Pizza Hut in Tarrant County

Tonight I did order personal pan pizzas for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were delivered in less than the time quoted. The pizza & bread sticks were excellent, prepared just the way I ordered. The order taker sent red pepper NOT the grated cheese I ordered. The delivery driver was courteous and apologetic for the wrong topping sent.Anthony, the driver, went out of his way on his way home to come back to my house and drop off the grated cheese I had ordered. I was impressed in the improvement in the food, but also on the delivery drivers , who was an excellent ambassador for this Hut. Good job HutGreat job, Anthony!!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍 I will

Placed order through grub hub. Grub hub sent them order. They could not find it or locate it anywhere even though I could show them confirmation number, pick up time etc. . Had to get refund with grub hub and the workers in store could not rectify the issue or even suggest a way to it.

I ordered 20 large pizzas for our class. I arrived they were all hot and ready and they helped me load the car. Will use again

Well we ordered 2 pies. They were delivered to the wrong address. So we called and the pies were remade. If I had not seen the guy drive up we would have never know anything ha been delivered. No knock on the door no dingaling of the door bell just sat them on a chair on the porch and left.So I called and talked to the manager and informed her of the situation. She wanted to know what she could do to fix the issue. A K.A. bribe! I told her to fix the problem. Im gonna give them one last chance to get their act togeth thenim going to only use Pappa Johns.

I was delivered a excellent pizza with lots of toppings good crust good sauce and it was delivered 10 minutes early thats outstanding I will do it again

These guys are my go to pizza guys when its crunch time. Service, quality, and overall performance is what these guys specialize in . Keep up the good work!!

Placed an online order here for pickup, followed all the instructions online, my pizza was supposed to be delivered curbside. Upon pulling up to this location I indicated I was here and was informed that my pizza was ready, but after waiting 10min no one came out. I finally went inside, I spoke with a young girl and told her my name, she looked confused. I pointed to my name on a display that was on the wall to the right, stating I was the 3rd person on the list, with about a dozen others. She still was confused and had to ask a co-worker where my pizza was. Eventually she found it in a pile of oven bags with about a dozen others. I dont think these people know what they are doing, if I wanted a cold pizza I would go to my local grocery store. I dont recommend this location.

Very sad that you cant order a pizza without half of it being dry crust, very little toppings 😠😡

We ordered pizza yesterday while going to Cresent, TX to visit our daughter. The Pizza Hut on Benbook was great. When we arrived our order was ready and hot. Had the lady bring it out to us. We will use the restaurant again,

Even though the store was short staffed. The employees were friendly and was able to get my pizza order out in a very short time. GREAT JOB!!!

I could not order a large thin and crispy crust. Everytime I tried to change the crust it defaulted to a medium. If I tried to change the medium it would default to hand tossed. Please correct this.

Our family LOVES the pizza from THIS Pizza Hut! We order weekly and have not been disappointed. Hot pizza and timely delivery!

BRING BACK FLAVORED CRUST!!! The store told us Pizza Hut wanted to simplify things so they did away with flavored crust. That was the ONLY reason we ordered from Pizza Hut. It is not that complicated to keep that on the menu. Please bring it back.

Worst service ever!! they didnt have delivery because they said the driver had a flat tire, they made two charges on my card and I had to pick up my food at the store...

It took almost 45 minutes to get my order after the text saying it was on the way. The entire order was cold. The container that held the chicken was totally smashed. Better service would get me to change my rating.

The pizza was freaking delicious! My order was correct and hot when it came to my door.

Pizza was ready when it was supposed to be and I did curbside pickup which came out just a few minutes after I arrived. Pizza was good and hot.

I get off a little late and dnt really order until about 9:15 or so and its always an issue ..I will be missing marinara, and this time my pizza looked like someone shook the box all the toppings were stuck to the top and the wings werent only swimming in sauce like they just poured a bottle on the so soggy tasted terrible. I understand that this location closes at 10 but if the night employees cant handle doin there job they need to be trained correctly. Also if u try to call anytime after about 9:30 it says we are sorry but we are closed. These issues can be avoided this time hopefully..This location is a joke.

It has been a year since I have been to the Benbrook TX location due to past issues with poorly made orders. Tried t tonight and wish I hadn’t. I ordered 2 personal pans one cheese and one with 4 toppings. Went to pick it up and was told since they were out of personal pans they made me a medium. I told her that’s not what I want due to the crust on the personal pans not being as oily. She said her manager called me. I told her that never happened. I reluctantly took the pizza. When I got it home I noticed on my half I had 3 pepperonis per slice, all the mushrooms were dumped on one slice, 3 slices had 2 onion slices and all 4 Slices had 2 slices of green pepper. It was not worth 10 dollars. I left a message with corporate but it won’t surprise me if they don’t call. The worst customer service ever.

