It has been such a pleasure coming here at Pivot at N 5th St. I had a car accident back in 2015 and have been a regular patient here and it is also because of the remarkable work that they have done for me my life after the accident has improved. Brandon is excllent therapist. Eddie is an excellent receptionist. Larry is so dedicated and Craig is remarkable. Im always recommending this place to anyone that I know need therapy. I greatly recommend it. This place feels to me like home because they made me feel so comfortable.

Amazing staff! Very kind and caring as well as knowledgeable. Always patient and encouraging yet willing to give me the constant extra push I need. I have now had a hip and two knees replaced with fantastic results that I would not have ever achieved without them! Transportation services make receiving services so much easier and corporate was WONDERFUL working with me to set up a payment plan for my co-pays. I am forever grateful and faithful!

The therapists, receptionists and shuttle drivers at Pivot in Muhlenberg are outstanding! Everyone greets you and welcomes you like family, and they all work as a team to take care of your every need. I had a knee replacement and Larry, Brandon, and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and helped me to reach my goals.

The Best team!!!!! Since I in thru the door I could feel the best atmosphere. Starting for the secretary Miss Contreras, She make me feel comfortable and like in a familiar place, she always look for the best options for appointments and avalibles days. Then Mr. Brandon and Mr. Larry, they do their job so profesionaly, not only that, they do everything to try to speak spanish then the people hispanic like me can understand and follow the instructions to do the treatment, of course if they do not complete the comunication with the pacient always Missis Contreras its happy to help. I have attended this facility over the summer of 2018 for concussion therapy and it was great. Staff are attentive and very helpful. My child as well has been here for reoccurring ankle injuries two times within the last year. I like how they push us to do our best to achieve recovery. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. They are good at what they do.

The physical therapists are fine, but their billing system is terrible. They dont charge you each time you go in. They wait for months and months and send you one gigantic bill. They spelled both my name and address incorrectly and after I paid the bill, they sent it to collections two months later.

Great place for u to get better they work with u great professional👍👍
