Always gets back to me no matter how busy they are and michelle is truly caring and takes the time she needs with you.

You know, when theres one single negative review amongst all the positives, you know somethings probably up with the reviewer.....but as I wait for paperwork from this very doctors office (in the parking lot, where they are accommodating me last minute I should add), I dont have to weigh in. We have a family of 8, all who are under the care of Michele Doyle. She has been wonderful, accommodating, and has shot this covid pandemic perfectly.....with care and reason. We have an immuno-compromised household member, and when I read the (onlynegative review from the obviously entitled and reckless patient.....it did nothing but remind me of how lucky we are to have a physician who will protect her patients and accommodate those with special needs. If every medical professional followed her lead..... wed be in a better place today.The Ferrara Family

Extremely unprofessional.Michelle is so obsessively paranoid about Covid that she threw my entire family out of the practice just because my daughter a headache.My daughter had just been diagnosed with a sinus infection by another doctor (Michelle had missed it repeatedlyand the school said that because she had a headache, which is a symptom of Covid, she had to have a test or get a letter from a doctor stating that she didn’t have the symptoms of Covid (which can be done over telle-health).I tried to make an appointment for myself for the following week, giving us enough time to have a Covid test done, I was told none of my family can come there because “someone at home has Covid”.I explained again that she just has a headache and that I wanted to make an appointment for NEXT WEEK but I was told to go to Crystal Run. The secretarye complained that I had been in the office that morning (as though I should have stayed home just because my daughter had a headacheand told me to go to Crystal Run.The next day I received a certified letter, stating that my entire family was dismissed from the practice, no reason was given. Every time I called to ask about the letter it the office staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said someone would call me back but no one ever did.

I completely recommend Michelle Doyle as your or your child’s physician ... both my teenage sons and I go to her and can only sing her praises .. also any emergency I or my boys have had she has accommodated us instantly... Michelle is just fantastic. 👍☘️

Left my previous primary Physician after years at Crystal Run. So glad to have found this office. Had a very thorough Exam. Welcomed me and it was a great experience. Thankfully she reminded me to update my tetanus...which she did. Michelle is delightful !! Wonderful way to start the New Year !!

Michele is an extremely kind and professional provider. Her bedside manner is unmatched and she has been my primary provider for over 10 years and is extremely knowable. I recommend her to everybody. She responds to messages very quickly. Her office is clean and her staff is always pleasant to interact with.

Michelle is amazing. She is not only great with kids but with adults as well. Michelle is always available to answer my questions and concerns promptly.
