Pizza Hut in Greenup County

Our family dont eat here very often. But the last few time we have and its been really good I think when we eat or want pizza, pizza hut will be the place because it the best by far were we live.

Its a big shame that this guys will not Deliver to a trucker they must have forgotten its us truckers that Delivers there pizza stuff people need to know its hard for us to get to places to get food

I order two pizza tin crust for delivery. Show me it was out for delivery. Waited. A hour later we called and the driver took it back to the store . Stuck it in the warmer. Fidnt even call us. My husband went over. They gave him the old pizza but gave the 5,00 delivery fee back. This is no way to run a business. I gone to let people know how they do business. They should have fix us new pizza . I want everyone know this Pizza Hut on the Scioto trail

Great service and great food.

Pizza came all jumbled up in box, when put back together looked like a piece was missing. Pizza and wings were cold not even slightly warm. This is the first time Ive been disappointed in this particular restaurant.

The employees are great. The foods okay.

Ordered online for later pickup for 530 showed up at 515 Pizza was in the warmer cooked but I couldnt pay till 530 so pizza was cold and didnt look like ot was cooked as much as ot should have been

This is my second choice of a pizza hut chain. Wheelersburg is my 1st one. Both locations always get my order right and the food is always fresh.

Only thing wrong was I received outdated blue cheese dressing dip... Everything else was amazing!!

On-line ordering was convenient, order was ready when requested and staff was friendly

The food did not taste fresh. Everything tasted old. It tasted warmed up. The Bread sticks and pizza where not cut properly

When you call to place an order youre directed to a call center and cant speak to anyone locally.This causes confusion about specials and rewards programs. This alone makes it not worth ordering just call Papa Johns or Dominos.

Portsmouth Pizza Hut always delivers a delicious hot pizza and it is delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery drivers are always polite and I have zero complaints about the food or the service

There is a little hard working girl there and her name is Chasitee!Shes such a sweet person and always working hard to get everything done in the most fastest time possible she is very very nice and one of the hardest workers. She works hard to make sure every order is right and every customer is pleased! We need more people like her in this world. Thank you for all your hard work.

The pan pizzas we received (nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery timewere warm, but the crust was tough, dry, and thin, and the cheese appeared dry. These were not like the pan pizzas upon which Pizza Hut built its business. The pan pizza used to be crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy under the sauce and the crust. This pizza was tough all over and the crust was thin and not crispy on the edges and bottoms. It seems a quest for uniformity and reduced labor demand in the kitchen has resulted in less than good pizza. Domino’s pan pizza has overtaken Pizza Hut for my favorite thick crust pizza.

the pizza was nasty and greasy and did not have enough cheese in the crust it lacked everything and it was $18 for the pizza.

I dont like the saucy sweet. Doesnt taste like pizza hut to me. Good , just not favorite here.

Im in a hotel room I SPECIFICALLY asked for parmesan and salt and plates and napkins. We didnt get ANY of that. Ridiculous!!

Pre-ordered from the day before for a pick-up time of 11:30 am. Walked in and the pizza had just come out of the oven. Piping hot and perfect! Cant say enough good stuff about Pizza Hut on Scioto Trail in Portsmouth Ohio. Competent, friendly staff as well!

We order from here pay for order ten days later they put theft charges on my wife saying it wasn’t pay for she went to jail and everything but we had bank statements saying it was pay for so they case got thrown out dismissed but it’s not over yet we will see them in court

Awful. Terrible. Samantha the Manager should not be in this profession. I called after waiting over an hour. (1 hr 20 minutesShe explained they were so busy and apologized for the email that was sent out that it should have been there 50 minutes ago. 10 minutes later she called back and said pizza was delivered. Delivery person was yelling and cussing in the background saying he had the receipt that it was signed for. But quickly realized he forgot to have him sign. Samantha tried to cover obviously not realizing i could hear the conversation. Pizza was never delivered and I was still charged. She said she could credit me $10 for a almost 23.00 order. I declined and plan on calling the person above her.

My ole man and I took my daughter and the granddaughter here for dinner one night to treat themband have a family night seen a good friend of mine Sam that works there she was our waitress and took care of us and Myra Rose just loved her. I recommend this place pizza hit as always had the best 🍕

Went here and got $36 worth of pizza. Asked for two cups of water to go with the pizza and they would not give it to me. If I would have asked before it was paid for I would have walked out and let the pizzas die.

The pizza hut on 23 is awesome. I love their buffet. I also love taking the survey on the receipt to get $10 off the next purchase. The pizza is always fresh and made just right. And I can never get enough of their cookies or brownies. The staff is friendly.

Fast service, its usually not that busy during the day, and on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-10 pm they have an all you can eat buffet for $10, but that does not include your drink, but the buffet does include all you can eat boneless wings!!!

Never again will I order or even attempt to order from Pizza Hut, the last time I ordered they screwed up my order by shorting me on a order of breadsticks and then the wings were soggy and cold from their fryer being down and them only being sent through the oven but I wasnt told that in advance before I ordered them. I was told I would be given a credit under my phone # and when I went to order again oh surprisingly it wasnt there and then I was told there was nothing they could do. The place is ridiculous and they have lost my business forever 😡😡😡!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and funny staff. Pizza is always delicious and you get your food surprisingly fast. Love this pizza hut.

