PNC Bank in Sussex County

Stoped at the bank to open account. 3 people at the branch do absolutely nothing, but using cell phones and talking…. Told me I need an appointment for that. He suggested that I come back the next morning.

Ashley was amazing actually remember that I was on my way driving a half an hour to cash my payroll check. She actually kept the teller window open until five after seven to make sure that I got in there on time nobody else would’ve done that. Absolutely perfect customer service Ashley gets 10 stars out of 10 I would get 15 if I could.

We came to solve some problems. Stood in line for about 20 minutes. When it was our turn, the employee Kim helped to solve two problems. When a line of other American visitors appeared behind us, he told us to wait. I thought it was because were not American. But our business is just as important to us. After waiting another 15 minutes we left

Ed is the best. So kind and helpful!

The staff is great! Everyone there is always laughing and in a good mood. Ed is hilarious...he really brings a smile to my face every time I visit this branch. I love the convenience and that they are open later than a regular branch.
