Worst Popeyes ever never have anything they advertise ignorant and rude people working there the food they do have is always cold or overcook.

Yes got to order cool cant pay cash thats on American why do they have a cash register if you cant pay cash So they lost my business

Big joke. Popeyes is getting a bad reputation from this location. Bad food. Chicken was dried up half coated mess. Bad attitude from the punk behind the counter.

My first and last Popeyes experience.Person who took our order was surly, disinterested and acted like he didnt want to be there.When we commented on his behavior he said," Im just doing my job.".No he was not.

Update the business hours, and save people the unnecessary waste of time. Or just say its 11:00 pm "pacific time".

Told me they didnt have enough chicken tenders to give me 3 5 piece meals. Told me the cook wasnt there! When you run a restaurant that sells chicken, you should have chicken! Especially when they only serve tenders and bone in!Its also dirty and staffed by unenthusiastic teenagers, spend your money elsewhere until this place cleans up its act.

Disgusting place! The chicken had feathers, feathers!! Absolutely no quality control ! Plus is the first time in my live that I see a chicken with neck included (picture attached for all the fans), service was a -10, employees made everyone wait around 10 mins until they stopped chatting in the back. Do not eat here! I don’t even think is safe! Health Department is time to give them a visit !

This place suck very bad truck driver here try to get a hot meal walk up as for what I wanted told then was told they are out of frys. I ask can you make some no they are out if frys all together. Then I try to pay will cash and they only take cards. Will never stop here agine and the staff working do not know how to talk yo customer at all you all need to close or get new staff that want to work.

Stopped here and have had Popeyes several times down south. But for 15.00 3 peice meal was ripped off. I asked for legs and wing got 3 small wings a biscuit and beans. No drink after waiting for the young men to finish their conversation to assist me.

Not worth a star… terrible service, amateur manager, and absurd customer service. @popeyes should close down this location

Was closed at 10:16pm. Why would you close on the turnpike???? Let alone an hour early….

Tons of chicken sitting out on their "warming trays" but no staff in sight. Chatted some gentlemen that were standing nearby waiting and they said the computers were down and no orders could be taken.....no staff or signs to communicate that. Went next door to Sabarros, waited for some pizza to come out of oven and get cut and still no staff had shown face. The place was packed and no communication was occurring.

1 Star so I could leave a review, n what a disappointment over all. The entire establishment was n need of tlc/daily cleaning. Along with Popeyes waited over half hour n asked 3 times for a cashier to take order & no show. So I went over to pizza place to put my order n which was very limited & told no cash n had left my wallet n semi on other end if parking lot, said should put a sign up stating cc only. Very disappointing & frustrating n just wanted a quick warm meal after being up 14hrs trucking/loading ect. Wont be back again.

Ordered 2 pc dark meat meal, received 2 white pieces. Also ordered 3 pc dark meat meal, received 2 white pieces and was shorted one piece. Chicken was cold, fries were soggy and cold, biscuit was warm but dry and they didnt have any butter or honey. Also didnt have any coleslaw, mashed potatoes, salt, or napkins. One self-serve drink station was closed, the other didnt have any ice and the tea and soda were warm. No lids for drinks, and no straws.

Service is extremely poor and slow, recommend hiring an entire different crew who wants to work. Also they cant count to 5, got 4 tenders instead of 5.

Terribly understaffed, menu screens were off, only side available was fries. Staff was very nice, specially since they are working under such stress! Food was freshly made.

Overp priced and the combos dont include drinks. Dont read the menus, theyre all wrong. Wait until the next stop for food.

Payed 29. Dollars for a five piece tender with a biscuit and a side and a three piece chicken with a biscuit and a side no drinks . Thats 29. Dollars better spent somewhere else .

They would probably do better if they sold food. Had just a few pieces of spicy chicken left, told us they were closing soon, hours before the posted end of day.

This goes for the whole service plaza. It SUCKKKKKS. I NEVER write reviews but this dump hm. Listen plz don’t come here expecting the great. Starbucks is probably the only perk here . The rest , TRASHHHH

Why even have hours if it closes 2 hours early. Come on. Nothing like driving for hours trying to maintain a schedule for stops only to stop at a place that says they are open only to resort to gas station junk. Absolute garbage.

Paid and then told it didnt go through even though it said approved on my end. Worker didnt listen to order and had to repeat...repeat....repeat. One board of options and a sign saying prices were different but no further information. No salt. I get supply and staffing issues but this was something that could be taken care of at store level. Go buy some salt.

No tenders not cooking anything new and they got some random looking person behind the registrar handling the food without hygiene practices in mind.

