Service was terrible. They had a full menu but no help. One guy at first w/ helper, then I think 1 or 2 showed up.
Prices are outrageous.We all know this about Pizza Hut. The atmosphere and smells are always pleasant. Restrooms are clean. One parmesan packet is extra. I would probably go back if even one employee smiled but with that price for a cold pizza off the buffet I will think twice.
Great pizza. Ours was takeout. Cant really tell about a dining experience.

45 minutes late, the order was wrong and the snot nosed little punk who answered the phone was rude argumentative insulted me and hung up me. Ive contacted Corporate and filed a dispute with visa on the purchase

I ordered my pizzas at 5p.m. At 6.30 we still didnt have our order. I drove up to the store and was told my pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour due to no delivery person. I asked why I wasnt contacted since my number was on my order when I placed it and got no answer. The man I talked to was the manager. Im very discouraged with this store and no accountability for bad customer service. I wont order food from them again. Its sad because we are a small town with not many ordering out options.
Still has some of the old items on them menu from the classic dine in days. Like sandwiches. They were understaffed and it was slow, but so is everyone in town. The staff that was there was hustling extra hard.
Had a sandwich and fries, both were good, loved the fries they were crispy and hot
This place needs to CLOSE! pizza was nasty, have to buy cheese and peppers. Waitress never came back for drink refills. One of the employees kept singing really loud and cussing up a storm. Kept asking the manager if he could go home. If you dont want to be there then find a new job. Seems like the price for two people was extremely high at almost 50.00 bucks. I have given this pizza hut several tries and it just keeps getting worse. Will never go there again. Keep your money and go to Kinsley to Ramonos, at least its good and you get service. Or go to Caseys
Ive worked at a pizza hut as a cook, server, host and manager...garbage. Id rather buy tortinos pizza than this and as far as sandwiches...again, garbage! My 5 year old could have made a better sandwich than the trash I got. Might sound harsh but for $30 for just a medium pizza and a sandwich!!!! Youd think the ingredients would be quality. Scale from 1 thru 5...negative -1, being generous here. Take your business to Caseys unless you just want to waste your money. And specifically Larned just to be specific sucks. Even Norton, ks is better
When is this place closing? Whoever runs it clearly has no idea what they are doing. Feel really bad for the employees.
Pizza was left on porch. No one knocked to let us know it was there. When we found it it was cold.
Food was good. Service was not. Could only order 1 flavor of wings for an order of 24 wings. Why? Then ordered fries and asked for ketchup and it astounded the waitress that we would ask for such a thing. Ran out of my drink and no one ever came around to refill. I got up and was refilling it and she came over basically telling me she could do it and I couldnt after I was done. I wouldnt recommend going here. Call ahead and drive through.
It was on time, the lady was friendly and the food was still steaming hot. Definitely will order again
Customer service was great. But pizza was disappointing. I asked for extra sauce on my Super Supreme. Only one slice had extra sauce-like most of it. There were no sauce, toppings, or cheese 2 inches from pizza edge. More should be spread out.
The size of the cups for the marinera sauce has shrunk which is BS for what you have the nerve to charge for them...

Ive been coming to this Pizza Hut ever since I was little and they still have the best pizza around! I got the barbecue beef pizza today and it was delicious!
I put a delivery order in with the app. The app carried through and it sat on the “out for delivery” icon for 30 minutes. I called and every person I spoke to kept forwarding my call to the manager and nobody would answer multiple times. I never received my food and I was unsuccessful trying to get the order cancelled so I wouldn’t be charged. This isn’t the first experience I’ve had like this and every time I feel taken advantage of.
We came in near closing time. The waitress and the cook were very welcoming, friendly and also good to our little one. They both came and checked on us several times. Best service we ever had. Food was good and very reasonable. Our toddler loves their chicken pasta. I highly recommend this place !
Ease of placing my order online; my order was ready for pick-up at the time I requested; the pizzas were exactly what I had ordered; and as always, the pizza was hot and delicious.

As of late there have been a lot of issues with this Pizza Hut however today everything went great!
Normally I love this store but today my taco pizza was ordered without tomatoes and add olives. After picking up my order and driving home I found it had extra tomatoes and no olives.
Cut pizza evenly, actually put toppings on it not just a few pieces here and there make sure its hot on delivery, oh biggest annoyance is the containers smelling like cigarette smoke

