Pizza Hut in King County

We were visiting from Canada. The gentleman by the name of Nick provided exceptional service. The order was few mins late and he offered us free Pepsi and dipping sauces. He made sure we were satisfied. Nick is a GEM. Keep him!!

Poor service. Took an hour and 20 min to get a pizza.

This place has gone down hill bad. Food tastes awful, the "new" pasta is nasty, the breadsticks were under cooked. Having a 5 year old cook would taste better then this.

If you need cheap food in a reasonable time frame. It will be ok. Bread sticks used to he great, a double order is ten. Not sure why it is not in a box, but they crushed them into a bag that hold theoisture in so by the time they got home, they were soggy and since they double stacked them and to get them into the bag, the center was all crushed. They were not crunchy nor like a stick, very disappointing. They al a o have cleay changed how they did pan pizza which being the last time of 5 years ago was cooked in peanut oil and in the deep metal pan which gave you a crunchy thick crust. Now it is like a regular pizza crust that never got holes put in it and allowed to swell up, very disappointing. Also had ordered their Crack thin crust and it came out kinda burnt, was not great, mostly ate the topping only.If trying to feed a bunch of people then probably get regular crust pizza. They also have a thing called stuffed crust, but cannot imagine it being any good since they could not get a decent pan pizza with a crisp crust.Prices/deals that make it cheap is the only reason I can see for going to Pizza Hut.Prices are cheap,

One of my favorite pizza chains. We ordered a pepperoni with cheese stuffed crust, bacon thin crust, and pepperoni pizzas and a 2 liter soda. All good. They even gave us plates, cups and napkins. That was good cause we were conveniently across the street in the hotel.

They followed the directions I left perfectly. They even put the food off the step in front of my door, so I didn’t have it fall when I opened the door outwards. Very good food!

I dont know what happened pizza hut is getting very bad with customer service call center. They told me do not call after they take my cridet card I didnt receive any pizza. I am 7 years customer today is my last day.

The employee who delivered my pizza DROVE AND PARKED HIS CAR ON MY LAWN rather than walk the driveway. The grass is damaged and Ill be taking this matter very seriously.

The dinner box was perfect for my crew, just enough food for everyone. The food was nice and hot and ready when i walked the door to pick it up.

Every time I order I never run into an issue. Solid Hot and good. This order I just got today is great. 💪🏾

There were very few toppings on my pizza. There was an average of one onion piece per slice, which is far too little. The pizza was also under-sauced.

Called before 9:35 and still waiting… been told goodbye and hung up on me twice at this point google says open and I’m irritated. Screenshot shows 9:35 called well before taking a screenshot. It’s 9:57 and still have heard nothing… not closed not receiving calls.. nothing

We ordered a pizza with half and half topping. One side was ok other side did not have topping we requested.

The food was bland, cold, tasteless, and looked gross, and that is hard with pizza. The triple drawer box looked cute in the ads, but it was just 3 pizza boxes shoved into a separate box that had to be removed. Very disappointing. Taste was most disappointing. Improve the quality of your materials and get the items to people hot.

There was hair wrapped around my boneless chicken. I tried to call and was on hold for 27 minutes before driving back to Pizza Hut. The first person I told, went to get someone else, that person left to get a 3rd person. The 3 of them stood there trying to figure out how to do a refund. The whole time the phone was ringing. If someone had answered when I called, it could have been taken care of over the phone. Instead I had to waste my time on hold for almost half an hour and drive back up there. My family ate the pizza for dinner and I ate nothing. Terrible service, disgusting food.

This was the worse experience I have had with this Pizza Hut location. Never received my pizza and called the store twice and was told that they never received my order, which I did online. And have always ordered online with no problem until last night.

