love Pizza Hut Pizza, waiting for the day that the buffet comes back. 😋

Man stepping into this place is like stepping into a time capsule, they still have the salad bar as well! Pizza taste great as always!

The one in Lebanon is a pretty building, and the food is what I would expect (delicious and hot). Overall, it was exactly what I wanted when I went intocthe pizza place. Hot pizza. Nice.

A little pricy, pizza was hit and ready when I arrived.

My family has noticed that there is something wrong with the crust/dough that Pizza Hut has been using lately. The last few times weve ordered food, the crust has had a very odd and distinct taste. It tastes old and like cardboard.I know some people may think thats how the crust had always tasted, but I am confident the taste has significantly changed over the last 6 months. My kids wont even eat their pizza anymore, only the bread sticks. Ive tried 3 different stores, and all 3 have the same awful taste.Im not sure if theyve recently changed their process or ingredients, but given the recent price increases (a medium cheese went from $5 to $8 on their "$5 value menu"), I cant justify buying from any Pizza Hut anymore.

The woman at the front counter is rude. God forbid you exchange a diet Pepsi for a regular. Crying about inventory.. like it cant be fixed in their system. Dramatic. At least the pizza is good, but their customer service is subpart.

I order same thing delivered at least once a week, only had an issue once and the guy I dealt with (Mattwas great. Fixed the issue no hassles.

Pizzas were made perfectly! Fast service and friendly delivery driver. 10/10 recommended

We order pizza today a lag sausage pizza it was the best we had for a while the deliver driver was nice and kind and respectful and the pizza was good God bless this pizza hut

The pizzas were amazing,our wings were not. We ordered the hotest u had and I think we got mild . Not spicy at all. But they were still good.

They were quick, friendly and polite! When the website kicked off the apt # on the receipt, the driver called me and was quite pleased that I answered. My boyfriend was very happy with their food too!

Pretty good. Nice service but had to keep repeating myself on what I ordered even tho I did it online. They made it twice with two different prices.

The sauce was way to thick. There was piece of pizza with no topping on them. The crust toasted oil

Have always loved the food but got my pizza tonite and there was absolutely no sauce on my pizza!! Very disappointed

On my online order I used points to get free bread sticks. They did not arrive when delivered. I told delivery lady and she was supposed to let them know and someone bring them to me but nobody showed up to Bring them to me and my family. Now I am also out those points. I use those points to add to my order to feed my family of 6 when we can afford to order out. This happens a lot with my order things are missing and or always made incorrectly!

I ordered 12 one topping pizzas and they had them ready in an hour. Thanks for working so hard on this order, getting it right and having such a good price!

Ordered extra sauce on my pizza didnt get it asked if I could one of the sauce cups of sauce was told it would cost me another .70 after spending $30 and not getting what I payed for i will not be going back. And cheese sticks were cold and old.

One star because there is no 1/4 star. The worst pizza hut I have ever ordered from.No sauce on the pizza . Ask for well done did not happen. Its like they go out of there way to do what you do not ask for. Save yourself the time and money. I was headed to cornerstone but missed last order.If you want consistent good pizza . Pizza was cold, and hardly any sauce or toppings on it. I tried to call twice to complain to Mgr and was hung up on both times. Very unprofessional, I usually get very good service from this Pizza Hut

Seriously the worst dining experience Ive ever had! Pick-up Order: Terrible customer service! They gave & CHARGED us for someone elses order and then had the nerve to blame us for their mistake! They never even apologized and Im still waiting for my refund!Go anywhere else in town for pizza because it will be better than enduring the abuse of this place!

Since my last review... the Pizza Hut in Lebanon MO has stepped up and made our dinner experience yummy! You could tell they made our pizza with care for us.

Well I picked my pizzas up and the drive up window and the lady was very nice and polite and did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back to this pizza hut again just because of her. She was wonderful.

Truly Awful.This Pizza Hut is a scourge on the earth. My service was subpar, for my food took a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. When my food finally arrived to me it was frigid cold, God knows how long it was sitting waiting to be consumed. Upon my departure I noticed how decrepit the building appeared both in and outside, further supporting my claim of it being a scourge. I found myself wondering, why have I come here? Merely to partake in some less than adequate pizza. I left day a changed man.

Pizza Huts traditional hot wings are some of the best Ive ever had! They make em just the way I like too! Buffalo medium sauce on the side with bleu cheese dressing for dunking. My last order was right on the money, as usual, and they were delivered to my house super fast. Great job Pizza Hut Lebanon!!!

