I really recommend this place, the therapists are super professional, super friendly, super good place, I had a lot of pain in my left heel, I started taking therapies with them and my pain improved by more than 90%, very good job, thank you all for your very good I treat myself julio the truck driver

I’m extremely grateful for Jeff and the entire staff for helping me through this journey of healing. At the start of therapy I was experiencing pain that was affecting my everyday life. Over time I’ve made extensive progress at pivot. Thanks to the staff here, they have changed my life for the better. Everyone here is amazing and hard working! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here!

Therapist are considerate to your feelings... They have excellent listening skills.. The environment is quite pleasant.. However, more space is needed to move around others.

PÍVOT STAFF AT ROCKLAND DESERVE A LOT MORE THAN FIVE STARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL , FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL THEY ARE THE BEST. TO ME ITS MORE THAN THERAPY , TO ME ITS LIKE GOING HOME AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH FAMILY.

Fantastic staff that truly care and take their time with each client to ensure they have the best understanding of their treatment and experience possible. They were able to accommodate to my availability and I always looked forward to my PT sessions.

I needed PT after hip surgery and was searching online. My daughter told me that next door to her job was a place called Pivot PT, located on Rockland Street in Reading. Which is only about 5 min from my home. I called from the hospital and they set me up with an appt. really quick. From the moment I entered I was treated with respect and care. The PT’s have been friendly, patient and gentle. I would give them a 10. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT. 👍🏼👍🏼

I had both knees replaced June 22 this year.Therapy at Pivot started July 12th. The staff was the key factor in my successful recovery. I was impressed with the way they handled every patient.Respectfully addressing each individuals need for care, determining the proper exercise routine so that one can achieve their goal and return to their daily life. Although professional, you were made to feel comfortable when you were there which was very motivating and encouraging to continue the therapy that was needed. During my time there I observed the guidance and handling of interns. Lets say with a start from Pivot they are well on their way to also being excellent therapists. I would definitely recommend anyone needing therapy to place your recovery in their hands.

They are professional and fun. I had a previous negative physical therapy experience at another company, so I was a little bit anxious when I had to go for my shoulder. They made sure I was comfortable while still challenging me to improve with each visit. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone. Thank you Jeff, Selena, and Jo!

Para mi fue mucho mas que una terapia. Justo en medio de la pandemia y en medio de una deprecion comenze mis terapias. Recibi un servicio de exelencia, siempre dando la milla extra para contribuir a mi mejoria, siempre pendientes de mi progreso y de trabajar con mi agenda para poder asistir a mis terapias, esto y la calidad humana tanto de los terapistas como de su secretaria fueron clave para poder salir del estado emocional en el que me encontraba. 100% recomendados!!!!! Gracias por tanto!

I recommend this place the staff is very friendly and helpful. My foot definitely felt a lot better then how it felt at the beginning thanks to this place.

Four weeks after a total left knee replacement surgery and three weeks of in home care, I began outpatient physical therapy at Pivot/Rockland Street. Primarily, I chose this location because it is very close to my home. However, after a short period of time I felt very comfortable with my choice for other reasons. These include terrific staff members, in particular Leanne and Jeff with home I worked most closely.

The therapists here are very friendly and knowledgeable in the field. This is the best place I ever went to when I had to do physical therapy. Very nice location, very clean and always sanitatized both the place and equipment. Therapists are always friendly and create a very nice and relaxing atmosphere to be in. (Shout out to Jeff, Emily and Adam! These guys are the best! This location has the best receptionist that keeps up with each persons appointments and times people want to schedule. I highly recommend this place and therapist. Great experience there!
