Plaza Restaurant in Dimapur

The service is too disappointing didnt expect i came here for the 3rd time and its the worst experience. There was a small insect in the sauce. Sorry not gonna come here again 🙂Edit: I wrote the review while having my food but boy this service was so bad like while giving my bill they were like ‘done? go now’ not even a thank you or something. The staff should be kinder only one of them was goodIts like they wanted us out of the restro asapUsed to be one of my fav restro but not anymore

These restaurant is one of the oldest restro in dimapur hence had a special place growing up there, but now no more because one of its waiter or manager not sure cause he was serving and sitting at the counter too..has poured such ill treatment that i didnt experienced this anywhere in dmp, he literally threw the receipt at the table, making quick movements with the plates and bills as if he wants to kick us out ASAP. Never going back again

The food might be good but L waiters and L servicing. Ignorant and has too much ego

Had to wait almost an hour for the food and found a cockroach while eating although the two stars are for the prawn curry which was absolutely delicious!

It was 8pm and some of our guest came late instead of offering water the server was in rush to close down and was informing all my guest that it will be the last order. I told the server give me five minutes but he said sorry. Very disappointed

The food is decent.4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food.1 ⭐ for Servers.Naans were soft and fluffy, better than expected.The menu quality has become better. I think they have changed the chef.The servicing people are Ok but the servicing has to be improved a lot.A request for green/mint chutney is refused.Saying, its not available.No extra efforts are taken.Crispy chilly potato was not available though its in the menu and its its very common dish.The behavior in service industry in Dimapur is in extremes.Either very very good or hopelessly bad.They are quick to say no to requests and not apologetic in anyway.They are not a government "Babus" 🙄Such callous behavior is without any consequences and its a sad reality.The good work done by "Chef" is spoiled by the "Servers"

The fooding experience was good but because of the attitudes of rude waiters out there and the way of receiving customer 😕.... With such aggressive expression made me feel like never stepping my foot on this restaurant. Yes,the waiters serves and so they get paid but the waiters out there were so impolite that ......... Ugh!! No words left to express.. it literally feels like were being humiliating 😕😕Focus on the waiters💯 or else the fooding, place, hygienic environment was great.

People staying in dimapur usually call this place plaza restaurant. The food was okay. The noodles was too dry for my liking. We ordered grilled fish and what we got you can see in the pics..but it was okay. We are not fussy about food. We enjoyed the whole experience 😁

It’s a descent restaurant with great service. I really loved the chicken manchurian but the taste is changed since this past few years. Overall it’s hygiene and pretty good for dining with family and friends.

The place is in the centre of the town, little congested but interior is good and about food, I dont like the chicken curry but you try chicken tikka masala and I enjoyed baby corn it was crispy and the taste was good....

Plaza is one of the most well known/visited place in Dimapur because of its awesome quality in cakes and also now for their excellent taste in North Indian dishes, the restaurant is small but nevertheless very classy . Its a good place to spend quality time with your friends and family.

The food is very tasty and all the interior environment. Extremely polite and friendly behavior. 👍

Chef are professionally familiar with the taste of Dimapur netizens and most likely to have different menus and preference foods available on time for tourists from outside and the location is in prime spot, exactly where it should be in Dimapur.

Since 2012, i have never been here coz we have shifted...I thank every staff of the restaurant for making my sundays so special..It was kind of family restaurant for us as we would jump into the corner table almost every sundays.. We were so regular that the staffs knew what were we going to order..The "paneer pakora" ,being our favourite starter, was usually ordered atleast 4-5 plates for 10 members ..I literally miss that place. No other restaurant here in Kolkata can be better then that ..I cry whenever I miss that place..THANKYOU PLAZA..

One of the last good old joints of Dimapur. The place is redecorated but their food quality remains the same.. In short they serve good food in their restaurant (along with some new items in the menuand their bakery is well stocked.

A go to place for family time with delicious foods ....

Its serves worlds most expensive chicken biriyani,hahahha imagine the chicken biriyani is nearly 300 rupee, i dont know why they charge so much orelse its one of the best family restaurant in dimapur

Very old restaurant, I remember it since when I was a kid and I have entered only few times but the food is not bad..

This is the worst restaurant I had ever saw in my life... Worst service... Worst waiter ....my experience in this restaurant is horrible n dont know why the waiter is looking at us n laughing we order our food n the waiters like we are hassaing by ordering them they are giving excuses .is it the behavior towards the customers ...very disappointed by plazza resturant in dimapur... Sry to say bt I dont like to visit again.

Food is good...most important they have maintained the hygiene of the place

Sweets were not even close to roadside hotel.made sweets. Salted Biscuits were too salty and sweet biscuits were too sweet. But I love their bread.

Well maintained,nice and cozy ++ service is really good,i love those stewards,(specially an older Steward he was soo friendly,love his personalitygood for gathering and food is good

Plaza restaurant is one of the oldest in dimapur town.quality of different product ranging from sweets to bakery items are very good but a bit expensive.

Takes too long to bring up the orders.Took about 30 minutes to bring my order and brought it wrong.Had to wait for about an hour to have my order. Nice going!

Food is really delicious but service takes way long time , might die of starvation .And important note : Students in uniform are not allowed 😰

One of the most decent family restaurants in dimapur.... With good ambience and located at the heart of the city...... Pricing is very reasonable with good staffs and the food is also very good...... Indian food is a must try at this restaurant.......

Served spoiled mushroom in mixed chow and caused food poisoning to a dear one. Its not that they are serving those everytime. But it was such a bad experience. Because of some lack of carefulness,someone had to be in hospital bed for some days. I just wish, in days to come, the restaurent be more careful with this kind of things specially when it comes to mushrooms. People might even die because of it. And i am sure the ones who run the restaurent cannot take the risk of that. Apart from that, Im sure its a good place to visit.

This place was okay because this restaurant can easily gives a great satisfaction to its customer.

Worst service, only two waiter serving 7 tables. No one to welcome or speak to the guest. Sitted for 30 minutes but non of them turn up. Then left the table, even than no one turn up. I think this the worst restaurant in Dimapur I had ever visited. They have the old fame but no service at all

The garlic naan was a little too oily and the butter chicken definitely spicy, though not unpalatably so. The chicken biryani, on the other hand, was delicious, if a little disproportionately portioned for the price. The tables were spacious and the service prompt.

Food is really good. But the service is a bit slow but overall great experience for me. Ive been there thrice and enjoyed everytime.

This restaurant is located inside the Dimapur main town and it is situated in a very busy area. From outside it looks bad but once you enter inside it looks amazing. It has got a trendy and chic decor.I ordered Butter chicken [Rs.250], Garlic Naan [Rs.60] and 03 pieces plain chapathi [Rs.15 each] and the food was delicious. The service was also nice.

It is one of the oldest Restaurant of the city and has very goodwill in the market but the taste of the food is slightly going off.

One of my favorite restaurant in dmp.. The food is superb n the service is good i love mixed fried rice with chicken chilly...ummmm