This time was really good pozza made great plenty of toppings and cheese. There has been other times where there was not much cheese or toppings. Amd they tend to forget the 2 liters of pop a lot
They didnt deliver my food and when i went up there they gave me a run around. The night crew sucked. They day manager and staff were kind
This was far and away my best experience, past visits have disregarded my instructions on the online form to make the pizza "well done" (I do not like soggy crusts). This time the note was followed. If they consistently do this I would switch to "strongly agree"
Food was good but service could have been better and more professional and the prices on the menu were Not the same that they charged us with when they rang it up and they did nothing about it they just overcharged us!
make my order correctly and deliver it without flipping the pizza around in the box and make sure the food is warm and not cold and soggy
I ordered using the app on my phone.When I started to order i clicked delivery, when i got to the end it said carryout and would not let me change it. I called PH and she told me she could change it, I said thank you and hung up. This was at 5:20pm. At 5:50 Pizza Hut called and asked if I had received my order. When I said no, she stated, I dont know what happened to your order or where it went, but we are going to remake it and get it to you,and you will not be charged for it. At 6:30 I called back to PH as we still had not received our order. After checking they told me it was on its way. I received my order at about 6:45 pm. The delivery guy apologized. The people I dealt with on the phone and the delivery guy were courteous and my order was free but the overall experience left me thinking I will not be ordering again anytime soon.
Never again . If you dont have enough staff to work carryout orders and work the dinning room floor then close the doors and focus on carry outs maybe deliveries . Oh and tell what staff you do still have to not ignore phone calls before the store closes !
Why is this place still in business?? Such a shame. The employees and lack of service will destroy this place. Just left and went to Perkins. Although the staff knew we were there no one would wait on us. I fully understand why your parking lot is always empty.UPDATE: Hey this wecare@.... has responded to all the reviews and wants your email to send coupons or get more information you wont get any better service from them either. Its just to make it look like they care or are looking into the issues. Clearly the are not. Dixie dont bother me with another reply on my review.
Putting workers together that you know for a fact dont get along makes for a bad work experience. It also can cause the atmosphere to feel tense along with ruining customers experience.
Ordered a big box pizza last night and asked for VERY light sauce on the pizza as I can only eat tomato sauce in small amounts. Once we finally got our food we realized we were missing an extra bread sticks and the driver said she’d be right back.Opened our box to see sauce basically dripping off the pizza, so they obviously don’t pay attention to requests. Food was also cold so that was fun. Delivery girl came back TWO hours later and by that time we were just done and informed her we just would like a refund for the breadsticks. She said nothing and left.They didn’t refund us. We called in to ask for a refund and the man seemed totally uninterested and just said they were busy last night and to call back on Monday if we didn’t receive a refund. Didn’t ask for our number or address (were calling from a different number). Is customer service just a joke here???
We ordered pizza to our hotel in larned.. one of our pizzas wasnt even cut, we had to use a pocket knife, they didnt give us paper plates or any napkins we had to cut the pizza box into plates for my kids. Probably the worst pizza hut experience Ive had.

Almost $100 worth of pizza ordered....first off have extra time for them to prepare and still sat in the drive thru to pick it up for 30 minutes. Employees gave wrong pizza out the window to us and it being opened to look at they then after gicen back as "not ours" they proceeded to give it to a customer inside getting their order. They totally missed 4 medium pizzas and a full size cheese breadstick on our order as well as a full size cheese breadstick. The pizzas were then given to us and they still gave us a half order of plain breadsticks and when told the breadsticks were wrong still only gave us another half order of plain breadsticks. We finally got aggravated enough with all the errors and missing items that we left and just took what we were given. Got home to find the pizzas were all poorly made with "bald" spots all over the pizzas. Not an apology or offer to make things right at all from employee at the window.
Worst service we have ever received. Took an hour to get our food and they werent even busy. They had 1 family dining in. When we did get our food they didnt even make our full order and then wanted us to wait another 6 minutes so they could make the rest!
Food was delicious, but very slow to get out. People were staring at the buffet, and when pizza was set out, they charged. We asked the lady in the kitchen for plates, we got a very dirty look, she got plates and slapped them down on top of the buffet tables!! Extremely rude and others rolled their eyes at her attitude!
Only because my personal pan pizza was good. But I went to the Larned, Kansas location last night. And find out today that they charged my card twice. I gave the person that took my order a $2.00 tip, but she charged me not only for the amount and tip, but charged my card a 2nd time for just the amount without the tip. So I called the store trying to explain to the manager what happened, she said " oh I need a copy of your bank statement to be able to do anything , and that they do that, hold one amount to the other clears" I said nope, that never happen to me because Im always checking my account. She said, " well there is nothing I can do, this came from my manager ". I said ok, never again, yall just lost my business, and Im call your corporate office. She just look at me like and, well I guess her body guard Mr. Slim Jim was making sure she was safe. I would say more but Im not. Just be aware, pay with cash!!!!!! This is my opinion and no one has to like it, so keep on strolling by. Thanks
If I could give no stars I would. This place is a complete joke. The manager and the staff are beyond rude. They obviously werent taught customer service, I couldnt imagine getting away with treating customers so poorly at my job. ANYWHERE would be better than eating here. They mess up our order everytime, and are constantly rude any time we ask them to fix it. Save your money and go somewhere with better service!
Servers were friendly and pizza was tasty, hot, and fresh! We ordered 3 large pizzas: chicken bacon ranch, meat lovers, and supreme. A bit pricey but overall enjoyed by all.
The manager was rude and not very nice to her employees. The salad bar didnt look that great and the pizza was always a strange combination.
Very clean restaurant and pizza was great. Did not like that you had to order at the counter and that you ate off of paper plates.
What food was on the buffet was cold and the place wasnt very busy no reason for them not to be able to keep up. Supposed to be a wing street version but there were no wings on the buffet. Service was awful and unfriendly. My daughter and I both felt really sick 30 mins after we left. Just a bad experience all the way around. I like Pizza Hut but this one was just bad.
They remodeled. Now the plates are paper. You have to get up and get your own soft drinks, salt, pepper, cheese, napkins and anything else that you need. You now order and pay for your food at the register before you are seated. I believe that they changed the sause and or the cheese on the pizzas. They didnt taste like they did before the remodel.
So I just paid 17 dollars and change for a Glorified Salad called Beef Taco Pizza 😒 With Practicaaly non Existent Beef No cheese But rather Pizza crust with beans paste and Lettuce tomatoes oninon all over basically hiding the fact there was no beef or cheese Underneath 🙁