So much better than Dominos in my opinion. The cheese doesnt taste chalky or fake like some places, and the crust isnt soggy from the humidity that builds up in Dominos boxes. Last time I got three pizzas from Dominos I was so disappointed. I had to throw them away because it was so gross and the cheese had a weird texture. This store does a good job and gives a proper amount of toppings. Theyre usually pretty busy, yet quickly prepare and provide service on orders. Its usually been around a 15-20 minute wait. Not many things seem quite as good as they were in childhood anymore, but these pizzas are definitely quality enough to ignite memories of the past. Its a good choice for a classic American style pizza. The only issue is none of the pizza crusts from this store ever seem to have the crust finisher brushed on them, which they even ask you to select when ordering. The "Hut Favorite" is supposed to have a garlic butter blend with grated parmesan and Italian seasoning, and thats what I prefer. Hopefully they will start doing that again.

The pizza was cold but okay when reheated. The chicken "wings" were overly breaded chicken nuggets. The sauce on them was good when reheated but not really "chicken wings" at all. Disappointing order for our family.

For them to use gloves while making pizzas. I witnessed someone handle money then go straight to making pizzas without washing their hands or putting gloves on. Plus the locations customer service was terrible. Waited 30 extra minutes for food while everyone walked around and never bothered to ask about my order

The pizza was delicious especially the crust. Wish the ham was "Canadian style bacon" instead of strips of ham. I am sure it has to do with cost, the other style is so much tastier.

I placed my order of two large pies on a busy Saturday night and they had it ready to pickup in 15 minutes. Both pies were hot and done perfectly.

Food was great and very well prepared. Delivery was also on time with a friendly driver. Having ordered several times from this location without any issues it is easy to recommend them to anyone.

Pizza was cold, tags were broken, pizza was misshoveled...this was our first time for Pizza Hut. Plus side Husband liked more than Dominoes

It was my first Detroit style Pizza and had way too much sauce for my taste but that way my fault for not checking into Detroit style pizza first.

The service was great - the pizza not so much! We wanted to try your (I think it wasDetroit-style pizza. It was almost all dough! The dough was an inch or so thick which detracted from the whole flavor of the toppings. The toppings were sparse and, honestly, I would not recommend anyone to have this.

I ordered 2 orders of 6 wings and 1 of the orders only had 5 wings. I guess Im used to food places not giving an f about the quality of their food, why would I be surprised that it extends to Pizza Hut.

This store has disappointed me three times in a row now. I used to love the pizza hut on 145th in Shoreline they were great and made good pizza. This store has made terrible food, made mistakes with the sauce, cut our pizza in a way it looked like a 5 year old cut it, and given us the wrong type of wings. I am really disappointed in this pizza hut.

Second time ordering from here, and the food has the same problem: they did not put the finisher on the crust that was ordered and missed a significant portion of the breadsticks with cheese and topping, resulting in a lot of dry bread. Its pretty clear that its being made quickly with little attention to the result. I dont have time to get new food or a refund, but I cant come back with expectation of getting the food that I paid for.

Taste and experience that and it’s been quite while since I’ve had Pizza Hut! Edmonds’s location rocks and with quality. Good people there.

I was waiting for my order 1 hour and 7 minutes. Finally I had to cancel my order because my kids were screaming in the car. Power has been out for 2 days in certain areas of Washington State. Edmonds Washington. Highway 99 Pizza Hut.

My pizza was not what I ordered. I took a picture of it and rechecked what I had ordered and it was completely wrong. Had black olives and pepperoni which I would never order because I dislike them immensely. Asked for light on the sauce and had way too much of it. Pizza Hut has been the only pizza I would order but now I am very disappointed. Tried calling the store and had to listen to over 5 minutes to a recording about hiring before I got disgusted and hung up. I usually try to make the best of things but this was so disappointing.

They messed up my order. Even after confirmation when I clearly stated what I wanted, they gave me something completely different. They dont deliver to my house so I had to drive there. Next time Ill check before leaving to make sure everything is correct.

i ordered a pizza with stuffed crust but i did not receive stuffed crust. pizza was also bland and unappetizing. i wont be ordering here again.

For the most part great for a Pizza Hut, getting annoyed that this place DOES NOT prep enough stuffed crust. I can not count the amount of times that I wanted to get pizza here but went somewhere else cause well to say it simply youre doing something WRONG if you cant keep up on your product demand.If the owner sees this seriously Im probably not the only one deciding to go somewhere else instead cause you cant keep a stuff crust passed 10pm.

