I took my Grandma here for a perm and a trim. My Grandma is very particular about her hair. Misty was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate it more than u know. No I do not hate this place I was very disappointed in their prices the way they took 20% off of the original price and the merchandise that was very not well at all disappointed but I dont hate it