Nothing wrong with the pizza, but our orders were wrong or very late four times over about a year. Unfortunately, we just don’t go any more.

Placed my order at 9:35 online. Was given a 10:05 delivery time. At 10:30 when my pizza had not arrived I called the store only to find out they closed the store early and didnt even make my order nor did they call to tell me my order would not be prepared.

They never delivered my order and I am right around the corner. Waited 50 minutes and then my boyfriend went up to the store to see what was going on. Deliver driver walks in too and has no extra pizza and they can’t find my pizza. I called 6 times and no one picked up even before my boyfriend got there The staff made a comment that must be the apartments calling about their order just as my boyfriend walks in and they were never going to pick up the phone. They didn’t refund me delivery fee or tip and had trouble finding the order and finally remade it all while complaining about the apartments I live in with my boyfriend standing right there. It was a joke.

My pizza was not as tasty as the last one. Still pretty good and still great service from my delivery driver

PIzza was good and fresh but Somehow your system double charged me for my order according to my bank account. Hopefully the situation gets taken care of. When I called the general manager had already left. Also, hope the signature PIzza Hut original sauce comes back. I dont like the marinara sauce thats used but the pizza was really good besides that.

Decided to give this location a second try as I’ve had horrible experiences with them in the past. I order my usual and make the mistake of not checking my pizzas before I leave their location and I am disappointed when I get home. The stuffed crust pizza I ordered is not stuffed nor does it have the garlic buttery blend crust flavor I optioned for. Disappointed but I can still eat the pizza, that is until my father-in-law pulls a hair from his slice. I am done with Pizza Hut COMPLETELY! After calling and explaining the situation to the manager, they issued a 25 dollar credit on next order and no apology. They can keep their credit bc they will never have my bussiness again!

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in quite awhile. I made a mistake in my order. Called them to change the time and they hung up on me 5 times. Went to the site and they said they couldn’t change it even with me standing there. Lady was rude and I have no idea if they’ll actually even cancel the order as I requested r if I’ll get charged for something I cancelled.Will NOT be back to this location again.

If it was possible to give a negative star I would do it. I ordered food at 7 oclock by 9 oclock I had received no food when I called to complain which I done twice, the manager Sarah took no responsibility and basically told me that they could give me credit and I would receive no food or that I could wait another hour to hope that I would actually received my order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would also like to add that I live 3mins away. Absolutely no excuse

My previous manager from a old job is a manager works here her name is Shatrece. I mention this because we did not end on good terms. Not long ago I ordered a pizza from pizza hut and used my real name which is uncommon so she easily identified who ordered it. She purposely made my order wrong. When confronted I was told too bad. This woman is not a professional and shouldnt ever be in a management position she is power hungry and compulsive.

Probably the most careless pizza hut Ive come across. They take no ownership for their mistakes. Its never their fault if the order is wrong or delivered to the wrong house. I have yet to have a positive experience here. I understand mistakes happen but dont act like youre not responsible for those mistakes. At least act like you care when youre on the phone with a customer trying to resolve an issue.

When complained to the manager because 1.my order was wrong 2.because it looked like I went to CiCis instead of Pizza Hut was told by the management that the reason my pizza came out that way was because they were swamped. So I guess quality goes out the window when you get a rush. Next time Marcos Pizza for me, never again I really dont like talking to rude people and this lady was on that list.

Nope. Disappointed. Even though the manager was so kind and remade the pizza, I was still diappointed by the appearance. I had one slice and gave the pizza away. Not much flavor in the sauce but the appearance of the whole pizza was not appealing. I am not sure what is going on with pizza hut but they have changed. Customer service was great , so I know its the ingredients and maybe the oven too high; I dont really know why they had to change

Today was ridiculous .Ive ordered several times with no problems. Today the pizza was loaded with sauce and toppings just slid off when we tried to eat it. When I called to talk to manager to let him know about our experience for today and offer advice to maybe talk to the person making the pizzas possibly more training tips. He just said "OK". Well ok then Bye to my business, Ill just take it across the street to Dominos .Thanks pizza hut for the sloppy pizza.

It wasnt ready when I arrived and had to wait for a couple minutes...but thats ok its hot and fresh. $20.bucks for 2 large 3 topping pizzas. They offered parmesan cheese without having to ask for it. It was delicious. A word of advice is verify your online orders before placing the order. I goofed and didnt and found out only after getting it home.

I was at one of your franchises location in Benbrook Texas 76126, I normally have delivery from this location, but on this day I was out shopping and decided to have a pick up, I wish now that I didnt, I was shocked on how dirty the store was, the cashier counter was covered in dust, dirt, grease and corn flour dust, while I was in the store no-one made any attempt to wipe it down and looked as if it hadnt been touched in weeks. there was food stored next to the hand washing station, which did not seemed to be an issue as no-one washed their hands, I then watched an employee take a dirty discolored rag wipe down some split BBQ sauce and return the rag to the bucket he got it from. there were other issues I saw,I reported to the store manager(she Claimedwhat I had seen in my 20 minutes and was told "sorry were short staffed". long story short I will never have a Pizza Hut delivery EVER again without visiting the store FIRST, and will never purchase anything from this store again.

