Called to ask how combine multiple accounts into one payment online. Lady was very helpful and walked me through the steps. Really appreciated it!

We are New residents of Porter County, went to the counter and made a payment and spoke to a blond girl named Michelle. I said "Hello how are you and Id like to make a payment" she was not friendly or responded at all, she was smug and sterile and just asked for the money and address gave me a receipt and walked away. Left me feeling I was such a bother to her. Does no one smile in this building? Sorry my thousands of dollars inconveniences you.

Hello, I called this morning to ask a question about a bill that was under $50 usd and on the website said that there is no Exemptions.  I wanted to clarify and a Lady with really bad attitude answer to me. Patiently, I ask her to help me look the information online. She Repeated to me that the info was online. I told her need clarification on the bill that I was looking online and she cannot help and hang up on me. There should be not people who are not meant to be in customer service or answering the phone. That was so rude and rudeness is violent.I called back and a nice man helped me.