Amazing!!! Before it used to close at 9pm now they are open from 8am to 6amBasically 24hrs.They added 3rd shift couple weeks ago

Stood in line over 20 minutes placed my order was then told they didnt even have a cash drawer to open they were late opening 12:15 or more an kid working in the back no hairnet or a hat it was the Popeyes st the service plaza west bound side .used to be our favorite chicken place we wont go back to a Popeyes again

Great chicken. Did not like the biscuits. They were hard and the mashed potatoes and grAvy did not go over well with the family. Maybe we will try different sides next time.

The tenders I ordered were supposed to be spicy. Not only were they not spicy but they were very cold almost like they were just taken out of the refrigerator. Also the soda was so hot that it melted in entire cup of ice before I walked out to the truck. I wont eat here again let alone spend $15 on cold food thats supposed to be hot

They were very nice and gave us everything we wanted. The food is delicious!!! Though keep in mind that the food takes a bit too cook, if you want something faster go to Sbarro or Starbucks. :)

The spicy chicken I had was definitely a few hours old. It didnt even taste good anymore. But then again what can you expect from a rest stop fast food.

Ordered at about 5:30pm they told me that it would be a while for the chicken, I said ok am here for the night so after about 1 hour I asked them about my order they told me that they lost it or gave it somebody else, it was going to be a few more minutes for the chicken ok, after 1 hour and 45 minutes I asked to speak to the manager he gave me my money back and the food for free, sounds good now I have eaten at many Popeyes and this chicken was the worst I have ever had at a Popeyes . I will not be stopping in here again.

Terrible experience there. People cooking and serving food with masks pulled off their noses. No gloves on anyone. I ordered fish and agreed to the extra 4 minutes wait. Then, I watched a careless cook scoot the tray of food at the person packing the meal so fast that it went flying and my meal landed on the floor. I then had to wait for the entire meal to be remade. When we finally got our meal and were on the road, we realized they didnt pack any of our sides and forgot condiments and everything. Just disappointing overall.

Nice older vet working the cash register, but as of today 5/26/2020 they do not have any ketchup or dipping sauce. No sign to tell you until you ask for sauce. When I asked for ketchup they gave me strawberry jam thinking I would’nt realize. How are you gonna sell tenders without sauce?

About 30 more minutes they say...edit 10:33, kiosk says it will take orders at 10:30 it does not, lady at the counter "Ill take your order" ok great Ill take some chicken tenders, "oh those wont be ready for 7 more minutes, ok you dont deserve my patronage, goodbye

I stopped at 330pm on November 22 at the westbound popeyes location - the service was phenomenal. The young lady behind the counter (sorry to say I didnt catch her namewas all about customer service and very friendly. Carl made the food promptly and correctly. The only downside was the location didnt have the chicken sandwich - but the interaction made up for it completely, in fact the young lady was the only reason I didnt immediately head to Sbarro.

Well I was disappointed. The sandwich is not the greatest since popcorn! It has whatever the sauce was I had a bit of it the size of a nickel 1pickle . The piece of chicken was popeyes usual good coating. I would not stand in line even 10 min for another, and lawsuits, are you kidding me?

I mustve shown up on the right day, my experience was exactly the opposite of the other reviews. Service was fast and very friendly, and the food was fresh!

EMERGENCY NOTICE!! Please address ASAP!!!The Americans with Disabilities Association needs to be made aware of the handicapped people being worked at this Popeyes chicken...without proper care or help!Literally ordered my food from a gentleman (Drew, bless his heartwho can’t count. He can’t read. And when told to give me the entree, he just rang in the meal.After waiting 15 minutes for my meal: the handicapped woman who was left unattended to cook the food...contacts me to tell me that they don’t have the ingredients to make my order.This is just unacceptable! These people are people too!!I can’t believe Popeyes chicken would treat the disabled this way!

Terrible place. Placed my order just before 8 they close at 830. Was told it would. Be a little bit to make chicken. I said fine I get out to my truck 20 minutes later I have nothing but wings and a thigh. I paid over 20$ for an 8 PC meal... I got less than 10$ in chicken. Nothing but laziness. The older gentleman from the convience kiosk did offer me a refund... I need food after 14 hours not a lazy kid wanting to be gone by 835. NO manager in sight!!! The two kids there need supervision.

You need to fire everybody that claims they work here, they dont. I have never written a review before, but this was the slowest service I have ever seen. The staff did their best to let us know, they didnt care how long it took for us to get our food. After waiting 15 minutes for our order, and questioning where our order was, they discovered we had ordered fries, so we waited again. Everyone waiting for their orders was not happy with the service, it wasnt just us. Corporate needs a new manager at this location, they need to fire everyone and start over. They have the lazy bug here.

