Not a bad place to eat I just think it would be better if they would run the buffet at dinner time cause thats when familys are more likely to go and they would most likely have a lot more businessCause if you stop and think🤔 in the afternoon kids are in school,people are working tooRun the dinner buffet between 4:30pm and 6:30pm

I use to think this Pizza Hut was the best. We actually travel away from the Pizza Hut near us just to go to Salem.I just tried to call because I had a question about the buffet and holiday hours.The phone rang and rang and then suddenly an animated voice started to speak.I thought great, now Pizza Hut is now animated???I selected the option to speak to someone and again the phone continued to ring with no answer.So,since no one can answer the phone my family and I will choose somewhere else to eat this weekend.

I think this is the worst pizza hut by far. Brought my son and his friend in and they treated us like they didnt even want us there

If I could give zero stars, I would. Theyre prices always go up but the quality of the food goes down. Your order will tend to go to a different Pizza Hut than you selected, therefore you have to wait even longer. And apparently when you ask for delivery, they just dont have drivers to do so.

Tried using the graduate sale the day before graduation, got called and told they dont have a driver. This is very poor customer service and management.

The food cheese filled crust pepperoni pizza was excellent,best I ever had our waiter was very personable, and friendly

Will never eat at Columbiana one again. New manager was very rude after I was a customer there for years. Even if it were my first time, no excuse for how he treated me. My family also got sick for 3 days off the medium pizza we consumed. Had a funny taste. But thought it was just my taste buds. Salem is alittle better. Had some rude service there and they dont deliver to where I live like Columbiana. Waste of all the points I have on the app.

Gross! Over priced and not worth the money. My bread sticks where burnt and my pizza was way under cooked. The poor waiter was alone and didn’t speak English well so ordering was a bit difficult. Since they were busy he never checked on us or was able to get refills on our beverages. I am sad to say I don’t think we will be back.

Great deals. Good pizza and crust is always cooked to perfection. Theres a reason why they are second in pizza sales.

This was a really nice pizza hut, they were slammed and seemed short staffed but our waitress was wonderful balancing the dining room and the pick up window.

Our order inadvertently caused some issues with the system because it included alcohol. The manager (?Frank was so courteous and helpful as we resolved it on the phone. I feel terrible for causing such a big problem on a busy, snowy night, but I was extremely impressed by Franks helpfulness and friendliness on the phone. He gave us a 20% discount and remade our food fresh. Many apologies for all the confusion, and thank you for all your help!

I never got my garlic sauce and the food has not been the best..pizza barely cut and breadsticks dont seem to be fully cooked

Did a small gathering for my daughters 17th birthday, Staff was amazing and on top of stuff.

The only issue I had was when we got the medium pizza it was supposed to have bacon on it. It had pepperoni, but we called the store and they had another pizza out within 45 minutes on a busy night even. Thank you Pizza Hut for delivering to us while we are not feeling well!

Navada hall made my pizza and she didnt even cut it at all like it was not cut AT ALL u should fire her the pizza was good tho 👍🏻

The breadsticks were over cooked. We asked for light sauce on the regular pizza and regular sauce on the thin crust and it we got the opposite. Overall not super satisfied with our food this time

Improve food quality. I got 2 orders of breadsticks. They gave me 1 new order, and 1 reheated, so brown they were disgusting, order, which got thrown away. Fries with the sandwich were soggy, so they got thrown out too.

Your "manager" Frank at the Salem, OH location should be fired for how he talked to my mother this evening. Such a disgusting lack of professionalism. This location already has a terrible reputation in this town. You need to consider hiring people with actual people skills and management experience. High schoolers and losers are going to cost you a lot of business. Even more so then it already has.

My delivery was sourced out to Door Dash it took 2.5 hours to receive my food, the food was ice cold when it arrived, will never order from this location again, may never order pizza hur again was absolutely ridiculous ordered the food for my employees on there lunch break no one was very happy.

Despite having just recently been in the middle of a tornado warning, Pizza Hut staff and crew were fantastic. Quick, friendly, and got my order correct ( as usual)!

Ive never had a complaint with the Salem Ohio restaurant. They are always pleasant. The food is always great.

Food was good and they put the sauce on the side as requested in the box for pizza. You need to have a question on do we want sauce on the wings or off of them.

Make my order as I wanted. I asked for extra sauce on my pizzas and the was barely any sauce on the pizzas. Only half the pizzas were ate because we were disappointed.

The food is usually good, but recently they have messed up every pizza that my friends mom has ordered no matter how clear she orders. It was so bad last time, she ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, and we picked up a olive and pepperoni pizza with no sause... like how???

This was my first time at this Pizza Hut and possibly my last. The salads were old. The lettuce was yellow, nothing green about it... Hard core in it as well. The pasta was overcooked and the chicken pasta was not creamy, it was thick sauce? We both ate very little and then my husband was up in the night with upset belly... NOT GOOD

The staff at our Pizza Hut in Salem is always so very nice and friendly and my family loves your pizza, however my husband and I are vegetarian so we would like to see more variety in your P zones (calzones), maybe spinach and feta (no meat). Also maybe your stuffed rollers without meat.

Hot fresh friendly service and theyre not talking about the food there is one cute lady there who made the experience worth the trip customer service should be service to the customer and she made the experience worth going again thanks bye

I used the Pizza Hut app to complete my order. It allowed me to set my order up, then said I needed to update the app. I had to start over. The updated app kept closing down on me forcing me to start over. It was frustrating and I nearly just chose another pizza chain.