Damn, Pizza Hut Benbrook- get it together. We have lived here for two years and the three whole times we have ordered from you guys there has been something wrong. The first time We ordered a pizza from yall we ordered one with bell peppers on it and for whatever reason they put spinach instead. I called to address this and instead of apologizing they tried to argue and say that it was what I ordered. They did bring me back a new pizza over an hour later. The second time was this December and we had to call since the online ordering wasnt working, and the guy was SO incredibly rude over the phone with us all because I asked for an approximate time since at the time I was on a feeding schedule for my newborn. They forgot our sauces that time and the pizza was way underdone. And today, we ordered and not only did they forget the sauces again, but there was fxxxxing hair in my pizza. Good God. I can forgive one f up but yall really need work. Wont be ordering from yall again. Sorry.

Theres always something wrong. Either you are missing something, or its wrong. They dont know their own menu, hell I know it better than them. Delivery is very speedy though.Anytime I call when something is missing, manager usually either puts credit or sends it back out. Theyre pretty good about that. The only problem is, Ive worked for a pizza place, and I know their pay sucks bad. So I ALWAYS try to tip more than $4. So, I would expect they would at least remember all of my stuff.

Made 2 orders, one for us and one for a friend at a separate address. My wife, knowing that the staff are typically not the best, took screenshots of the order. Sure enough, later that day when the orders were processed, they brought BOTH orders to our address and the driver was visibly irritated when she showed him the screenshots. She even made special comments on the orders so that they wouldnt mess up.

We live in Benbrook & have been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened. Every time we pick up pizza, at least two employees are outside smoking by the front door. Sometimes three or four of them are out there billowing their smoke. I have to walk through the smoke to go inside. Thats disgusting no matter where, but at a food establishment its unacceptable. I notified the manager whom Ive also seen outside smoking & he said he would address it. Its never changed. People who cook & serve food should not be allowed to smoke while on the clock period. Not even on break. They stink when they come in & their hands are dirty. I dont want to smell smoke on someone serving me food.The pizza quality has also declined. Theyre sometimes cold by the time you get home & there have been a couple of times they come out way too crispy as if they sat waiting at the end of the oven belt for too long.Tonight was the last straw & why I wont be going to this location anymore. I normally call my order in. The person who answered the phone tonight was completely rude when I asked if there were any deals on the pizza I ordered. She was put out to have to look up the deals. I canceled the order & ordered from another location. Many other locations around. Benbrook does t need this one.

The Benbrook Pizza Hut staff is GREAT. They got my order a little wrong, and when I called, it was handled perfectly by one of the staff named sherry. Not only did they give me a credit for next time I order, but remade the pizza they got wrong, AND were so courteous about the whole thing. I will never order from any other pizza place, these guys will get all of my business! And have since I moved to Benbrook. Love you guys, keep rocking at what you do!

I placed an order for delivery and when I received the confirmation I was told there is a 1hr 50 min wait time. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for an order. If your going to have a successful food delivery service this time must be within a reasonable time.1 hours and 50 minutes is not an acceptable time frame. I called the restaurant responsible for my order and asked if this was correct, I was told they only had one driver and would not be able to get my pizza any faster than 1 hr and 50 min.

To say it was terrible would be a good review. We had a business meeting tonight and I was supposed to bring the pizza. Ordered online for a total cost of $85 and when I arrived I had to stand inline as others ahead of me complained their orders were wrong. When they showed me my pizzas they were all CHEESE pizzas with NO toppings. When I showed them what I ordered they offered to remake them and come back in one half hour. Since I was already late for the meeting I took the cheese pizzas and they gave me $30 back. NEVER will our company order from them again.

Explain to me why your establishment is closed 2 hours early. Not long after hiring new staff that COMPLETELY obliterated my order, after being vulgar on the phone with me, Receiving no compensation, I dont know whos having a bad day but Ill let you know a hungry man is an angry one. I hope you hire some new staff. And Fire every single worker at the place. With the exception of the delivery crew. Theyre spot on. <3

We will definitely be going to Dominos from now on. The flaming red haired manager made the whole experience awful. She showed no respect for the customers or her staff. When we got the pizza home it had a large portion of nothing, no sauce no cheese, right in the center.

I ordered delivery the women on the phone was very rude when she answered saying" what do you want" on the phone. All of the other locations I have ordered from were very friendly. However any time I have gotten pizza from.this location was good. Just hope they have a better friendlier person taking the orders from the phone