Waited 30 minutes for a two piece dark meat dinner. Then found out they didnt have any dark meat, and didnt cook some when I ordered. I requested a refund, staff couldnt find their manager, waited 10 minutes for her to appear. She had the nerve to ask me, "How are you doing?" I let her know exactly how I was doing in a very professional manner, worst experience ever!To make matters worse this was November 24, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We had come from Maryland and six hours later on the Ohio Turnpike ended up at Popeys. The experience was worst than traveling on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in a downpour.There where so many tired, hungry travelers waiting for food from the Middle Ridge Travel Plaza Popeys. Truly unacceptable management, young teenage staffer had to say," I am sorry for your experience," while the manager never expressed her concern for what had happened.Order time on ticket 557, Nov24 18 6:51PM refund 7:35PM. If you are reading this I know your question is why did I wait so long? I had started feeling sick after the order, so I gave my ticket to my 10 year old granddaughter. Corriana and her mom and seven year old sister were the ones waiting for my order. Corriana suggested to her mother lets just ask for a refund, but there was concern that I wouldnt have anything to eat. Not until I had to walk back into the plaza did the refund take place.Yes, I called the customer service hotline, the gentleman on the phone said, " I just take the calls for the company, I cant do anything about what you experienced."No, I dont want Popeys to send me a coupon for my bad experience, I want them to fix the unacceptable customer service in every establishment they own, and clean up your stories. Where is the Health Department when we need them?Okay I am finally done, but never again will I buy anything from Popeyes!

Utterly incapable of handling peak hours. First, they had no spicy chicken for meals. Second, for the tenders, they did have dipping sauce, but did not inform me of this at all and gave me no sauce. Third, the total wait was something like 20 minutes, which is absurdly long for a rest stop. Fourth, I was not the only customer they messed up the order with.Maybe if youre the only one in line its worth it. Otherwise, dont bother.

No regular chicken. Spicy chicken only. How long for regular chicken? There’re frozen. How long? No answer.No napkins. Tables are dirty. GROSS! I wish I had read the other reviews before I ate here. They got my order wrong which wouldnt have been a big deal except the the chicken I was given was disgusting.. totally inedible! It tasted like it had been cooked 6 hours prior and was so dry and chewy I couldnt even finish it. Not that there was more than a few bites of meat on it anyway. There was about four times as much hard greasy breading as there was meat. And I have eaten at Popeyes a hundred times, so I was expecting it to be pretty greasy. The biscuit also tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The bottom part was decent, but the top half was hard and also inedible. I get it, you dont have to care about people getting the wrong order when youre on the freeway and you know no one is going to drive 50 miles out of their way to come and get the correct order, but come on guys, put in more than 5% effort please. This is the worst Popeyes by far that I have ever been to. I would have given them negative Stars if that was possible.

Had a order that went wrong. Enjoy Popeyes chicken, strips, beans and rice, the mashed potato gravy. Had an issue recently at the west bound toll road restaurant couple weeks ago. Called and spoke to manager Will he listened to my rare complaint and decided to resolve the problem quickly and make it right. I have to say he went above and beyond to see to it I went away a very happy customer. What a good manager and he knows Ill continue to visit "his" store often. Thanks William!

Waited over 10 minutes to be waited on while 2 employees looked at us Then they were out of menu items. Had to wait an additional 8 minutes to get the food service was so slow. Got a big order and had to ask for bag show the employee working where the bags were. Felt bad for the gentleman who was waiting before us he was there for over 15 minutes before been waited on. If there would be negative stars they would get it. Will never eat there again

I am in totally shock at this restaurant!! It should not have the Popeyes brand name on it. Good $ was wasted on this meal. The chicken was greasy w/No spices in it. The cajun/dirty rice was almost plain. We just threw it all away. Being truck drivers we stop every time there is a Popeyes in any state but this one is a disgrace to the name. If we could, we wouldve turned around and demanded our $ back!!! My advice:Dont eat here!!!!!!!😠😠😠

Food was made fresh, chicken tenders nice and crispy! Dont believe the negative reviews, they serve hundreds of people per day and a few got their order messed up. Bid deal.

Had to throw away my food. Chicken was cooked. I also received the wrong order twice. My friends order was incorrect as well. Workers are pretty much incompetent. Unable to complete basic tasks.

Wish I could give no stars. They had no chicken after we ordered it. 1 employee was at Starbucks talking to girls, another was standing next to cashier talking to him, cashier walked off when he didnt know how to void transaction, girl had on gloves while she was fixing male employees collar, 2 guys went to fix sides but were talking more than fixing customers food. Completely no customer service skills! So glad I dont have to come here again! When we did get our food it was wrong! Please watch the tapes if they work better than your employees. 11/2 @ 8:20p
