The WORST customer service. 1200 cash deposit didnt go in my CHILDS account whos now in Flordia being HUNG UP on because she was upset and "yelling" What are they giving out worst bank in the world awards this year at the FDIC?

This PNC Bank is far the Best bank, I have ever dealt with. The staff are great and extremely courtesy to all customers. I live in Lewes but chose this Branch in Rehoboth Beach for all my banking issues. What makes this Bank is the Manager Jason Joseph. He is willing to help me with my banking needs all the time. Try banking at this Branch and be Happy. AJM

Worst customer service. Completely rude. When Brian the manager came to speak to us, the teller had already told him our issue, and he spent about 10 seconds telling us no, didnt ask us any questions, and turned around and left. Well be leaving PNC.