Pizza was not good. I live.in Oregon and am in Shoreline.visiting.our son. I order pizza hut in Eugene Or all the time. But after this experience will look elsewhere for my weekly pizza order.

Become consistent every pizza i have ordered in the past month has gotten worse and worse. I got a large pepperoni lovers last night it had 12 pieces of pepperoni on it.

Just ordered this with uber eats. It has the wide grabbable crust, has a nice flavor and isnt bland. The crust has a nice garlic taste. It costs money but its a well seasoned pizza all the way through.Ive attached a before and after picture as well. I ate like four pieces because its super tasty! Cant believe there arent more franchise locations. Way more flavorful than Dominos and at around the same price.Youre doing a good job. Keep it up with this great tasting food.

The new Detroit Pepperoni Pizza lacks pepperoni. Sauce and bread, yes lots of that.The Pepperoni is paper thin and cant taste it.They were kind in giving a refund but will tell them next time to pile it on or Ill be calling. Good crust and too sweet of sauce but Im good with it.

45 min wait for curbside pick up, went in twice to see about my order and nobody seemed to know what the status was. Order was not complete, cheese sticks were hard, only got half a cup of sauce for two orders of sticks. Had to call and demand a refund. We will stick with Dominos.

Slowest Pizza Hut ever what is the point of curbside no contact pickup if you keep having to enter the Pizza Hut to ask when your order is going to be done. They do not PRIORITIZE the curbside pickup in or carry out instead they prioriti delivery and dont end up bringing your food out on time. Weve been waiting here since 4:30 it is now 5:10 they still do not have my curbside pickup which was one pizza in a 6 piece wing when my we went in to ask them what was going on all they could say is "its not done yet", justrude inconsiderate.

We ordered delivery tonight. It wasnt until after I placed the order that I realized that the delivery time was over 2 hours. A bit frustrating but when our food arrived, it was piping hot, tasted fantastic and they actually came to the right side of the house. Impressed.

The food is decent. The main issue is, it appears their ordering system or delivery service goes in and out of service so often as to not know when you can actually get orders placed and delivered.Throw in that ALL WA Pizza Hut are owned by one guy, they do not support the national promotions AND charge $5 for delivery. If I wanted to spend $5 for delivery I would honestly order other food, through 3rd party delivery services.

I don’t understand why people rated low stars!!! THIS is the PERFECT after drinking pizza ever!! It was delivered in 20 minutes and was piping hot! This is A Friday night at 12:55 AM! You complainers should make your own pizza! It was everything i was expecting, low star snobs. Come on! It’s Pizza Hut!! Spoiled American complainers! :(

The last couple times Ive ordered pizza here it has only been about halfway baked and I need to put it in my oven for another 5-10 minutes. And if Im going to have to bake it myself whats the point in ordering pizza and paying 30-40 bucks a pop? They have given us $40 credit on our account and remade pizzas for us but it just is not worth it to go through this every time

Ive stopped getting deliveries from this Pizza Hut. My family and I rather get carry out from the Pizza Hut on 196th. Too many times have they gotten our order wrong or theyve have been over an hour late on simple deliveries. Also they keep hanging up on customers whenever they call. Such a shame as we had been using this Pizza Hut for years but theyve gone down hill. This place needs new management.

The cashier lacked a professional tone and came off rather rude and made me feel like I was stupid for asking a clarifying question. Not only that, they gave me something I didnt ask for (third time in a row coming to this Pizza Huthaving to go back and get the right order gets old. Especially when its simple.

I like the website, except that it is hard to see the true price without adding it to your cart and finding out. About this specific location, they get the orders wrong sometimes. They also dont take very good care of the delivery sometimes and it gets slid to the side of the boxes.So I called the other day and the manager made me feel like a total butt for reporting that they got one personal pan pizza completely wrong. He testily offered a $4 credit. I know they were busy and so that was fine. But speaking of trying to call them, the first time, it rang out on three successive calls. So I have pretty low confidence of being able to get ahold of these folks.Still here I am hoping the pizza gets here soon. I guess Im a pizza addict.