I wasnt really impressed to be honest. There was only two people in the whole place but the service wasnt the problem. The food was terrible. My husband and I both got pzones. I didnt even finish mine and I usually love them. No flavor. Dry. Gross.

Pizza was made quick! It was hot and fresh! I was welcomed at the pick up window by a very sweet young lady who was professional and courteous and showed all precautions for Covid. Thank you for a delicious hot pizza!

I was told I’d have a credit for a free pizza on my next visit due to my order being messed up with the wrong toppings and the wrong 🙅‍♀️ style of pizza. I paid 💵 extra for a pan pizza rather than hand tossed but it ended up being hand tossed 🤢🤮. I didn’t even want to eat it. I always pay extra for pan bc it’s the only crust I like. This is not the first or second time this has happened. Apparently the employees appease people by just telling them they have a credit to get them off their backs. This establishment is a house of lies.So today I tried to use my credit and the employee said she couldn’t find it. She didn’t offer any discounts or apologies. I don’t even bother calling in complaints anymore bc nothing is ever done about it. I’m not that frugal, but I don’t like spending $20-$30 on food I have to choke down bc it’s not what I care for. Especially when it’s numerous times in a row and nothing was ever done to amend the situation.I’ll be finding a new pizza place from here on out. Maybe I’ll save some money since Pizza Hut is the most overpriced pizza place in town.Boooooo Pizza Hut! 👎🏻And I don’t mean the delivery drivers. Jason is awesome. 🤘 You rock !

Waitress was decent but sold a lot of the buffet meals but we waited for over a half hour for it to be filled. When it got pasta we really couldnt get much without feeling guilty because other tables with kids were waiting also!! Took about another 15 minutes for pizza to show up. There were two other tables besides us that were waiting for food! We had one trip to the buffet and I got a salad, 3 tiny slices of pizza then it was empty other than the few same slices of pizza, no pasta and dried up breadsticks. There was a table on the other side that got 4 pizzas and buffet was not refilled, I heard the presuming manager because she told employees what to do say she was sorry to them for waiting. My sister in law had to ask when they would have some pasta for the buffet and was told they just put some on. We had 15 people, there was a table of 5 and another not sure how many and the pasta in the pic was 1" thick and only one out there for 15 minutes. Pretty bad when they worry about the checks and give you them before you even have the chance to finish a second plate of food!! My husbands niece and her daughter ate after we got our checks because she came for pasta! When we left at least 6 pizzas were there and some pasta but no apologies for being bare that I was still hungry..If they would have explained they couldnt handle the buffet we could have all ordered off the menu. We will not be going there again.

Came here on mothers day 2019, saw a 4yr old child being yelled at and hit in the forehead by his father with a fork. My husband got up and told him to stop. When we left we instantly were targeted as the bad guys.Came back that same week on Wednesday ordered 6 beers, they can to the table in a bucket our server came and said we could not have more than 2 beers each at a time.. fine. She then came back and said we could not order a 6 pack for dine in it was for to go and delivery only. We were going to have to pay for each beer individually. My Foot that would of been $26.40 for a 6 pack. The manager drives a brand new luxurie car guess he missed a payment. Just lost 2 loyal customers.

I am not from around here and the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. The pizza did not take long at all to get here and the delivery driver was sweet! Great service. Will be ordering again!

Not all Pizza Huts are the same, but this is one of the better ones. If you havent already tried it I recommend ordering a pizza thats made with their marinara sauce. It definitely takes the pizza up a notch! The only reason I didnt give this place five stars was because that its one of the most expensive places in town to buy pizza. Other than that you will find the restaurant clean and staffed with friendly employees.

Friendly enough waitress, just disorganized. My salad was not very good. Supposed to have chicken on it. It had 2 small pieces. I thought they were croutons. My waitress found it amusing. I dont like the food here anyway, but came in from out of town to meet my friends for dinner and their company is really what the night was about. I give my friends a five star review.😀

I pick up pizza here often when I make it to family pizza night. The service is generally great and you get exactly what you order. I had a bit of a wait today; but the staff was friendly and made the wait entertaining. They made a mistake with one of my pizzas, but they caught it and made me a fresh one. (Hence the waitThanks!

Stopped in for brunch! My son had a doctor appointment and had not eaten yet. He only eats soft or blended foods and is usually a chore finding restaurants that he can eat at! I didnt care for their pasta on the Buffett but my son loved it! Needless to say he ate everything on his salad plate and on his meal plate! I am very pleased! Oh and the server was good too!

I called to as about buffet the lady decently replied it was over then tried to get of before I said I would just like to order the lady huffed rudely saying what do you want I told her she was very rude asked for the manager and she yelled saying I’ll get the manager the female manager wasn’t the nicest didn’t handle the phone call very well after I had told her what had happened she said and what’s the problem?????I’ve been their at night when there was a few men working they seemed very nice so I’d say ordering at night is the best time

Ive never been a fan of their pizza, except the Mexican pizza...I love the Mexican pizza! Other places have a Taco pizza or some other ripoff of it and they really suck.

We visit for the lunch buffet. The staff brings us our drinks and bills almost immediately as they are aware we are in a rush to eat and get back to work. Excellent service and we will definitely be returning. My only request would be sauce on the buffet table, but it is available by request.
