Pivot Physical Therapy is the best! I had back pain and I was advised to try physical therapy. I read reviews for Pivot and decided to call. I first met with Alyssa and then Alexa and from there on it was always Alexa. She started out as my therapist and soon became my friend. While she helped me through my pain and helped me to get my strength back we had laughs and great conversations. I hope to remain healthy, but if I ever need therapy again you can bet I’ll be calling Pivot again!

Excellent PT place, I would definitely recommend it!I went there to recover from my second Achilles tendon rupture after having surgery and I can say that in just a few months I was in very good condition.They are all very friendly and spend time with the patients.The atmosphere is professional but relaxed and that helps to pass the time and make recovery more entertaining.Many thanks to all the team! The entire staff at Pivot Physical Therapy are super caring people. They were always patient and encouraging and understanding of my limitations. They definitely care about you as a person not just another patient. They all take their work very seriously but they made it fun and we were able to have a lot of laughs along the way.

The staff are friendly, professional, caring, compassionate and highly skilled. Each and every person there treats you this way, from the facility director (Novita), to the lady who handles scheduling and insurance, all the PTs of course, and even their eager summer helper, working her way through school! I have finished three multi-month "rounds" of physical therapy with them so far. Two after back surgeries using the pool, and one pre-surgery while trying to avoid an inevitable shoulder surgery. Im with them again. This time out of the pool, after that unavoidable shoulder surgery. This will be the longest, most challenging recovery Ive had so far. I would not want to be anywhere else. In case you havent realized it already, I highly recommend PIVOT in Pottstown, Pa.

What a great experience! Alyssa, Alexa and Sarah helped me get back to lifting heavy again. Pointed out, and helped me realize the areas I needed to fire up to have proper alignment. Dria the amazing patient care coordinator, helped me navigate thru the insurance company junk. Friendly place definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the results that pivot gave me after a month of therapy. They accomplished more in one month than another therapy outfit I went to for 4 months. I particularly appreciated the one-on-one therapy and the change of routine with each session. The therapist and staff are very very nice and treat you very well. I would highly recommend this particular physical therapy business to anyone looking for physical therapy of any kind.

I’ve been going to Pivot for about 2-2 1/2 months now and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my pain and overall posture. Dria in the front is always bubbly and welcoming right when I come in followed by great care from my physical therapist. Currently I’m doing PT with Alexa and she is wonderful. I have worked with basically every therapist there at one point and all of them have been helpful with any questions I have about my condition. 10/10 recommend if you ever need a physical therapist :)

Ive been to a couple different PT facilities in the past and this is by far the best. The best there is! The staff is great, knowledgeable and all worked together to get me to my goal. After 3 months of therapy its going to be sad to go (well maybe notbut I will miss all the smiling faces. I would highly recommend them...best PT place there is!

The staff here is always very welcoming and courteous and take great strides to rid you of whatever ailment you may have!

I’ve been coming her about 2 weeks now. I go 2-3 times a week. The staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone is wearing masks, they sanitize everything in between uses. They are all Phenomenal. I’m so happy I chose this facility for my physical therapy. I would highly recommend!!

Everyone there made me feel comfortable, I get anxiety and they put me at ease right away! They did an evaluation and I have been going 2 weeks now and can feel a difference ! I know I had a lot of options, but so glad I took my sisters recommendation and went to Pivot.

My first two experiences have been nothing short of gratifying and reassuring that the process of my recovery is with out a doubt possible. The entire staff is on one accord exercising knowledge that anyone can understand. And it most definitely is a plus when the staff is truly friendly.

After yrs of pain and not being able to walk and enjoy life. I am finally very close to a normal lifestyle. No walker, no cane, and even very close to putting on sneakers with no assistance. THANK YOU PIVOT! I wish I could share the film of my journey 🤗

This is by far the best experience I have had with physical therapy. It is a friendly, welcoming, and clean. I was impressed at how well the staff work together at meeting everyones needs. There is lots of personal attention and support. Everyones sense of humor and conversation was very helpful during a trying recovery. I dont think I would have had such positive results without everyone at Pivot. Thanks to all of you.When I first started my PT I was unable to drive. Pivot sent the van to pick me up for my first 2 weeks. What a help and Dave the driver is a dear and very encouraging.

I would recommend anyone to go to Pivot Therapy they were really good at there at there job of rehabilitations and very professional at there jobs. Thank you all so much for all your help.

I’ve been coming to physical therapy for about a month here. It’s been a great experience compared to other physical therapy I have had in the past. There is a lot more one on one work between patient and physical therapist. I am very happy with that the improve I’ve been having here.

This place is the best for PT. All 3 therapist Bobby, Casey, Navita and the intern Julian are the best around. They honestly care about their patients very much and want them to get better. I would recommend Pivot to anyone needing PT. Give them a call and the front counter person Ria will answer with her sweet kindness.

After my daughter’s surgery, case management at the hospital helped us get setup with Pivot. This place is so awesome, we love the people, you are all changing her life! She looks forward to her therapy days. And wants to keep meeting goals. After every session, you offer ice or heat and she never takes it ;)

This is a personable and knowledgable facility. The staff is professional, hands on, and proficient, while still maintaining a great rapport with their clients. They made PT enjoyable as I reached my desired degree of movement. I would very highly recommend them.

Terrible Customer Service!

My physical therapist is great I learn new exercises that’s my physical therapist gives me my physical therapist name is Ryan and the other therapist that worked with me his name is Bobby they are awesome. The reception Kathy is awesome the staff is great I would recommend my friends and family to come here for physical therapy my foot doctor doctor Samuelson recommended me to see a physical therapy

They did amazing work with me during my pregnancy. The people there are great!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Awesome staff. I love how they all work together. Very knowledgeable. Gentle, but firm, encouragements to help you reach your goals. They work WITH you. Frequent progress monitoring. It is an open environment where everyone chats and banters. Everyone is invited to the conversation.Facility is EXTREMELY clean.Body Positive, not everything is boiled down to weight.Choice of music or tv available in pool, so you dont get bored marching around the pool.Ride service available, Driver is very friendly, and vehicle is spotless.Everyone there are true healers and love their work.

I have been to a few therapy facilities, but by far this was my best experience. The staff is fantastic. They made me work hard all while having a great experience. I came away with great results and information to help me going forward !! I hope I do not have to go to therapy again, but if I do, that is where I am going.

Driver was late a few times picking me up but who cares overall they did good job didnt push to much and openly invite u into there conversation so your not bored id go back if I had to...

Dynamic physical therapy is the best! Great facility and an amazing staff make the whole experience so much easier. The staff and therapist are courteous and friendly, and are always willing to work with the situations going on in your recovery process. Im almost halfway thru my time at dynamic and the progress Ive made is amazing. Thanks to Mike Ill be able to use my hand again.

Dynamic physical therapy helped really turn my life around. I couldnt work and could barley move. In the short period of time i have been treating with mike i already am back at work and when i am in pain i can work on my exercises that help tremendously. He knows where i am in pain before i even tell him and removes the tension to help me do my daily life activities. Provides me with transportation and works around my work hours. Thanks for everything mike and will still be treating with you until my pain is manageable.
