and cruising. We had a blast! I cant say enough about the staff at the marina. They were all so friendly and very informative. We will definitely be doing this again!
