I enjoyed visiting my friends ut was really clean place to live

It’s a great place to live, beautiful color scene, maintenance upkeep is excellent, the office crew are nice and friendly. Good place for a small family and a quiet place for the elderly. They have a park area for the kids as well.

I have people I see there and the upstairs neighbors have kids jumping all day until late night it so noisy they cant hear their t.v it has suppose to have been reported to manager but it still happens every day

Office staff can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of, but if you press 2 or 3 when you cant reach the Monett office and let them know youre trying to get a hold of them, they will send the people at Monett an email with your info. They are very prompt about giving you a call back asap. Apartments are extremely spacious and clean, application process is simple and the lady explains anything you have questions about.

The apartments are nice, but the office staff is very unprofessional, uncoordinated, and extremely difficult to reach.