Went in at 12 pm . Had one waitress there. She never offered to refill our sodas and not a big selection of pizza on buffet. Then we had to listen to her complain about ...she is the only waitress in the morning and no customers were there till 12 that day

The salad bar is the most basic. They dont even put out all the ingredients that you could get on a pizza as items for a salad. If they have onions and peppers for pizza why not for a salad. The buffet pizza was room temperature at best and looked as if it had been sitting for the maximum amount of time it could have been. The bread sticks were hard as rocks and were not worth the risk to the teeth to attempt to eat. The whole place is dirty. There are finger prints and a layer of dust all around the booths, which are in desperate need of repair. The carpet area looks worn and stained. The bathroom was just gross. The staff was awesome! Our server made sure we had everything we needed and was very nice. Its a thing it was cheap otherwise this would be 1 star.

We order pizza from this place every weekend and generally have a really good experience. However, last night was the best experience we have ever had at any pizza restaurant. The server was training so we kind of got lost in the shuffle. The cook Steven came to our rescue, though. Once he realized we hadn’t even seen our server, he introduced himself and took our order. He cooked our order to perfection. He also had a great attitude and a great sense of humor. As a former pizza restaurant manager I can honestly say he is a true asset to this Pizza Hut.

It was great. It was near closing time so no crowds. Plus the server was awesome since we did show up like 30 minutes prior to closing. Had a great dinner and it was quiet but not the awkward silence type. The server and kitchen staff were awesome and the food was impeccably perfect.

Carryout order: Crust was dry. Toppings were very small amounts Some pieces had one piece of pepperoni, beef was small burned crumbles. Small amount of sauce and cheese. Hate to say it, but this was the worst Pizza Hut pizza Ive had. It didnt go to waste our friends coon dogs enjoyed it. I was very embarrassed when our friends that live in Lebanon opened the boxes. We were seated, and left sitting for over 20 minutes. The staff were talking near the kitchen. After wed been there for 15 minutes, one guy came out to finish up some other tables, but didnt look over our way. Five more minutes went by, and then he came and took our order. We got our salads and sat to eat them. 15 to 20 minutes later, I heard the kitchen call our order up. Ten minutes later our waiter walked to the two other tables asking them if it was their pizza. It was obviously only barely warm when we got it. When we were almost finished, I asked for a refill and small box. We got the box...ten minutes later. No refill. I usually tip well. Not this time. We will never go back. This was an all time low compared to the mediocre service we normally get here.

The food at this Pizza Hut is always so good, but, the service is slow. Cant blame the server...she was a lovely young woman. Its the point that Corporate is so greedy, she was handling the whole area, plus drive-thru. Lord forbid if they would hire even one more person

The place was dead when we arrived, but yet it took awhile to get seated. The waitress seemed awkward and out of practice for service. The place was very outdated as in it hasnt been updated in over 20 years. The only saving grace was the delicious food. Everything was hot, cheesey, and yummy when it arrived to the table. We just didnt have enough table space for everything, but maybe a renovation could help that.

The pizza was good but the salad bar seemed boring and not fresh and vibrant. I worked salad bars many years in college so I know when things dont seem fresh. Offer more choices of items on the bar and keep the stock rotation going. Just being honest-good quality of food is critical or people wont return. Trying to be helpful!

I went for lunch buffet. I arrived just before 1 pm but well within the range Not very good. The pizza was held over too long on buffet. Too much pan pizza, and when i was about filled up on other items a fresh barbeque came out. Not my choice but at least it was fresh. The price would have been a good value, but i was disappointed. Maybe try them again.

The almost empty restaurant should have been a clue as to what we were about experience!9 of us were attempting to dine there the other day. They sat us in the front of the restaurant closest to the street and furthest away from the kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the air conditioning was on high, it was freezing! It was in the fifties outside and it seemed warmer outside than inside the store We all had hats, coats, and gloves on at our table, it was that cold. After a little while I went up to the front and asked them to turn off the AC. I was told they were sorry, but no they would not because then the employees in the back will get hot. A little while later another person from our party asked the same question to a different employee and received the same answer. Then we asked to speak with a manager which never happened. After waiting a while we asked about the manager again and we were told he was to busy to speak with. At this point we told them if they didnt turn off the AC we would be leaving. They then turned off the AC in the front of the store. So after all that hassle we were finally just waiting on our pizza, so we could eat and get this awful experience behind us... Well as you can probably already guess, we waited, and waited, and waited... Needless to say after over an hour of waiting we still had no pizza. We asked and were told at one point that it was being cut and would be right out. Never happened. We decided enough was enough. So we got up to leave. On the way out we noticed the other group that was in the restaurant with us was standing at the front not looking so happy. Yep, they were having issues with this place also. Needless to say we will never be going back nor ordering pizza hut pizza again.