Ugh. That pizza is not that great. But my uncle loves it but Everytime we get it while Im out of town, it never tastes good. Not only did the pizza taste sub par, but the guy forgot our drinks in his car.... Said he would brb and nope..... Nothing. So he just left and I have no drinks. Thanks pizza Hutt.

The whole family went to the Pizza Hut in Portsmouth OH. They literally would not seat us, they said it was too much trouble to move some tables together! There was only one table in the whole place with customers!😡 One half of the restaurant was roped off. Her dad said what about all this room? She said, oh that saves us a lot of work and just laughed! Literally turned this little Princess away! I’m so mad!! If any of my friends will share this, just put #pizzahut in your comment. I hope this lady gets fired! On a good note we all drove 20-25 miles to the Wheelersburg OH Pizza Hut and they could not have been nicer. Could not apologize enough for how we were treated. Even though it wasn’t their fault. But I’m really pissed about this!🤬🤬

Cheesy bites pizza worse pizza I ever had!! Looks nothing like pizza commercials, cruse so thin hardly any there and the bites had hardly any cheese in them. Very little cheese.

This place is dirty!! The staff is rude. They do not make pizza correctly. If you want pizza in Portsmouth, go to Dominoes or Papa Johns. So sad...

Ive gone to this restaurant for about 20 years and it has always been one of my favorites for a pizza buffet. The service is always friendly and prompt. I just wish I had an excuse to go to that area as much as I used to.

Waitress was terrible. Told her at end of meal that she didnt need a complaint on Easter night, but I didnt need to hear my teenager called a "smart a** kid" as she walked away from the table. We were exhausted & on the way to a funeral. I manage a restaurant. He was not friendly, but he was not rude. She said "Ok, anything else?" I said an apology would be nice. She said he hasnt apologized to her! No apology for even letting us hear what she thought of us! Told her if she worked for me she would be fired. I have never wrote a review before, but with 30 years of hospitality service I have never been treated this way! Happy holiday!

The worst woman yo do business with is the manager at that store... we have been told 3 different things 3 different times as far as how big you can have your party. Such a rude woman and spend over a 100$ or more everytime we go

The soda carbonation is bad or something is wrong the soda dont taste like soda. The pizza is dried out and nasty. When asked if they was going to be putting any fresh out the answer was not til what on the bar is gone. The server came and got my tea to refil it and has not brought back my drink its been 5 mins and still nothing. Worst money ive spent on food in a long time in this town! If i was you id eat else where

Buffet was warm, but dried out at first. Brought out fresh upon complaining and rest of meal was delicious. I would go back again.

Super rude staff. Good luck to get your order right. Just drive to the one in Wheelersburg . Plus the inside is falling apart,broken lamps and worn furniture, sad bc Im a big hut fan.

I grew up in Bowling Green, Ohio. The Pizza Hut there was an extremely clean and polite place. I would take the family there regularly. The Pizza Hut here in Portsmouth (the first time I actually went therewas not as sanitary as what I was used to at a Pizza Hut. The place actually smelled kind of nasty, and the smell was actually transfered to the take out boxes (we had carry out here after we got there, hoping it would taste better when we got away from the smell, but then smell seemed to be transfered to the pizza). As I said, the Pizza Hut in Bowling Green, Ohio, is an excellent place to eat and I would recommend it to anybody. The place in Portsmouth, Ohio is a place I would not recommend to anyone. Pizza Hut was always my favorite pizza place, and I will always go back to the one in Bowling Green, but never again will I go to the one in Portsmouth.

~ ORDERED ON LINE JANUARY 25 approx. 1:00pm...Gave me a 15 min timer letting me know when my order would be ready ~I actually waited for 20 mins before leaving my home.Arrived at PIZZA HUT - Woman told me my order was NOT ready, Hadnt even been prepared. Two other men were waiting for their order as well...Another outside in his car.- Only THREE people were workingOne on the cash registerOne on the floor waitingOne cookingI told her I had ordered (by that time 30 mins agoON LINE and it should have been finished..Woman told me my order would be another 20 mins. When informed I was no longer interested, she went back to where my ticket order was and told the man he didnt have to worry about my order and ripped my ticket off the wall.I was hot to say the least and let the woman know I wasnt happy.The waiter for the dinning room area was mad because they prepared the wrong "bread sticks" so she then had to re-order.The cook looked in no hurry to make pizza...I saw one pizza coming out of the oven: "Looked burnt around the crust area".- The outside of the business is a mess- parking lots need re-paved- Inside carpet was dirty- tables were NOT cleaned offTHE ONLY REASON I DIDNT SCORE THIS LOWER IS YOU HAVE TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STARBUSINESS WAS A MESS... and DONNA??? (the owner)... Stop making excuses to why your business is run down, dip in your pocket book and make it right. People are getting old with it!!((( BBB will be notified ))and you wonder why Portsmouth, Ohio is the scum of the state of Ohio.

This was my "dinner" from last night. Completely raw boneless chicken wings. I will never order chicken from there again. Luckily my 6 year old son did not eat any of this before i realized it was still practically clucking! Very dissatisfied customer! Check your chicken people!
