Planet Fitness in Greenup County

Just started going back again. Its a very clean environment and you feel welcomed, not judged. They have tons of equipment and a great app to help you navigate the machines.

I pay for planet fitness because it fits my schedule being a 24 hour gym.unfortunately the only time I get to go is late at night and for some reason the new Boston Ohio planet fitness is not 24 hours, so I’m definitely not getting what I pay for.

Kept clean and Sanitized. Love the staff really friendly and professional.

I love PF mostly for the staff they are wonderful!Thw building manager however needs to get it together! There are buckets all over the floors catching dripping water.Thats a bit ridiculous its constantly.

Ashley is very professional, always on top of equipment repairs, constantly cleaning. Would make a great manager, if not here then someone should recruit her someplace else in the area. Still #8 TV is not on the correct channel.

Great gym only down side is their hours on the weekends 7pm is way to early to close

Love planet fitness its very clean and always able to go workout without being over crowded and they have a lot of great equipment to use helps me to get in a great workout I love this place and will continue to go here regularly

A lot of children at risk of injury as they are improperly using the machines w/o supervision.

Coming in consistently since I was 16, and Zach has been there since day 1, and he has always had a smile and made the experience of working out so much better! I don’t know what gets someone a raise or promotion here, but this man is doing it right!

Look Ive been to other planet fitnesss and Im not if its the location but this one is super nice in comparison. My only big complaint is I have a black card and I swear the hydro lounge is always broken. 💔

First time going was this morning as a guest,, it was awesome!! Loved everything I tried was there almost 2 hours 😁

Love the atmosphere and workout I can achieve. Do wish they had more than 1 glute machine, but still a great place to train.

Good bang-for-the-buck, pretty sure youll want the black membership! The massage tables are supreme!!! Worth three times the monthly cost if they had nothing but the massage table!

Please dust the stalls. Remove sign for male worker in locker room when no one is in there.

This is a fun place to exercise. I take my own wipes and sanitize the machines I use.

The massage chairs are coin operated... But the hydro therapy chairs... I could live in one!!!

Fun and friendly but I cant even workout on the weekends now because times changed. Thinking about switching to different gym for that reason

Its an awesome place to excersise with any type of equipment to use for each particular muscle.... I love planet fitness n its membership quality it also has tanning beds & message chairs, amazing especially if youre a black card member.

24 hour gym what more could you ask for.100% it the best gym on the market

Like it. Its well kept. Employees are nice. Difficult during high peak times to get a machine, but its due to covid "social fitnessing" so understandable.

I would 5 star if they would update their equipment. I’ve been to so many other planet fitnesses in different areas and all have new equipment - including massage chairs. The massage chairs here are a waste of time to even try to use

Great facility. Flawlessly clean and helpful staff. Visiting from out of town and they gave me a great place to workout.

The staff is friendly the facilities are clean and everything seems to be in working condition. Enjoy going there several days a week.

Awesome workout since I hadnt worked out for 5 weeks.

Ive been to PF for a few weeks and theyre one hell of a team, as for the people saying, "its not a real gym" ... Are you sure you arent trying to find a excuse to stop losing weight ? Because, going after a business and good staff isnt the way.

Fairly empty since they re opened from COVID, which is fine with me. Have the equipment spread out for social distancing, and this works just fine. Good to be back!

The gym is clean and most of the staff is friendly. However, last evening at 7:00, the female worker at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional, and careless with her customer service. We had a few simple questions and she cut us off several times and was very snarky in her remarks.

Convenient gym I visited in my travels. Would give it 5 stars but lack of free weights or any water based exercise makes it an incomplete gym in my opinion. Easy access to all the equipment with no waiting (in the evening).

Best PF I’ve been to even after moving back to the east coast. The staff is great, the gym is organized, and clean.

Great place, no judgement, everything youd expect is not what youre expecting. The black card membership is worth it. Great Trainor also.

A lot of space. It isnt crowded. But bring your own water. The water in the fountain is pretty nasty.

SO, I did stop by after a review from the Owner of my review... Justin is a good tour guide. Clean and comfortable place, plenty of equipment, helpful staff, & its beside Tractor Supply.

I have never visited planet fitness... I go to a real gym.Yeah, you DO judge... Thats why I go to a REAL gym and not your purple pansy millenial zero testosterone play time pretend gym... judge that.

Unfortunately I’ve had a bad start before even going to the gym. My husband and I have been consistently going to another local gym for 15+ years. We were interested in trying Planet Fitness just to see what the buzz is about. I called the gym to ask questions about a day pass. A gentleman (I use the term looselyanswered the phone. “Planet Fitness... this is _____ how can I help you” I asked “how are you”... silence.... I said “I have a couple questions” He hung up! I called back. He answered “hello” I said “I think we were disconnected” he said “yeah” I said “okay.... I have a couple questions” he said “yeah” I asked how much for a day pass “he said $20, but you can come as a guest” I said “is that free?” He said “no, you’re a guest” I said “thank you”I don’t believe I’ll be a “guest” or whatever anytime soon... I’ve never been called a guest yet felt so unwelcome in my life.

I love this place, I can get a workout here, a tan and relax in a massage chair. This place is amazing.

Taken money from a disabled veteran wifes account and refused to refund. As a veteran I expected to be treated with respect. I was not. They ripped my wife account twice in one month.

I love this gym! The staff is always friendly and all smiles. It is definitely a judgement free zone as advertised. Wonderful variety of equipment too.