As far as Pizza Hut goes this is the best 1I have been to in a very long time. I have been to this Pizza Hut about 3 different times recently twice I got excellent service however one of those 3 times I didnt get service at all, my husband and I sat and watched the entire staff socializing amongst themselves. After about 10minutes of this we simply got up and left. So I would definitely recommend a pick up order from here, unless you guy go during the day.

I usually go for the buffet. Their pizza is good, but they let the cooks experiment too much. I feel like one or two pizzas on the bar are what most people would eat. So they go quickly, causing you to have to wait often on pizza despite several being out.

The Pizza was good. Prices reasonable. The woman that took our carryout order didnt really seem to want to be bothered when we asked for parmesan. (We wanted to take the pizza to our hotel room.)

We used to go in for buffet but there wasnt a good selection for kids. Servers are too distracted to do their jobs. We decided to start getting delivery instead which isnt any better. Order online and it says it will take an hr to get to us, ends up being 2 hrs later and they dont bother to call or anything and youre just waiting and waiting. This was the last chance for pizza hut. We will now start using a different pizza place. Im being generous with 2 stars only for the sake of the delivery drivers themselves. I have never had an issue with the drivers.

The server charged a kids buffet for our 1 year old daughter. She had a bread stick, pickle, and half piece of pizza. Not acceptable. I will say the food was good (superior to Mazzios). Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered with extra cheese was lacking around the edges. Pizza Hut needs tweaking but could easily pull ahead in the buffet game.

We drove in from Fayetteville late last night on a road trip to see the eclipse. Dan was extremely kind and made us feel welcome despite coming in so close to closing time. They made us an amazing spinach, black olive and jalapeno stuff crust pizza! Dan even made us a couple waters to go before we got back on the road. Super friendly staff and perfect pizza! Thanks Dan!

Ice heard terrible things about the restaurant service, but I thought, hey, why not try delivery. I am positive its the location itself. Ill give it the delivery guy, he was quick, but now I know why. I ordered cheesy sticks with my pasta, its $1 or so extra instead of regular bread sticks, I didnt get the cheese sticks, instead I got regular sticks and they still charged me for it. How can you screw that up? Most frustrating part was that in my pasta I found two bones. Thankfully I eat moderately slow so I recognized it right away. Unfortunately I am not so mad that Id go over there and make a complaint. However, I did want to let you all know. I am never one to complain, but this made me swear off fast food for good.

Waitress wasnt not very kind. She dropped a knife off of the plate and splattered ranch dressing on myself and the table and all she said was "good thing it wasnt a steak knife. My apologies." I had to go up to the heckout to ask to get my drink refilled as it had not been refilled once in 20 min.The staff was talking about how bad a manager was saying he better not tell at me again.Lastly, the waitress was checking us out and another staff member cane to tell her someone has a dentist appointment and the waitress said "good, finally. " Ive never had such horrible service.

This is by far one of the best pizza huts Ive been to. When Im in town, my mom and I usually hit the lunch buffet. It was excellent and they brought out just out of the oven pizza fairly frequently. I currently live in KC and the Pizza Huts in our area are a joke. Good job Lebanon Pizza Hut!

We went there Tuesday for the buffet. It was awful. We will never go back. They were out of everything, we had to wait for them to put stuff on the buffet. Pizzas was dry and they were slow. Times we just sat there waiting. The only thing good was our waitress.

We had to make an unexpected stop to have our car battery replaced. I called this Pizza Hut within an hour of their closing. The young lady, I think her name was Rea, who took my order was very courteous and helpful. She was also the one who checked me out. She had a nice smile and showed great customer service skills. The pizza was ready on time and tasted great. The bathroom was extremely clean ad was the dining area. Salad bar looked delicious too! I told Rea, I apologize if that is not her name, the restaurants reviews werent very complimentary and asked if there had been a recent management change. Apparently there has been and it was obvious to me the current staff was doing a great job of turning things around. I would definitely eat at this Pizza Hut again.
